I took a gamble on a new nail place today (I didn't want to drive all the way to SJ to my regular place, and the other place I like is closed on Sundays). I searched and found this place, and they were able to take me as a walk-in!Mai was FANTASTIC, and I'm picky. I mean picky. I'm THAT person. I didn't say this of course, but I had reservations about trying a new place and a new technician. Had an absolutely positive experience here today went in for a wax, mani, pedi and lash was done with all in such a timely manner it was amazing. Everyone was so happy. Had my two waxes and a mani done by Mai and my wax was pretty quick and painless. She even helped me pick colors for my polish.  Diane helped me with my pedicure even asked if I wanted my nails cut or just filed. Ms Anna did my lashes and I am back to being LASHTASTIC. I am. Saw good reviews about Tracey so decided to make an appt with her for shellac nails. Told her I wanted almond shaped nails and one of the nail to be a glitter ombré. She did a wonderful job! I love my nails! Also had a pedicure by someone else but not a big fan of the lady. Got her twice before but never asked for her name. I love coming here to get my nails done. The ladies here are friendly and will remember your name. They do an excellent job and the manicures are long lasting. Great color selection. First of all, the pedicurist Traci is really good at what she does.  You'll walk out with smooth feet and a perfect pedicure...if you get Traci.The reason for the low rating is that the nail staff here don't seem to communicate with each other very well, and as a result, group/double pedicures might not work out smoothly.  I made an appointment in advance to have a side-by-side pedi with my partner.  Traci was fabulous, but the [older, Asian] woman assigned to me didn't start with me until half an hour later.  Keeping busy with other tasks (like cleaning the adjacent tub, putting towels away in the back), she didn't seem to care at all about my waiting and did a slow, lazy job once she started.  She didn't say hi or bye. Ugh, I was so horrified by this woman's attitude that I'll take my business elsewhere next time. if you come to this salon, I recommend making sure that your appointment is with Traci, so you don't end up with this older woman who doesn't care at all about her work or the customers. DO NOT COME HERE FOR HAIRCame by for blow dry & style, left annoyed, frustrated, upset and still with wet hair.I first asked if they have had experience with hair extensions and how long it'll take to wash & blow dry my hair. Guy on the phone said yes they have experience with hair extensions and it'll take 10 minutes. GREAT! I got in and the lady took me to the washing station. As she was looking at my hair, she was questioning me on my hair extensions. Like she didn't know what they were, which was concerning. When it was time to blow dry my hair it was the most painful experience, physically and mentally. Not only she didn't have the correct brush, she kept getting caught in my extensions. She didn't even use a round brush for the top or front of my real hair which made my hair seem flat. Not only did it take more than 10 minutes, she straightened my WET hair. Didn't even blow dried it completely! So, I left paying $20 with wet flat burnt hair. Did I mention this place is unsanitary? Hair EVERYWHERE, I understand people get hair cuts but I would think she would of cleaned the chairs or at least swept the floor.. Nope, hair everywhere. Also there was cut hair on the brush she used which left little white cut hair in my hair.. Very disgusted, not coming back here EVER and would advise you to stay away as well. Read Less

So I'm really glad I found this place!!! They were so friendly and quick! It's a hidden gem within a mountain view plaza. I called around and they had the cheapest price for a gel manicure and regular pedicure combo. Of course, I also only called places that had 4+ stars in Yelp ;)4 stars and have the best price?
