Most of their pedicure personnel do a good job. Susan is excellent. She is meticulous and friendly. I have had many fills done here and there is some inconsitency in the time and quality of the fill. I get gel fills. Sometimes I get one pink gel and one clear, sometimes I get three pinks and one clear. Sometimes it takes an hour to do me and the longest time ever was two hours. They used to be excellent all the way around but I see they have not replaced a lot of their good personnel. I guess it is hard to find good/fast help. I will continue to go there to see Susan. The staff is friendly once you get to know them and they you. Ask for Kim (best French nails ever). She is very precise and checks if nails are same length and shape, with the same amount of white. She does the best pedicure, too. Anne Marie and Sammy are my other favorites. Anne Marie does great massages. If I don't have time I have Kim do my nails and Sammy my feet at the same time. The place is clean and they have a lot of magazines for you to look into. The woman speak enough English to make polite conversation with you. Read Less
