Clean! I got seated right away and had both my pedicure and manicure done at the same time!! Mimi and Lily are nice when you talk to them first. I never want to neglect my regular nail shops again. I thought I should give this place a shot because I came in last time to get my lip waxed and I was impressed by the clean interior and wall of nail polishes. Yes they use new tools and scrubs for pedicures every single time. My mom said her massage wasn't good and we both had bad service. No one here seems happy and they do not like to smile. I got an acrylic fill and I left unsatisfied.. They came out THICK. Polish painted on blotchy. And my acrylic never cracks or chips. And one nail just happened to break and I wasn't doing any aggressive work. It has only been a week. Usually my nails last me 2-3 weeks.. also considering how thick they were... How does this happen. This was the most disgruntled I ever felt in leaving the nail salon. And the woman in charge named Linda knew it. It was basically the straw that broke the camels back. When the tech that was applying my gel nail polish did a poor job on one nail, I asked her to fix it. She proceeded to tell her fellow technicians in Vietnamese how upset she was that she had to fix a nail. I know this because they all started talking and looking at my one nail It was rude It wa...s unprofessional and downright mean. I told Linda as I left that you should speak to your technicians and tell them not to speak about their customers while they're sitting there This wasn't the first time this has happened at a nail salon. But it was so blatant and rude. So being a nice place and clean means nothing when you have people who act like this. I will never go back and I will let the lady know who referred me how I felt. I was looking for a place to treat my beautiful wife for her birthday. We visited family in a nearby town called Menifee. Her friend recently referred my wife to this salon, and Wow, were we impressed. Immediately when we walked into the salon, she were greeted with a smile. Instantly, we noticed the quality and cleanliness of the salon. Linda, our nail tech, told us they recently renovated the place with brand new chairs and decor. My wife got a Mani-pedi combo. It was beautifully done. What impressed me the most was the fact that all of the technicians used sealed and sanitized instruments, brand new files, and liners for the pedicure bowls for each customer. The experience was much more enjoyable knowing that the tools were clean, which I can say for fact, is not the case at other salons. Overall, she was extremely happy with her Mani-pedi and we look forward to coming back to Linda again in the future! Read Less

I visited this place yesterday. Linda and Nina were wonderful. I could not be any happier. The place was clean and they used disposable liners for the tub. The people were friendly. They have a larger selection of color gel than any other places in town. I will definitely come back here. Read Less

HORRIBLE!!!! went for a fill and pedicure sat me at a chair with my feet in the warm water for an hour the water was cold and my feet were like raisins by the time someone finally took me mean while i watched walkins come in be seated get there nails done and leave why I sit there with my feet in water. They were about to start a second ladies pedicure that came at least a good 45 mins after me before I finally said something and they started my nails they ended up HORRIBLE! rough, misshaped, and thick I will never go back there they were in too big of a rush to care little to no massage on the pedicure at best it was like someone put lotion on my legs why pay for a deluxe pedi might as well saved money and got the basic either way I can't say enough how bad it was Read Less
