My toes hurt for three days. They ground down the sides of my big toenails and they are now splitting and cracking; they also ground down the top of the cuticle of my two big toes so it wouldn't grow ...
My toes hurt for three days. They ground down the sides of my big toenails and they are now splitting and cracking; they also ground down the top of the cuticle of my two big toes so it wouldn't grow back fast. I wished I had read the reviews... I would have never gone here.
Their rudeness and pretend niceties after all that mistreatment, left me wanting to demand my money back. But they can have it; it is a waste of my time and emotion. No business ever survived with those ethics.

Great salon! Very clean & neat. Lots of nail colors to choose from. Everyone is really nice and professional. I have gone to Jenny for over a year. She's the best.

This review is solely based on the pedicure here. I go with my GF when she gets her manicures and get treated to a pedi from wherever she decides to go. I love getting my feet taken care of and a great foot massage. We have been to TL NAILS twice, and the same woman gave me a pedi both times. She is abusive to every toe and laughes if something noticeably doesn't feel good. She jerks you around by your ankle and feet as if it's a chore. She spends less then 5 minutes on the massage and rubs the TOP of your foot the entire time, as if that's where is sore. The pedicure here is for people who DO NOT want their feet touched nicely and give no shits about the massage. She only gets 2 stars because atleast the outcome is nicely shaped nails and softer calluses. But the overall process leaves a ton to be desired, and is not really relaxing at all.

Horrible service, they charge extra for everything for example if you want to remove the jell out if your nails they charge $5.00 extra . I order the regular pedicure . The girl was rushing because the salon got busy. I asked her to stop at one point because she was hurting me when she cutting my cuticles . I asked her can you please you the cream to make my skin soft ? Then I ask ask how long does it take to get a pedicure done ? She said time for pedicure is 15 min . Is he didn't fave me a massage just rushed to finished her job to attend the next customer .

I love this nail spa. The staff are always nice and I've never had a bad experience. The owners are friendly and they remember who you are and ask about your family. You're not rushed out if you want to relax and use the chair massagers while your pedicure dries. The spa is clean and well kept. This is the only place I go in Morgan Hill. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience getting a pedicure and a manicure. I am a man and I have a hard time with my toenails. The lady there Lena helped me and was glad to cut out parts of my nail that were not part of your average pedicure. My feet feel great and the manicure was great too. I got the deluxe treatment and the massage was very soothing. I almost fell asleep in the chair. I will definitely go back to T & L spa....great service and very nice people Jim P.

The service here is the worst. I went to get a mani and pedi, I ,called right before to make sure how much it was and they said 25 for both. Then I went in and was putting my feet in the water getting ready for the petty. I said this is 25 for nails and toes, they said no 58, so I got out and was going to leave because the people there were very rude. My other friend was getting her nails done, and we left then came back and the lady made me pay $5, because their chairs are very "expensive". The workers were so very rude and they were yelling at my friends. Keep in mind that they were the ones who said it was a different price.My friend after she got her nails done was also bleeding around the nail. I recommend no one comes to this place.

Love this place! I get their basic pedicure without massage for $18. They do a great job and use OPI polish. An additional $10 will get you a manicure without the massage - you can't beat their prices. Sophia is my favorite nail tech. Plus, they usually have HGTV on :)

First time here and I loved this place!!! Sophie did my nails and she did a great job. She even cut me a little deal, but shhhhhh, don't tell anyone ;) It's clean, sanitized & they seem to really listen to what you want. They also play HGTV, which is my favorite channel, lol. I'll be coming back. That's for sure.

Right away what I noticed was how clean it was inside the nail spa. New buffer and file and my technician was very sweet. All the stations were very organized with all items in unison in the caddies. "Lina" told me that, "TL" is an abbreviation for "good service/making customers happy" in Vietnamese. The fish tank is so pretty inside the salon I left with having my nails fixed - 2 broke, and then filled and painted white over my french tips. It was totally affordable. I'll know where to go when I'm in town ;)

My toes hurt for three days. They ground down the sides of my big toenails and they are now splitting and cracking; they also ground down the top of the cuticle of my two big toes so it wouldn't grow back fast. I wished I had read the reviews... I would have never gone here.
Their rudeness and pretend niceties after all that mistreatment, left me wanting to demand my money back. But they can have it; it is a waste of my time and emotion. No business ever survived with those ethics.

I love this nail spa. The staff are always nice and I've never had a bad experience. The owners are friendly and they remember who you are and ask about your family. You're not rushed out if you want to relax and use the chair massagers while your pedicure dries. The spa is clean and well kept. This is the only place I go in Morgan Hill. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience getting a pedicure and a manicure. I am a man and I have a hard time with my toenails. The lady there Lena helped me and was glad to cut out parts of my nail that were not part of your average pedicure. My feet feel great and the manicure was great too. Right away what I noticed was how clean it was inside the nail spa. New buffer and file and my technician was very sweet. All the stations were very organized with all items in unison in the caddies.
