I was recommended here by a friend of mine and the first time I came in I got my nails done by Jhonny absolutely loved his work! He takes his time with my pedicures and my acrylics! Best part is he's very consistent with his work always give me what I want. Read Less

DONT GO HERE PLEASE A WASTE OF $$$!!To start off I'd wish there was an option for "zero" stars because the "one" I was forced to give wasn't even deserved.. stopped there Saturday afternoon, New Year's Eve, all I wanted was a polish change on hands and toes (been feeling tired of acrylic nails lately and definitely didn't want those) a lady named Lina had me sit at a booth and after telling her what I wanted she said, " do gel nail polish, more beautiful and will last longer" I said ok then she said, "30.00 dollars total " it seemed pricey but I agreed anyways ... well all hell broke loose, she began putting coats over coats not letting enough time in the little drying machine in between all coats, polish began bubbling up in some areas and I said, " that needs to be fixed" she was bothered but did begin filing grinding polish away and re polishing, then she began on toes and the same was happening, she was sloppy getting the polish all over skin around my toes,I asked her to clean it up and she said, " it'll come off when u shower"  I was so frustrated  by now and I said, " no I want u to clean it up I don't want sloppy jobs" Just a horrible experience overall.. all nails ended up thick, chunky and sloppy looking, I will never be returning here . I was in the area & needed my nails done so I stopped here. Very clean place and a lot of nail colors to choose from. We were sat right away which I liked and my nails turned out just how I wanted them. I like mine short and normally when I asked places to do them short they never do the length I want, but this place did! My only problem was they seemed to rush a little fast to get their work done && some of their prices did not make any sense.We both got fills and gel polish changes one came out to $27 and the other $22? I'm not sure why.But other than that pretty nice place I'd come back here if I was in the area. Read Less

Fast service, polite, i was in and out. Service seemed to be rushed so my nails did not look 100% Like I would have wanted them to. It looks like i did them myself :(. This place is the worst place ever that I have took my mother to get her nails done don't even bother getting them done here the lady's don't know what they are doing at all. They didn't even shape her nails right and didn't do the job I told them to do on my mom nails as gel nail polish and they gave her clumpy Looking nails. So, I'm going engagement ring shopping this weekend which means it's a pretty big deal to have my nails looking nice!Fist time here and it's been a busy day so I ended up going in around 5:15pm not knowing whether or not they would still be opened. I saw lights on and people inside so I gave it a shot...I walk in and two staff ladies were sitting. NO customers, TV's off, no  music (it was weird)... So I ask "I'm sorry, are you still open?" The older lady replies "what do you need?" And I told her gel polish. French tip. She says okay and motions for me to have a seat. She begins prepping my nails. Filing, buffing... Blah blah blah... Then she gets to removing cuticles and she half asses it. She applied the lotion but barely pushed them back with the pusher!! ... I didn't think much of it...This is the part where I'm usually instructed to go wash my hands... (No?) Instead she wipes the lotion off with a very rough bar towel and then douses my fingertips with alcohol and proceeds to dry them off with , of all things... TOILET PAPER!! (She had a whole roll of it sitting next to her) oh hell no. Yep, so she applies the base coat and has me put my hands under the curing light. My hands are COVERED in toilet paper fibers! Looks like snow under the UV light!! So I pull my hands out and say "hey, there's stuff all over my hands! Why didn't you have me wash them?!" She looks at me like I'm gross for having stuff on my hands and then very rudely says "fine, go wash!" I SHOULD HAVE LEFT at this point... But I wanted my nails finished... At this point I'm really irritated and of course that wasn't the end of it. The lady had gross nails herself and had fibers from the cotton ball she used to remove my initial polish stuck to the edges of her nails. And she was using the edge of her nails to fix any polish she got on my skin. Then she messed up my left thumb and had to remove it after the third coat and redo it from start to finish. It still looks like crap... While my thumb nail is drying, she picks up the nail file she just used on me and starts filling her own nasty nails with it! Gross!As she's finishing up putting on the final top coat, I'm in a hurry to get out of there so while my last coat was drying, I passed her my card to charge me the $32 I was quoted. And she hands me the receipt to sign for $33... Looks like she either insisted on a tip OR she didn't disclose to me that using my Visa would cost a dollar!! So annoyed!! Luckily, my amazing boyfriend said for me to go get my nails fixed at another salon tomorrow, his treat. I was going to go back tomorrow to have them fix this mess, but after reading some of these other reviews, I'm NEVER going back! What a nightmare! Read Less

I am new to the area and ended up here because all of the salons I could find had a really long wait time.. I finally gave up looking and found this place and stayed since I only had to wait a few minutes.The salon is janky and the girls are kinda weird but that's whatever.I showed the lady what I wanted from a picture ( gel color with chevron design on ONE nail) asked her how much it would cost and she said " that's too expensive "..... Umm okay.. Told me to pick from their gel colors and there were only about 15 to choose from.. Where I'm from, all salons had over 50 to choose from. Asked her for a little longer nails than the pic(which were super short in the pic) before she clipped and she said ok but that's extra.. Really?? They aren't long at all!Told her I wanted square with rounded edges, got the ugly duck feet nails instead and they are really thick..I will wait for however long I need to at a different salon next time!! Over priced nail salon....they are very very rude to customers especially the old lady with long hair who dressers like a harajuku girl..... an older woman way older did my nails. She never once introduced herself. Kept yelling at another customer in vietnamese....she cut me twice and had to pull off 3 of my nails she glued on because she didn't set them right and i still ended up with a crooked nail. ...all nails are uneven and bumpy.....there is leftover product that dried underneath my nails...and then my thumb nail felt really warm and it kept getting warmer and warmer then it got extremely hot and I told the lady she looked scared and Doused my nail in some liquid and just laughed with a "sorry"....I've never had this happen to me...she polished my nails with a clear top coat. ..it streaked yellow. ....she wipes it off and puts gel coat on.....alllllll nails have bubbles on them......never again...ever again. ...never never never ever never!!! Horrible! I wish I would of read the reviews. Me and my mom got a fill here. The older lady did her nails and she was nice but her nails looked like crap. They were uneven and the lady with the long blonde hair did mine. She didn't say one word to me. She was very rude and was coughing everywhere with out a mask on. My nails had air bubbles on them and where all u even also. Horrible quality. Also a lot of the nail polish they had looked watered down like they put something in it to make it last longer. I wish I would've read reviews before walking into this place. I walked in for a pedi and gel mani. I noticed they used OPI products and the place was pretty clean so I assumed I had found my new go to nail shop. I was soooo wrong! The pedi was okay but wayyyyyy overpriced. The gel mani was the worst ever. She didn't let it cure long enough and didn't want to wipe it down like they usually do, she insisted it was a "new type" of gel although I knew the brand and knew it needed to be wiped off to remove the sticky. Either way, she finally wipes it down by the time I get home I have lint and all kinds of Particles in my mani since she didn't let it cure long enough.  Oh and she charged me $5 since I already had a gel mani she needed to remove so I paid $70 for a mani and pedi. Total waste, never again. There's also a nail tech that is a rocker chick with long blonde hair that has a pretty foul attitude. She just throws things around and sat there working on her own nails. The old lady that did my mani also sat there talking smack about another customer to me because she called to ask her husband for permission to get her nails done. This place needs to go! Read Less

Got a fill. Staff was rude. Was up charged for a fill because my nails were long. Which waa never explained until they were charging me. After that conversation  an air bubble  pop while my nails were drying and when I asked the older woman who did my nails to fix them she started yelling about the price and how I hot my nails. Only stopped in this place for a polish change and  removal of my gel manicure. Staff proceeded to pour bowls of acetone to soak off which I adamantly requested the microfile to be used instead. I've seen this technique used in several salons I frequent. With a light touch, they can lightly sand the gel off your nails leaving them stronger for another set vices them getting soft and tearing soaking in acetone until they feel like being bothered with you again. The staff mumbled under her breath and spilled acetone on the floor as she angrily dumped what she has just poured. Another lady then proceeded to take the gel off with the microfile but she was so rough and heavy handed the file got super hot and she was sanding my nailbed right along with any polish that was there! Kinda defeated the whole purpose of avoiding the acetone right? I'm not going to sit there and let my nails be ruined so I politely requested she stop and that I would go somewhere else to have it removed the way I prefer. She mumbled some more to the other lady who said it would be 18.00 bucks. What?! For one flipping nail and a polish change on my toes? First off they are way over priced for thier service! I got a mani an pedi for $30 it was $5 for french tip wtf. The man who did my feet did a pretty good job it was ok. The lady that did my nails was the older one and for like 10 minutes tryed to talk me into paying more for gel nails I jus ignored her til she got the point I was trying to relax but she wouldn't stop talking about gel nails an how they laat an blah blah blah. My friend also got a pedi an she was curious about the fake nails an the lady told her $5 each so my friend jokingly said 2 for 5 an the lady reaponded we have to pay rent here so no. Like wtf there was nobody else the whole time we were there lol. They had tore up chairs they sat on. I have been getting my nails and toes done for over 10 years. I recently moved from Sacramento(Nor Cal) to Moreno Valley and was looking for a nail shop. This shop is close to my house so I thought I would give it a try. First experience was good. One guy was great,, but doesn't work there anymore. So I tried the owner. She does a good job. My last visit was a few days ago. Horrible service. My nails uneven, did gel polish, lasted one day then to top it off nails started lifting. So went in a day later to get them fix. Thinking they would fix for free, nope wanted me to pay for what there tech screwed up on  and waited for over two hours while I soaked for an hour she did a wax and a pedicure. Ridiculous. The male person that did my Deluxe pedicure don't think know what he was doing. I paid $24 for all the regular stuff plus callus remover. Horrible job. My nails are not straight, I still have dry skin in my feet and the painting job was  a disaster. A female lady had to step in to re do the nail polish. I am still not happy with the service. Came here a couple of times and the last time I received horrible service. The male owner guy was so rude to my mom and I. He had a nephew or son who was fixing one of the pedicure chairs and was yelling at him while working on our nails. Plus, when it was time to go (Ive never wanted to leave anywhere so badly) he didnt want to give us the foam sandals even when we requested them since we were not wearing flip flops. And on top of all that, the place was so dirty, so messy and just gross! Ive never received such bad service in any establishment as I had here. I absolutely will never come back again! Read Less
