Just OK. I walked in on a whim because I needed a pedicure and my normal place was backed up for an hour. I was immediately greeted but instantly noticed that there were no other customers and everyone was mid bite into their meals. I paused but decided to give them a try anyway. There is a younger lady who speaks perfect English and is the main one that greeted and communicated with me the most (my technician did not understand English - she told me so, not assuming). The pedicure itself was more like the one I'd give myself at home; pretty mediocre. She didn't get the drier areas on my feet and used that little scrub thing for 10 seconds and moved on to the next foot, however, the polish was pretty and she was gentle. I'd prefer it to actually feel like a massage when given one, but again, it was fine. I am certain I will not return, not because it's the worst or anything like that but, it's not the service I am accustomed to. Lower quality, still paying the same price. My service was satisfactory, no true complaints just comparative observations. If you want to give it a shot amidst the others reviews, go for it. It's certainly not great, just OK. My pedicure felt extremely rushed. A one minute foot massage and my nail polish was smeared and bleeding into my skin. She painted the top coat on so quickly, the applicator turned the color of the polish. Probably one of the worst pedicures of my life. I asked for it to be corrected, and it still looks bad. I should have looked at the reviews before coming. Forgot to add-im not sure of their sanitization process.. I called before hand to make sure they had time and room for 4 pedis, when I went there they only had 3 employees and while they out us in pedi chairs 2 other people walked in the finished 2 pedis in 10 mins and I never got one at all. So while I waited with my 6 year old daughter, they had a young girl in there starring at me the whole time like I was going to steal something and as the ladies spoke in their language the little girl would move closer to watch me! Unfortunately we were passing through town because we are from LA area and it was the worst experience ever!  My daughter wanted to get gel nails on her toes and the faulty UV machine kept turning on and off.  The nail technician kept having my daughter position her foot in awkward position so the UV machine would not turn off. it still turned off and ask my daughter to slide in her foot more which my daughter picky toe got burned.  I had them stop and ask the nail tech working with me (says her name is Beth) and she was so rude saying my daughter just had to slide in so simple and she didn't understand why my daughter didn't get it.  I told her she was coming across rude because when I asked her about the situation she raised her voice and was condescending.   I explained we have been enough nail salons to know it is not normal the situation we were experiencing.  Beth answer was they do nails and they know better. After that it was all down hill.  I stayed because my daughter was clearly upset.  She had been looking forward to getting this treat.  I am trying to salvage her experience.   After when I move station my daughter tells me that her nail technician told her she got burnt because the gel was on her skin and it got hot under the light.  Regardless the way they handled the entire situation was unprofessional.   I will not be stopping by here ever on our trips up to Murrieta.  To top it off it cost $90 2 regular manicures, 1 regular pedicure and my daughter 1 gel pedicure. When you look at the price chart the math didn't even add up.  The worst part was this Beth behavior after.  So you had some words with the mom but what kind of low life then demonstrates rude behavior talking about me in front of my own kid to another employee there. The only thing I could say to my daughter is "and that is a perfect example of how not to behave" when we finally got outside.  The customer service was horrible and my nails look like a 3 year old painted them. Now that was a 5 star business. My kid is amazing and is so because of her upbringing so parent bashing is such a poor attempt to make yourself feel better person who responded.  My advice, learn to listen, don't yell at the people who can help your business.  What happen could have been avoided. So if you can stop letting your ego control your mouth, Maybe, just maybe you would have better reviews.  Give it some thought or don't and see your business eventually fold. Read Less

disapointed that My family was charged 80 dollars for four pedicures, three of which did not have any nail polish applied... and my 10 yr old had a few stripes put on toes... and the stripes were an additional 10 dollars even though only ONE of the four of us had any nail polish... 90 dollars for one person to receive nail polish! I gave a generous tip because I try to be fair... I went back to share with the employee who could communicate well with me my thoughts about the experience... I did not want money back, I just wanted to let her know I would not be returning and I was disappointed that common sense and customer service was not shown to me and my family. Had my lashes done here, love them! My right eye has an attitude and the lashes have fallen out even though my left ones remain totally perfect, I went in and they were fixed right away. Guess my right lashes are a bit rebellious! Thank you so much for getting me fixed up quickly!! Read Less

If I could give them zero stars I would. Let me tell you why. So I came here on 5-1-17 I wanted the deluxe pedicure. I asked them if they did foot scrubs and mask and they said they did, perfect! What could go wrong right? So I sat down and the chair was okay they started to fill up the basin I notice they don't line the basin with plastic. So ignore that and she filled it up and I plopped my feet in and tried to relax. She then got out a nail file and started filling my nails I told her I didn't want them filed but of course the lack of English she kept doing them I also ignored that. Then she got out a foot file and started scrubbing my feet, as she began my second foot I notice some gunk coming off the file like it was built on there and never cleaned and now it was on my foot! Yuck I immediately told her to stop using it and then she got a pumice bar and started using that. She didn't apply enough pressure even after I told her too. I asked her to let me do it and I began doing it myself, great pedicure right? Well it didn't end there, she then started doing the mask as I expected not enough was applied and I let her finish. She then tried to put my feet back in dirty water and I made her change the water. After that she said I was done I said you forgot the foot scrub she then started to apply it to my feet and mainly on the top I told her do the bottom which that's what it's for right? After that I was charged 39$ and a lesson learned to do it myself for now on. I was also not happy that they didn't carry disposable flip flops so my feet got dirty again putting my own flip flops back on. I'm very upset and unhappy with this horrible experience. Although my toes came out perfect, the customer service was horrible. I wanted a deluxe pedicure and was told they didn't do paraffin anymore. It's only offered through January. Absolutely awful. Horrible service, nails look worse than they did when I went in.  Dirt/lint must've been on their tools-and are now engrained in my gel tips.  Fill looks uneven and gel pooled/dried in my nail bed, making it look like my nails are seeping. Will never go there again. Read Less

Worst place ever! Came here for a pedicure and a fill and needless to say I walked out feeling like I had been robbed. The pedicure was horrible she hardly scrubbed my feet didn't clean the cuticles or clip the nails and the paint job looked like a 2 year old did it. Then it was time to get my nails done. The lady that did my nails was less than pleasant. She didn't listen to what I wanted and did whatever she wanted. She kept twisting my finger in a direction that it's not supposed to bend and when my finger poops out of her grasp and hit the file burning my finger she looked at me like it was my fault and told me that I needed to relax. Then she started to file with the Emory board and cut into my skin causing me to bleed and proceeded to huff and roll her eyes at me like it was my fault. Worst customer service ever. I'm honestly shocked at some of these reviews. I only come to this salon because they are the only ones that ever do a great job on my nails. Always a kind and pleasant visit here. I actually happened to be the one customer that was in when the customer "Rachel" was in.(one of the negative reviews below).5 I was enjoying a spa pedicure minding my business when she asked the nail tech if she was mad.. the tech replied while fixing her nails saying no everything's fine.. and Rachel responded with a sarcastic tone saying I don't know you just seem upset and angry. Then sat there for a minute and just went off on a tangent. Obviously that struck my attention and I listened in as she went off on the tech just doing her job. The tech then uncomfortably laughed and asked what's wrong I'm not even mad, and "Rachel" then stormed off yelling derogatory names and left without paying anything. I specifically remember this day to a tee, and I felt so bad for the tech just doing her job. I love the two ladies that work there. Always polite. I found this place by chance. They are a bit hidden in the Albertson's plaza. Walked in wanting a pedi and a gel mani. I was asked to choose a color from one of their color wheels. They said I had to wait 45 mins, so I saw down in the waiting area and read the magazine. I sat there for about 30 mins and one of the spa chair free up so they asked me to move over there. The techs ran a bit late on their time with the other clients so I soaked for a while. So after that they came over and started on me. Everything was great! They did a great job on my gel which I am very particular about. Love their services. I walked out looking pretty glam! Will be back! Read Less

My gf and I come in here every 3 weeks. They are very clean and friendly. I like that they don't push us into getting services we don't need. They are very honest, sometime would even talk me out of getting certain extra because I didn't need it. We are always please with their work ethnic. Very professional and friendly.
