Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I kept coming back thinking it would get better but after the 4th time I will never go here again. The woman I got wouldn't let me choose a color from the wall so I had to choose from a selection of fake nails she gave me and I ended up having to choose something I didn't even really like, and then she completely butchered my nails. You can see chunks of skin around my nails where she cut with the nail scissors. She left my nails uneven and sharp after she trimmed them. This place is a rip off, they need to just shut down. They are also very unsanitary, I saw dirt and an uknown substance that looked like it had run down the wall that they had neglected to wipe down. The woman who was doing my nails also was not sanitary. She took all of her tools out of a bag that looked dirty and then at one point dropped one of her tools and put it right back into her bag without wiping it down. Very disappointed in my service that I left without allowing them to finish. I feel as though they were concerned about me leaving because I was pressed for time, that they sat me down with an inexperience tech. I requested a gel manicure which required them to remove the old polish. The women didn't even let my nails soak for a good 2 minutes before she started drilling away. My nails were already short and had just started to grow out but she filed my nails down so far they were flimsy. Then I realized she proceeded to my cuticles without removing all the gel. Today was the last day going here for me and "my family".  My husband and I went in for regular spa pedicures and left spending $80 (including tip).  This was due to the sales pressure.  They were in such a hurry that they did a terrible job.  They also changed me $17 for a manicure with gel and they didn't do my cuticles or anything.  Just painted my nails very fast.  They wanted $3 more for cuticles.  So ridiculous!  My whole family goes her (4people).  We are done!!!!  They aren't getting any more of my $$$ Read Less

Absolutely the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. First of all my girl brought me here said they did a good job so I said let's go. When I came in for a Mani pedi the girl working on my feet only cut my nails and I said I would like them shorter she didn't listen she didn't cut my cuticles on my feet or my hands. I wanted caluse removal she brought out a Dremel didn't think much of it. Now they are done with me. Feet are rougher than ever nails and cuticles are dry and look like crap and my feet are horrible! This place TRULY SUCKS!!!  Next my girl got her Mani pedi women didn't do cuticle cutteing pushing back nothing that was asked. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience LIKE THIS ONE and never will again. So ask yourself.... Look at the experience they claim to have look at how many years they claim to have been doing this and take my word for it. If you don't care then get your nails done here. This post is in regards to my first and last visit. I went in last month and got a full set of acrylics and chose one of their pricier packages for a pedi. Jimmy did my full set and I honestly was very satisfied. But I noticed that I didn't get certain things with my pedi. I originally chose a pricier package because I wanted my pedi to include the scrubs, wax, etc. Basically the royal treatment for my feet. I was disappointed after I left because during the process they would constantly ask for upgrades in my pedi..(which I thought were already included) you want this, $5 more...you want that, $5 more. So I ended paying way more than I asked for. A month later, I went in again with my sister to get our acrylics removed. They immediately sat me down and had my sister wait.. mind you they had a handful of techs not doing anything. (It was soon after they opened) They began to remove my acrylic nails and about 10 mins later they finally called my sister over. About 5 mins later I saw my sister get up and leave with my nephew. I was so confused to what had happened. Once they finished I spoke to my sister and she was so mad because even though they had finally called her back.. the station she was at had not been cleaned and the tech was very nonchalant on her phone. If  could give this place zero stars I would, the service is horrible. Their very expensive and it's not even worth it. I hate this nail shop and I will never spend my money or time here again. I got a pedicure here and I had acrylic on my two big toes from a previous pedicure I asked for themTo fill it in and file them but the nail tech told me I didn't need to I got home and noticed that my toes were horrible it was a huge space and my polish was very lumpy, my two big toe nails were two different lengths and shapes. Tina tried pulling my nail up on the sides and I won't stop bleeding. I told her I no longer wanted my toes done and she kept trying to pry the tool on my bleeding toe. Will never come back here. This place is a factory. They move a HIGH volume of patrons through at speed. As per usual, my manicure missed the point. The manicurist was nice and she tried to accomodate my requests, but it took forever, she dog eared my nail, over cut my cuticles, and used WAY too much lotion. The used a really rough sanding sponge and left little scratches on my nails. And then started putting a high sheen on them. NO NO NO. I've done my own manicures in 1/3 the time and better looking. I will not come back here. I came from San Diego and around the area wasting some time. I needed my nails done and my friend referred me this place.They are nice but the quality of the nails are just horrible! I got a full set and pedicure. I was at station number 4 with the guy. I was not able to get his name but when he was applying the acrylic powder I felt like he was just packing it on the nail. Not neat at all. I didn't say anything, thinking maybe after he is done filing and using the drill he would clean it up. He did but he made my fingers look very fat. I asked to file and shave down but did not look good at all.Now my pedicure, I didn't get to catch her name and I wish I did but she was just horrible. I asked for a thin line French tip and my French tip ended up being a thick straight line. Not clean cut "U" curve at all! To me they are too pricey and do not recommend coming here. I got my nails done yesterdag and one of them cracked the same day. Went back this morning  and told the owner that i have a function to attend and needed it fixes. He told me that he was busy and come back in 2 hours. He refused to help out with issue and just told me to come back in 2 hlurs. The owners their are very rude and have poor customer service. Went here as a spur of the moment deal. I was a bit nervous going in because it didn't look very clean. My nails turned out decent, just very different experience that the normal shop I go to. As soon as we walked in we were rushed to pick a color, and at one point the lady was trying to pick a color for me! We sat down and were bombarded with menus and them telling them s what we needed to get, which of course was the most expensive item. The gentleman who did my pedicure was great, asking me questions of what i wanted, and did a great job on my nails and in the massage. The lady who did my gel manicure rushed the whole time, and at the end the gel was all over my cuticles and on one of my first needs there was a big lump that she tried to tell me was part of my nail:-/ I wish I could review higher because the pedicure by my guy was great but both my friend and I felt the same way. THE worst nail experience I've ever had in my life. It's been a while since I've felt the need to write a review, but I couldn't let anybody else think they'd have more than a satisfactory trip to this salon. I went in for a normal manicure. My nail tech was rushed, kept pressuring me into getting a gel manicure, and EFFED up my nails. My now triangular shaped, brittle, short (when asked to keep the length) nails were better off being done by my 4 year old. I regret not looking at the reviews on Yelp before I walked in. I went here for the first time last night. Have to say I really like my nails. Sad thing is I won't be back. Salon is not very clean. Up charging for different colored polish on a couple nails $10. My "girl" did not say anything during the fill except "shape good? " She worked quickly which is good & bad because she cut me right after she started & I was scared the whole time she was gonna get me again. When I paid she did not say thank you or bye. Awful. I wanted to try something new because my nail place was almost closed when I got off work at 5:30 and decided to go here for a new set with gel since it was across the street from my work. The girl sat me down at her station, which was not clean, and said nothing. I asked her the prices for gel and she didn't answer and went and grabbed the colors. She rushed through my nails so quickly. And then half way through another lady who worked there slammed into the back of my chair and made the girl doing my nails mess up. Nobody apologized. The whole 30 min I was here nobody said a single word to me. The young girl who did my nails was very careless and made a couple of my cuticles bleed. Is this a joke? I'm so happy with the job that Jimmy does on my nails is the second or third time I've been there since I've moved to Murrieta 2 months ago, I thought I've had found my perfect place to get my nails done but after this I'm not coming back, I pay enough to do my nails and I give good tips when I think they're deserved so the least I deserve is good service, this cups are not for a classy place and for the prices they charge they could do better. Sorry to have to write this but I never ever got this kind of water in a nail spa before, the ones I'm used to would offer you water, a drink and some even wine before they start the service, here they offer you nothing. Love this place!!! It's so clean!!! The staff is very welcoming and don't hover around you and they take the time to understand what it is that you need/want. I had a great tech who took her time to fix my nails. Although, it was time consuming, I do appreciate the fact that she did take that time to do that, other salons probably wouldn't have done the same. Amazing customer service here. It's rare to find nail salons that actually care about the customer and don't try to up-sell everything. Very decent prices for all sercices especially, a pedicure and excellent job on full set white tips. I prefer to have my acrylic tips set lower, and the lady knew exactly how I wanted her to adjust the thickness because of that. They make sure you're satisfied with their work. I've gone to this salon several times and I get okay service. I decided to go again and give them one last chance to redeem themselves. Jimmy did my full set and my nails horrible. They look like I already need a fill. There's a gap between the cuticle and the nail. He didn't shape them right either.
