By far the best nail shop I've ever been to!! Tony is awesome and I always go to him for my pedicures. As for my nail needs Ann is definitely your go to girl. Terrible customer service! Not only is the customer service awful, but the sanitation is lacking. They do not have the bags to line the foot baths. And they look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. I don't mind waiting for the services I want, but I waited for what seemed like forever in a salon chair with no water in it or bag. They wanted me to sit there, with my feet in an empty, bagless foot bowl for over 20 minutes. Negative! So I just walked out, which at that point they wanted to service me. Too little, too late. Went to Princess Nails for my first time today.... THey told me a pedicure was $18.00..Tony was the person who did my pedicure.  I sat in the chair relaxing and he kept saying he was going to give me "special service".  He said feet had callous on them and he would take off the dead skin.  Now I realize that if I said yes for this service there would be an additional charge.  I thought around $5.00He kept saying he would give me "special service" since I was new to the shop.  When he presented me the bill it was $40.00....HE then gave me a price list and charged me for the highest price pedicure and he did not even do all the procedures.I have to tell you NOT to go into the shop......they do NOT disclose their services...Very unhappyWill not go back into shop againSorry TonyCheryle Read Less

After many years of service never setting foot in the door again! Advised Management of a sore knee they set me up with a crude young man who pinched my toes while painting and after several time of complaining, and no one coming to my rescue I made him stop. Made an appointment and waited 50 minutes for them to start. Came there to get my nails done with a friend and her full set and pedicure was done before they had even finished taking the old nail polish off my toes. Defeated the purpose of coming together. I came here with my girlfriend the other day for a pedicure and Lisa was the one who took care of us. My girlfriend and I aren't from the area because we were visiting our family here, but little did we know that we discovered a hidden gem. Lisa was very attentive and we had a great conversation from start till end. She gave us the best pedicure ever! (My 3rd time getting one actually lol!) kudos to her & we recommend asking for her. I had a good experience my second time, the first time I went I saw a man and the shape was terrible and they all basically broke. But the prices are really good. I saw a pretty young girl this last time and she didn't talk much but I asked for coffin and she basically just gave me square but I still liked them.Update after two weeks EVERY SINGLE ONE of my nails had broken. Coming from out of town, needing an acrylic fill and gel. Dung did a great and quick job. She asked if I wanted them shortened but she didn't verify if it were a good length or how short I would like them, luckily they were the right length. There are tons of colors to choose from! Read Less

I love Princess nails. A 5 year HAPPY client. My nails are not only beautiful they are also well done. I always wait too long to go in to get a fill and yet my nails never lift. I appreciate that my nails are beautiful and worth my time and money. Have I mentioned the pedicures are fantastic?
