My friend walked in just before me and they insisted she start right away, but somehow my mani-pedi was done before her pedi was finished. The woman doing my pedicure clearly rushed. The worst part was when I was saying something to my friend and literally froze in pain mid- sentence because the woman was pulling skin out from under the side of my big toe nail. That sensitive skin should have been cut with the cuticle trimmers, not pulled. She claimed my toe was in grown. I've never had an ingrown nail in my life but that's the third time that's been done to my toe and both other times it got infected. She also barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet and there is still dead skin I'll have to scrub off myself. The lady doing my manicure left the polish uneven on 3 nails on my right hand and when I asked her to fix it she fixed one of them. I asked her again and she just cleaned off the nail with a brush and walked away. After paying $50 for this experience I won't be back. Read Less

Love this place! I have gone a few times and unlike most nail places in Napa it is consistently good no matter which nail artist you have. I'm disappointed in my visit here. Very unfriendly as soon as we walked in the door. No greeting, just told to go pick a color.The pedicure was only 25 min long, If I'm going to pay $28 for a pedicure (with tip), it should be at least 45 minutes (from my experience). This place doesn't even merit a star. The experience was bad from the moment I got there and I would have left right away if my feet weren't already bathing in tepid water for a pedicure. The owner or manager--not sure which--said I was three minutes late for my appointment and ruined his schedule. He proceeded to roughly file and clip my finger nails and then ushered me to the pedicure area. The pedicure was average but when I was ready for a manicure, they told me they didn't have time. What was that all about--especially because four women came in without a reservation for a pedicure, and he took them right away. Recently moved here and needed a new nail place. I came here because of reviews. I continued to come for several months because it was comfortable to go somewhere you were familiar with. But after today I just can't anymore. I've never really been impressed with their work. My gel nails peel after 4-5 days. Seem to rush through their pedicures. Twice after getting my eyebrows waxed I had to go home and clean them up still. Then today I went in and after being ignored for awhile was just rudely told they didn't have time for an hour and didn't act liked they cared for my business. I totally understand being busy. And if the would have been polite, I would have even waited. But I have heard them do that twice to other people while I have been there before. Really clean and beautiful inside. The reason it's a 3 & not a 5 is because I felt rushed the whole time. My nails hurt and the acrylic is too thick for my liking but she still did a beautiful job. Got my nails done here don't ever go there ...  the pedicures don't include a scrub like most places they barely use the pomace stone.  And what's more irritating is that the girl who did my acrylics put on my index finger crooked and told me that's how my fingers grow...  then I got white tips and you can see all the air bubbles everywhere it's awful.  Not only that but the acrylics aren't even smooth they are all bumpy.  I went back to tell them and the man or manager said that's how they are everywhere.  NOT!  I'm so disappointed Read Less

The massage chair did not work properly and only massaged my head which gave me a headache and I told them about it. Also I asked the lady twice to not cut part of my toe nails too low because I get ingrown nails and she did not follow directions. This salon is hit or miss. After coming here about 10-15 times in the last year it really depends on which person you get. This last trip was my last though. The girl I got did a half ass job - nicked one of my cuticles and then sloppily applied the polish which she didn't let dry completely before adding the topcoat so it left all my nails streaky. Worst manicure ever. I could have done a better job myself which I wish I had just done. There was no relaxation at all, I felt extremely rushed and was in the chair for a mere 20 mins if that. My Mother in Law went into this place and by far this is the worst place to go to. She let the people know she had a Deluxe package for mani & pedi gift certificate. They gave her a pedicure & Once she was finished she asked who was going to do her nails. Well the Manager said he didn't have time to do her nails. That he had an appointment at 4. That is Rude! I'm sure someone could have done her nails. And then to hear the ladies giving the pedicure laughing at my Mother in Law. Very unprofessional. I'm so frustrated with this place right now! I went in 2 weeks ago for an acrylic fill with 2 treasure nails ($5 each) almond shaped. This cost $32, with an $8 tip I felt $40 was definitely fair considering what I had done.I go in today, see the same exact tech (Jason), had another fill, almond shaped, regular two week growth filed down, and just regular gel polish. No Art, no crazy stiletto or Russian almond shape, just REGULAR almonds. He then charged me $40. When questioned why so high, he broke it down to me like this: $17 for fill$10 extra for gel polish $5 for filing down my growth (umm, say what?!?)$8 for almond shape (once again, say what?!?)I have NEVER in all my years of having my nails done been charged to shape my nails (that's already part of the service) and certainly not for filing off growth! The lady that had me . Was rude she dnt finish the job . She cut my toe and cut my toe nails to small . Then she got up and left and dnt tell me how much my pedi was . I had to ask the other worker next to me how my service was and she called the nail Tech to finish . Aaaaaaah.....At last my feet are happy again... After neglecting my toes for too long I dropped into this delightful shop and was courteously  greeted.I was immediately seated in one of their spa chairs and met my nail technician,a beautiful young lady named May... The spa chair has a built-in massage which she turned on and adjusted for me and the water temperature was perfect.May worked her magic on my neglected toenails and upgraded me to the deluxe pedicure which included dead skin removal and a wonderful calf and foot massage.It was a most wonderful experience.I give May a five star rating... 1 out of 5Straight to the point: I had a Mani and a pedi done on December 10th. - Great job at actually painting the nails in a quality manner! The young girl who did my manicure took great care in making sure it was perfect. My friend did not get the same treatment from her tech. - No real massage, even with the more expensive package.- first time in my life I get a bacterial infection in my toe!!!!!! Yuck!!!  Their hygiene looked OK bbuuttt, my friends tech was wearing gloves, mine was not. The pedicure bath has a bag, I'm not sure if it is changed after use. I didn't see them change it. My tech grabbed some supplies from someone else's section. So I'm not sure if she used clean equipment or not. I get pedicures regularly and have never had an infection or fungus or anything thing. So after a few days my toe started hurting, and it didn't get better. It hurt to the left of my right big toe. I had it checked out, and between my toe nail and skin was a big pocket of pus. Nice and green! Luckily I caught it early so it was easily drained and cleaned and now I have to soak it in Epson salt 3-5 times day. Two days later I'm feeling better, but DARN IT. Read Less

I've become a regular, although I often forget to check in. This is the nicest nail salon in Napa, in my opinion of course. It's always clean and relaxing with just the right selection of spa music playing to facilitate the experience. The staff is kind and courteous and can understand what you are asking for. The polish selection is decent with a nice variety of shades. They seem fresh and not thick, old polish like you find in some salons. I receive a thorough foot/leg massage with my Deluxe pedicure, which is essential for me. ($35)Lastly, the massage chairs are nice and new and all are functioning! I swear to god this is owned by the same dude I see running the show over and Bella. I asked him, he said no. I just don't see how that's possible. I RARELY forget a face and this is the same dude... maybe?? Unless this is his GD twin or something! Anyway, walked right in around 3:30 on a Monday. This place is a hidden gem in this otherwise slightly sketchy shopping center. Like I live in the neighborhood and didn't even realize it was there until I really looked at the map, thought to myself, no way, and then drove there anyway. Sure enough, there is Bliss. Beautifully and tastefully appointed - chairs were comfy, everything was clean, polished appeared new(ish). It was honestly the best mani/pedi I've had in a very long while.
