This is my first visit to this salon. The interior nice, clean and well lit. The prices are comparable to other nail salons. The one thing that is most important to me is that the aesthetitoan not gossip with others while working and actually look at what they're doing. That was not my experience today. The guy was looking around the entire time he was doing my pedicure. He looked at my feet when he trimmed my nails and when he painted my toes. The environment is welcoming. Sometimes the staff rush the service and don't end up delivering quality nail services. Fortunately the men really do take their time to do your nails and make sure you are satisfied with the color and final product. Read Less

Nina is amazing!!!!! I got my nails done three times at different salons trying to get one specific look and every time it was like improv hour. They all told me they could do the picture example I gave them, but then when it came time to execute it, they couldn't do it at all or they had some cheap looking version of it... but Nina took the time and was thoughtful, and paid close attention to the picture. She was amazing! I highly recommend Organic nails and Nina!!! And it wasn't even expensive. She did them for 1.5 hrs and it was only $45!!! So worth it!!! Read Less

I'm a disappointed on how my gel turned out, although the lady who did my pedicure and gel manicure she was very nice and I like the way my toes turned out. I paid $45 but for the price I except my nails to come out looking appealing at least. My finger tips have the paint all over and the polish looks thick and unappealing. Read Less

This review is on behalf of my mother. I took her here to get her a full acrylic set with gel color & a pedicure service with gel. She was very happy with both of the services, and they did meticulous work caring for her cuticles. All the girls that work here are pretty great, but my mom bonded with Jenny the most for pedicures since she is Korean, and was excited that she saw Vinny there for nails because he used to do her nails at a different location. The people here are definitely multicultural, which I love.Personally, I was only about 80% in love with my full set because they don't do builder gel here, only acrylic. I live in OC, so it's more common here vs the Inland Empire. Also, it's so expensive! With 2 full sets and a pedicure, the total was about $130 excluding tip. I even brought my own gel polish and top coat so I don't even know how it added up to those prices, but I digress. They do their job well and my mom is happy so that is all that matters. I've referred a bunch of friends and family here and they've been happy with their service, so 5 stars is well deserved despite my experience. Definitely check them out! Read Less

I called the day before for an appointment didn't have high expectations but when I showed up I was really pleased that I didn't have to wait at all.. my technician was ready to help me with my fill in. Van helped me. I told him I wanted light blue and he brought me 5 different light blues to sample. He didn't rush me to pick one lol he was very good at asking my preferences before making any changes to my nails. I visited here around the holidays and of course the wait was long. However, when I arrived I was told the wait would be 20 minutes. That was doable, so I waited. And waited and waited. I wasn't helped for another hour and 15 minutes. I would have appreciated an honest answer when I asked about the wait.Besides the wait time, I had a very nice lady who gave me a pedicure. Everything went well until she got to the painting. I wanted all white, but she insisted that putting glitter on top would be "better". So that's what she did. During the application process I'm guessing one of her hairs came off because when I looked at the finished product I had a brown hair stuck under the polish, which means she must have seen it but done nothing to fix it. I'm assuming she wanted to put glitter in order to hide the hair. That was both unprofessional and unsanitary. Needless to say, I probably won't be coming back here. Read Less

My sister and I decided to get our nails done last minute. It was around 6pm. We were driving to different nail places but they were all close. We stumbled upon this nail salon and LET ME TELL YOU, this place is great! Even though we could tell every employee was ready to go home, we were still pleasantly greeted by a man name Van I believe? He did my sister's nails. He was really nice and my sister really loved her nails.  There were so many colors to choose from. I don't know who did my nails but she was very patient with me. Came here to have my nails done before my wedding, and they turned out beautiful! The color is wonderful and hasn't chipped or scratched off at all. I asked for sparkly jewels to be added on and my nail technician did a wonderful job, she took her time and really made sure the jewels lined up well even though the store was very busy and she could've just rushed me out the door to get to the next customer. I also got a pedicure with white tips done, my feet have never been softer! I felt like the price was extremely fair for the amount of time the ladies spent on my hands and feet, I will definitely come back to this location. My husband got a manicure as well, he usually doesn't participate in my girly indulgences but he agreed to get the ultimate manicure with the wax dip, his nails looked so fresh and clean! If I could give less than one star I would! Terrible service probably the worst service I have ever had at a nail salon. My first time there too. I went with my friend, the both of us were going to get a full set (regular nail polish) she went first because everyone else was "apparently full/busy" I wanted to go sit next to her but wash ushered away and told to go sit in the front. I sat and waited almost half an hour to get my nails done. There were at least five employees sitting around with head phones in doing nothing. It seemed that they avoided eye contact with me so that I would ask them to do my nails. I finally got sat at a chair and was asked very rudely if I might adds to pick out a nail polish color (which I had already done). The entire time she was doing my nails she was on her phone talking to someone. I have never felt so over looked and offended in my life at a nail salon. My friends and myself nails look terrible one of mine is crooked the nail polish looks like it's old and my friends nails are different sizes and different thickness'. Once she was done doing my nails she abruptly got up and said thank you and walked away to talk to someone. Never again will I go here. I had a terrible first time and a half excuse my language but a half ass nail job. I'm sorry for the paragraph/rant I just hate to see money wasted when it could be used somewhere else for a better nail job. I hope this helps someone.Read Less

First time going, wanted to try a new nail salon besides the one I alwayssss go to. It's beautiful and clean as well as great customer service.
