I loved Tami and Linda ...they normally love giving my daughter the full manicure pedicure spa treatment....today I was disappointed when me and my 3 year old went for a nice day to get our nails done.... my favorites were not here and they kept skipping over my daughter because they didn’t have enough people. This is usually my go-to place. I had an appointment today for 2 p.m. and when I arrived on time they were really busy. I was told the woman who would be working my nails was running 15 minutes behind and after 15 minutes it still looked like she was another 15 to 20 minutes out from finishing up someone else's pedicure and manicure. It's hard enough to line up child care to be able to get out and do something for myself like getting my nails done but to have my time wasted is bothersome. By far my most favorite place! I have been a loyal client for 5+ years and I don't go anywhere else. I come in once a month to have a pedicure and I've had every girl here work on my toes and they're all great! They don't half fast your service or shorten your massage time like other nail salons I've been to. The owner of the place is always so friendly and greets everyone who comes in. Going here for 6 years, Lynn does good job same as all her employees.at the begging they had and excellent service, but thru the years had changed a lot, they need to offer water to everyone not just some customers, accept cards not to force you to pay on cash or check when they have the card machine. better control of appointments writing down name otherwise you get there and they don't even have idea you were coming and if they cannot take you then..they make you come back another day. When having appointment with someone, that person should dedicate all the time and not to rush or have someone else to finish your nails. About pedicure they need to wash better the tubs they hardly wash them good and use different new scrubber for calluses in each customer, they just rinse it and re use it on someone else. When doing shellac work they do not massage at all your hands, sometimes they are rushing to do your nails, they overbook plus take walk ins all the time then they rush with us we made appointment and that is not right. please have again that very nice care for your customers as you had when the place just opened. we love that place and their employees, they do nice job but need to improve again. Best in Morgan Hill ....This place is under new ownership and the owner is great. My nails last at least 3 weeks she is very professional gives you water when you walk in and have lots of designs to choose from. You will not go wrong! Read Less
