Today was the last time I allowed this to happen, again. I have been a customer of this salon for over 13 years, have seen it relocate from one suite to another, with absolutely no improvement with the work stations or furnishings; however have seen a big jump in price, and no money being invested in the condition of the establishment. I scheduled an appointment on this past Friday for today and was there ahead of time, so I didn't expect to be waited on until the time of appointment, which was fine. My appointment was for a simple Manicure & Pedicure; 30 minutes past my appointment scheduled time, which by the way I didn't get worked on until after the scheduled appointment time; my pedicure was complete and I had just sat down at the nail station to have my manicure when another customer of Mary's walked in with polish in hand and requested a fill. Mary asked me to give her 10 minutes to fill this customers nail. 10 minutes, anyone getting a fill knows that more than 10 minutes is needed. This happened to me once before at this nail salon and the 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes. I told Mary that I would give her ONLY 10 minutes and when the 10 minutes pasted, when I saw that she was just beginning to file down and shape the others woman's filled nails, I gathered the nail polish that I brought in with me and with tissue wedged between my toes walked out. This salon should understand that when someone schedule an appointment this is the person who should have priority, not the person who simple walks in.

Terrible service. Was trying to fund new salon. I've never had such terrible looking nails ever. Already lost I've nail and others were lifting by day 2

Highly recommend this place. If u r looking for sanitize tools for ur pedicure and manicure needs, come to this place. I had been everywhere trying out some new places, but nothing as sanitize as this...

I had been everywhere trying out some new places, but nothing as sanitize as this place. Their tools are sanitize in unopen bag. Which is great to b in to avoid contimination from previous customer(s

Mimi is the best.. She does my nails n feet.. Very nice.. Attentive.. Knows here stuff...I only go to her.. She is the best in Moreno valley

I totally feel so disrespected right about now. I showed up to this nail place in hopes to get my nails done @3:27 today. I was the 3rd person waiting at the time, which i did not mind. The worker ask...
I totally feel so disrespected right about now. I showed up to this nail place in hopes to get my nails done @3:27 today. I was the 3rd person waiting at the time, which i did not mind. The worker asked me what i want and she said well be right with you. After the other two people went 3 more people came behind me. Instead of taking me next all 3 of these people were help without appointments before me. I sat there waiting over an hour and the only time i was noticed was when i was walking out the door. I dont mind waiting but i do mind being disrespected. This place is horrible!

My friend and I had an experience that was terrible! I didn't even get to have my nails done. My friend got hers done and the person cut her and left her unattended multiple times. He also drilled her...
My friend and I had an experience that was terrible! I didn't even get to have my nails done. My friend got hers done and the person cut her and left her unattended multiple times. He also drilled her nails. I was waiting and saw one of them was free, then a lady walks in and immediately she got service. So both of us had a horrible experience.

Today was the last time I allowed this to happen, again. I have been a customer of this salon for over 13 years, have seen it relocate from one suite to another, with absolutely no improvement with the work stations or furnishings; however have seen a big jump in price, and no money being invested in the condition of the establishment. My friend and I had an experience that was terrible! I didn't even get to have my nails done. My friend got hers done and the person cut her and left her unattended multiple times. He also drilled her nails. I was waiting and saw one of them was free, then a lady walks in and immediately she got service. So both of us had a horrible experience.
