I came in today without and appointment to get a gel manicure. I waited a few minutes then they acknowledged me standing there and I sat at a station. The lady took awhile to come and help me which was ok I was patient. When she finally came it was the worst experience I have had in a few years at a nail salon. She started soaking my gel off and was distracted several times trying to buy sausages/ fruit from people walking in / giving money etc. I finally picked up the file and started to do my own gel removal . She stated to me me thank you are you in a hurry ? I said a little then she said why didn’t you say so /proceeded rushing through my manicure not even filing my nails , cuticles etc . I told her let’s just stop I have to go and asked what I owed for what she has done thus far. I told her she want doing a good job and I was disappointed. She gave me 3 different amounts and I told her she did not do any services to charge me ? She said it was $10 for just removing the gel so I said fine I’m leaving she said fine started arguing with me in front of everyone. Following me around arguing calling me who knows what I’m her language. Another nail tech tried to intervene nicely but the lady was so negative and ugly attitude . I paid her anyway but who treats people like this ??? Awful place :/ I will never go back again. Customer service stinks so badly! Hate this place on more than one occasion I was charged more than what they said I won't ever go back recently they took advantage of my young daughter and then told her to tip more I dropped her off with my card..... I spoke with the lady before hand once I left she did what ever she pleased I asked to speak with the owner never to be found Read Less

Always a good place to relax and get catered to. Employees here are always so friendly.  Came here unexpectedly to get pedicure. Wait was no longer than 10 minutes, lady was nice, massage was nice, feet are perfect. I love how she listened to me when I said I didn't want no clippings. Most other places ignore or don't understand. No more ingrown toenails for me! Read Less

My review is for lash extensions. I'm a hairdresser & 2 of my clients go here for lash extensions so I decided to try them. I'm so impressed with how good Tina did and the price! I wanted long, full & dramatic. She went over all the options with me and I told her let's please go with the "Slay" lashes. She took her time, gave me what I asked for and I'm super impressed. I had an appointment and the lady was doing someones pedicure and running to do someones eyebrows & doing my nails. I told her i wanted a square shape but she decided to do what she wanted to do, they were very rude to me because i was a minor. Terrible experience. Read Less

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLESteer clear of this place because you will not leave feeling satisfied. A manicure and pedicure ended up being so terrible that I promised myself I will never return. I should've come to Yelp and checked out the reviews before trying a new place. The person who did my service was like a used car salesman. She pushed and pushed the "up sell". When she found out I was not doing gel and instead brought my own polish, she rolled her eyes and became very rude, then didn't speak to me the rest of the time. They want you to get their highest level of service and when you don't they become offended. Don't get me started about the callus remover. They try and make you feel embarrassed like you desperately need to get it because your heels are so awfully bad. Lady please, I don't need a callus remover! Give me what I asked for. She took my nice toenails and cut them sooooo short. It looks like a kindergartner did them. I counted 8 woman working there during my service; however, only two customers, me being one of them. The Vietnamese ladies were all conversing in an out-of-control manner. It was seriously like an episode of Jerry Springer in Vietnamese. It was like nails on a chalkboard hearing them yelling to each other. Just stick rusted nails in my eyeballs and kill me! So very rude!  Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE.
