Long story short I would never go here again I didn't even get serviced! Walked in waited 25 minutes another woman walked in wanting the same service as me and we were guided to seats and she was serviced first while I sat to wait and I was there first I politely returned their gel nail samples informed them what they did she tried to explain and I left to another nail shop nearby where I was treated better and no differences made. I was looking for a last minute appointment, so I called before I came and was told there was no wait time whilst on the phone. I went in to be greeted by Nancy, where she asked me what service I wanted and was seated immediately in pedicure chair. Nancy was my nail technician the entire time and she did a wonderful work. I had a #4 pedicure, which I would highly recommend and a regular manicure. Nancy was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the experience and the service. I was very pleased with the results. Where do I start... well first off I went early in the morning hoping to beat the rush. Looks like I didn't. I was told the wait was 45 minutes, so instead I made an appointment for 12:30. Now I'm very picky about my nails and I haven't had them done in 2 years. So this definitely showed me what I wasn't missing. I asked for an Almond shape with an ombré French tip. And what I got was an uneven boxed look and a crisp line on my French tip. When I corrected the technician, and showed her a picture of what I wanted ( what I did in the first place) she insisted on that's what It is... and didn't fix it. I really try liking this place but my nail technician was not good at all. I scheduled an appointment yet I had to wait 30 mins. Then when I get seated at the station I see nail clippings. The lady never once cleans the station before starting on my nails. It was disgusting, and she was rude. I had to tell her multiple times what I wanted. I asked her to do coffin style on my nails and they came out uneven. I will definitely not be coming back to this place. I'm only giving it 2 stars because she applied the nail polish well. After a horrible experience at the Organic Nail Bar as well as K&K Nails both in Moreno Valley I decided to give Lovely Nails a call. They squeezed me in the following morning and Amy did my nails. She was professional, quick and my nails came out gorgeous. I do not like thick nails and without even telling her she automatically made them thin and natural looking. I have now been back twice and both times I was very impressed. I have an appointment tomorrow with Nancy and based on the reviews here I am sure I will be equally impressed with her as well. Not the best experience. The nail lady took my gel off w/ the drill. She cut my nails down way too short till there was no more nail left! & when she trimmed my cuticles she made me bleed. Not fun especially when polish touches an open wound! Ouch. Worst experience ever. Read Less

Omg. Just moved here from up north and it's so scary to try new nail places. I found this place on yelp and I seen Amy was the best so I tried it out. So happy I did. They staff was so sweet to my daughters. It's hard to take your little ones with you to do your nail run but they were so sweet. Amy did amazing work! And the price was a DREAM. $26 dollars for a fill with color gel!!!! Can't beat that. Will be back in two weeks. Highly recommend this place! Read Less

My mom and I came here for the first time 2 weeks ago. The ladies who do nails there are friendly. I got a gel French tip manicure and so did my mom. She also got a pedicure totaling around 70 dollars. My mom and I both agreed our results were not worth 75$. The first reason on why I give this salon 2 stars is because on the pricing board, it says that French tip gel is 15$. I got charged $27, while my mom got the exact same gel French tip nails done and only got charged 15. I didn't appreciate them confusing the prices, especially when there pricing board clearly states that gel French tip is only 15. Besides that, my nails came out okay, but my mom said that when her lady clean her feet, she didn't do a great job at cleaning it. My mom and I decided that we won't go back and try a new place next time. Read Less

I had a menu pedi done here yesterday.  I was very happy with the service.  Nancy was very sweet.  However!!! My nails have completely changed color and are not the color I got them.  I woke up today, less than 24 hours after getting them done and they are orange.  My thumb is still the original pink color so my nails look horrible, I have orange nails and then one pink nail.  I'm very disappointed.  See pictures I attached.  Nancy did a good job I do not think it is her fault but the nail polish is obviously cheap.  My pedicure is messed up too. Lovely nails is a great place to get your nails for the prices especially ! Its $13 for gel on your real nails & pedis are $16 :)))) it's a great place especially for college students wanting to get some cute nails for a great price :) the ladies are also super amazing & nice ! Read Less

$24 gelI wanted my nail length to stay the same so I needed the gel from my nails to be taken off. Teresa spent 30 minutes taking off the stubborn gel and it was pain free! She shaped them perfectly and she was so nice to talking to me too! Definitely coming back for Teresa! Read Less
