I had great experience at first, owner was very friendly. The nails are done great. This last time I came in I was disappointed since two of my nails had already chipped and broken and I had gotten them done there less than 2 weeks prior. The nail lady charged me an extra $10 for changing my nail shape and fixing the broken nails. On top of that, a lady who sat next to me (who was a regular) didn't get charged for her nail shape change, I've never gone to a place around here that selectively charges extra for that service. I came into town for a family wedding. Needed a mani/pedi asap. Called and was given an appointment an hour later. The ladies were friendly and prices were market rate. But the nails...I wished I had taken photos. For an extra $1, they painted flowers on my big toes. I had a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The reason why I'm writing this review..the polish on my hands and feet lasted for 2+ weeks. No color fading, no chipping or peeling. Currently, they offer 5% off when paid in cash. (Wish I had known about this before I went in.)The salon looks clean and has nice massage chairs for pedicures. It has approximately 10 massage chairs, so if you have a large party, it can accommodate! In addition to the massage chairs, there are manicure stations, including a couple in a private room.  I've been here 2 times now. Both for a mani-pedi combo. Price is average - $45 for a regular mani-pedi.Both times I was able to call ahead to and make an appointment for 1.5hr later. From my most recent visit, the ladies who did my mani and pedi are really nice and courteous. One of the offered me water. However, the one working on my hands didn't really understand English, so when I asked her not to cut too much of my cuticles, she still cut more than I would like. (She did do a good job in "cleaning" the cuticles. I have pretty healthy nail beds and, when cuticles are cut too much, I get rough and white edges 1-2 days after the manicure. Since it will take a week or so to "grow out" or return back to normal, I just prefer not cutting in the first place.)It's a nice nail salon, but I wouldn't drive more than 15min to get here as there will surely be other more convenient options. I went here for the first time with a friend, I got the delux pedicure with the wax treatment. I get this one wherever I go. For some reason the lady who was doing it said she didn't recommend it and didn't clearly explain why. I was charged for it anyway! The massage was weak and quick. So for $40! I got a basic pedi which would cost $20 anywhere else! My friend who was sitting right next to me got a "first visit" discount but not me?! It was both our first time. Not sure why you would treat your customers differently, especially if we are coming in together. She paid after I had already paid and I overheard them so I wasn't going to argue. I had my nails done yesterday and had such a wonderful experience with My and Vivian.  I made an appointment that morning and arrived on time.  Upon arrival, I let them know I had to finish promptly in an hour for both my Shellac Manicure and Pedicure services and they managed to do both without compromising the quality of work.  I loved the colors they put on my hands and toes!  They did a great job and were super friendly.  Thanks My & Vivian! I can't believe it's taken me so long to write a review on OMG! They are amazing!! I've been coming here every 2 weeks for over 6 months now and I love it!!I normally request my appointments via Yelp and Cameron (owner), always responds within the hour! I've never had issues with scheduling, she's very informative and gives great customer service. Going into the salon, everyone greets you! Cameron's husband is there when my fiancé and I go on Saturday mornings and he is super friendly and funny! Everything is clean and they give complimentary bottled water. The tools they use are brand new out the bag every time, in case people are curious. Vivian,  she always does my fiancé's pedicure and he loves it! Note, my fiancé is 6 foot tall and has size 12 1/2 feet. In the past, when he would get pedicures, they always had issues with his heavy feet; even when he offers to keep his foot up to help. However, at OMG they have a foot rest so he can really enjoy his spa day. Vivian does great massages and makes his feet feel baby smooth!! He leaves happy every time!Sang, she always does my full sets and fills. She is always so nice and she's very precise when she does my nails. She's definitely a perfectionist and I applaud that so much! She always asks me how I've been and makes sure I'm happy before I go. I've come here 3 times now, and every time I say, "But the reviews from people are great! I should give them another chance."Now I know - DON'T DO IT! I got the Spa Pedicure & an acrylic fill each time. HORRIBLE! She cut my fake nails down to my nail bed even though I said "a very slight trim" because they were extra long. Who needs fake nails if they cut them that short?!There's leftover paraffin wax on feet still. Gross. And the pedi job was horrendous (see pic). The people there are SUPER friendly, but I can't justify spending $75+tip for that bad of a job. I will definitely not be going back.Update: as I mentioned, customer service is not an issue. The owner responded immediately to my review, offered to redo it, which I declined. After I asked, she refunded my credit card for the pedi. She repeatedly asked me to revise my review of their salon. I stand by the (poor) quality of their work...and I'm not giving more stars just because they gave me a partial reimbursement. Read Less

This is the best nail salon! First of all it is beautiful and clean. Everything is sterilized and each file is used only once. Liners are used for the foot baths. Everyone is always nice and friendly. The owners are awesome and if you ever have a problem, with anything, you can talk to them and they do their best to fix it. I do call to make an appointment but usually on the same day of the appointment and they always accommodate me. I just love this place. Read Less

This was my first time at this nail salon and it was really nice!I requested an appointment online for my and my bestie about a week before and they answered pretty quickly and confirmed my date and time (Sunday @11am). We got there and were greeted immediately. They told us to sign in and to pick a color. There was some confusion at first because several of the ladies came up to ask us what we were here for but they sat us down within 5 minutes and we got to sit together! It wasn't too busy, thankfully so we didn't have to wait long.My bff was getting a gel mani while I had a mani, pedi, and an eyebrow waxing. We both got to sit in those really nice massage chairs! One lady took care of both my toes and my fingers and they look AMAZING! The toes I kept simple and bright red. The fingers I had them do a gorgeous design on and they listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked for!! As for the gel manicure my bestie got, she was really pleased with how it turned out and how well they treated your nails! She also got a paraffin wax treatment for her hands and it left her hands feeling super silky. (And a pretty nice deal for only $10 more.)I was also superrr pleased with my eyebrow waxing. The lady who waxed my face did it super quickly and neatly! I told her I was trying to grow my brow shape out and she basically cleaned it up super nicely.
