This was my first time here. The spa chair that they sat me in, the massage part, didn't work. The lady that did my pedicure took her time and really worked on my feet. It was nice. She wasn't trying to hurry and speed through like some other places that try to rush and not take the time to make your feet lool and feel good. She was nice and did a great job. Her name was Kelly. The girl that did my nails was Lin. She was nice as well and she asked me what shape i wanted my nails. I told her I wanted almond shape and she did it perfectly. I love the work that these ladies did and I also got gel on my hands and feet. But I think next time I'll stick to regular polish...maybe... to do my acrylic nails with gel and my pedi with gel it cost me 68.00 plus 1.00 for them to run my card...plus 10.00 tip. My total was 79.00. I really hope my nails last a long time. It was my first time doing gel...for the price I may lool elsewhere to get nails done it i just may settle for regular nail polish. Grumpy faced technician did my pedicure and manicure. When I declined the invitation to upgrade my service, she got even more sour. She asked me no less than four times if I wanted a different pedicure to which I said no. Making small talk she asked me a couple of times which color I wanted my nails. She was on autopilot. I have been a loyal customer of this salon for the past 3+ years. Pricing and work is pretty good. Unfortunately the scheduling has been getting worse. I can make an appointment and still end up waiting 30 minutes or more. It can be a quick wax, fill or pedicure and still end up waiting. Double booking appointments is an issue. Trying to call in and make an appointment is a hastle. If the phone line is busy be ready to hear the phone ring forever. I've talked to the owner about it and his response is to come in and make an appointment. I have seen nail techs come and with that being said im going to have to follow the tech that kept me there. This place was ass. $36 for full gel set, with small nails, that is already chipping off. Also they didn't paint the nail polish up to my cuticle which already makes it look like its growing out. I had an appointment at 2 and didn't get seen til 3. Lastly i wanted a rounded natural nail and i left with pointy nails that look like literal claws. ITS A NO. Read Less
