Long rant, prepare yourself.
I've been coming here for 4 years now & I've slowly watched this place decline. The only person here even capable of doing nails is Mindy, but she's always booked. They've messed up my nails so badly that I went back to get them fixed. This isn't the first time this has happened either. It was 3 days & they were falling off, shaped wonky, crooked & all different lengths. I called ahead to make sure that Mindy would be able to squeeze me in to fix them & she said she could. So, I head over & of course Mindy is busy, she tells me to wait, which I do for about 30 mins, for her to eventually turn around & tell the SAME WOMAN who already botched my damn nails to do it again. So, I ask how much to just get a whole new set since every nail is messed up. The last time this happened, she gave me a discount of $25 for a new set to fix what THEY had messed up. I thought it was ridiculous even that time to have to pay for them to fix their mistake but $25 for a new set isn't a bad deal so I went with it. This time she wants $45. Knowing I've gone there for 4 years through all the trials & tribulations that has become this hit-or-miss of a salon, knowing I was only there to fix something they caused & not me, evening knowing that I was just there 3 days prior & this wasn't even the first time they had royally messed up my nails, you think Mindy would have helped a sista out. But nah, she just cared about the money. She had no care about the quality of the salon she manages. So, I said "no thanks, I can spend that money at the mall & they won't mess up my nails" & I peaced the eff out of there & this time I won't be back.
Bottom line - this place is no longer about quality, Mindy is the only one who should even be charging people for her craft, even the eyebrows they do are horrible now. I came out of there looking surprised because they took so much of my damn eyebrow off even after I said I like to keep them a little thick (that's what he said lol).
I'm sorry I was such a good tipper for so long! Eff this place.
Also! I've seen them damn near bring a woman to tears by continuing to yell the price at her over & over just because she didn't understand how it went up so much. I've seen this happen 3 separate times, too. They're rude as hell now to top it all off.

Service was excellent the only thing that sucks is that this place is dirty I got a bacterial infection on my toe, yesterday I went in for a pedicure and manicure and today I started feeling swelling and heat from the specific toe and had to drain the puss and apply antibiotics ..I would have given this place 5 stars for service but the fact that I got an infection on my toe just disgusts me, it tells me that they are not keeping up with cleanliness which is crucial in a nail spa. For that reason I will never go back again

The other woman who did my feet when i asked if she could scrub feet good because im 6months pregnant & cant reach them, she said that was too hard for her. Wth?!?!! I'll NEVER go back to this shop.

My normal place charges $20-25 for a mani/pedi special but I normally add extras like callus remover. I came in and sat at a chair only to end up waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally someone came and did my pedicure and then told me to go dry my nails. I thought this was odd, but have had two different people finish a mani pedi before. Finally about 30 minutes later waiting for someone to finish I was asked to leave. I told her I was waiting for someone to do my manicure and she took me to her chair and finished in 10 minutes. When I got to the register after an hour of waiting in the shop that has NO AIR CONDITIONER in 80 degree weather my total was $75 with tip!!! WHAT THE HELL. Turns out pedicure only is $27 and I was charged tons of little $5 extras on top of callus remover. I was charged for my nails to be cut ($5) and $10 for nail polish remover. Ive had better service for a lot less.

I had never been here before and now I know I wont be coming back. The lady who did my pedicure actually did a great job so I would give her 5 stars but unfortunately I have to take 3 away thanks to the lady who did my gel manicure as although she was nice, she did a sloppy job. 1) Cleaned cuticles / smoothed nail surface: NO 2) Carefully applied gel on... nails: NO - You could see my nail (not painted) on some sides, like she was afraid the gel would touch my finger skin but applied gel all over my cuticles and sides/fingers on others - some of my fingers were glued to the nails by the gel 3) Quality check: Yes but NO - She knew she did a messed up job and didn't care to fix it (she was speaking about it with the other nail technicians and I was picking up on their convo-- they kept looking at my nails and face and I dont think she was showing off her work.I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and waited for her to say "let me fix this and/or that..." but no! She went ahead and told me the total (which was expensive for the overall quality) and I finally decided to kindly ask her if she could fix some of the most messed up nails. She stood up and started filling the gel on the sides which didnt really help. I wish I would have taken a pic of the initial work. I used to have a gel kit at home and my own work looked 5x better and lasted longer. It looked as if my 7yr old niece had done my nails... gel all over the sides. The gel lasted "intact" a couple of hours, by the night of the manicure the gel was lifting and getting caught in my hair. A couple of days later I had to cut the gel around my cuticles and sides as it was so annoying and kept going up. A week and some change later, my nails are gel-free... my toes (reg polish) still look good though. I didnt get her name unfortunately but if you are asked if you want both your toes and finger nails done at the same time, either say no or make sure she takes the time do them right although she is standing (and maybe getting tired) and you are not in an awkward position with one of your arms across your body inside the light machine... this lady did my gel in half the time the other lady did my toes with regular nail polish.

This is the first time that I've been and the last time I will be there. I had to wait for an hour just to be rush when the lady was doing my nails. She put glue all over my nails and fingers. And when she took it off she cut my fingers. When it came to applying the Polish she did it sloppy and missed a lot of places yet manage to get my hand. I paid $40 to just get my nails butcher and my hands cut. Don't waste your money here.

I am new to the area and have had a few bad experiences at the nail salons I have been to so I was hesitant to go again. I arrived right at 9 a.m the girl who opened was friendly and sat me immediately. I was there for a pedi. She offered me the colors and I chose what color I wanted I also had a design I found on pinterest and showed her. The shop was very clean she used new implements. The water was warm the chairs were comfy. She gave me a really good massage and was quick... about 25 minutes beginning to end. Did not feel rushed though . She did a really good job on the paint as well as the hand nail art. My pedi cost 26$- 18 for the pedi with polish $5 for the design a 1$ charge to use a debit card (which I thought was annoying) hence the 4 stars and a tip. Will go back but with gel polish next time. The tip of my big toe polish chipped about 4 days later bummer- but it happens. Will go back

They do a magnificent gel manicure, compared to other places this is the best. They have an amazing mood gel nail polish that changes color when you're hot or cold, it's rather impressive.

I love this place! I finally found a salon that actually listens to how I like my nails done and does it my way. Kelly is awesome! The whole salon is warm (I mean nice warm) and they work together and they are FAST! I'm hard on my nails, always have my hands in water or out digging in the garden, and it will be 3 weeks on Tuesday since Kelly did my nails and they still look good and are strong. I know, I know - I'm pushing it not getting them filled by the 2 week mark, but that's how I roll sometimes. The product they use is good and lasts. I would not hesitate recommending this salon and Kelly is very sweet and funny

So I went in today to get a fill and a pedi and a very RUDE lady by the name of Kelly did my toes . She yelled at me for not holding my foot the right way , yelled at me for not knowing what chair to sit in . Pretty much made me feel extremely uncomfortable for having eczema and treated me badly but attempted to be fake nice once I called her out on her rudeness . If it wasn't for the sweet lady MINDY who works there I would never ever ever go back to this place I use to love coming here to get my feet done but honestly after today I hate this place . KELLY kept her gloves on to paint my toes even after she cleaned my feet . Just horrible service I think my picture speaks for it's self .

Friendly , polite and attentive to there customers , John did my nails , I got a gel manicure , I really liked how he took his time, didn't feel rushed . He cleaned my cuticles , gave me a message , he did an awesome job. My only complaints are :1.) while cleaning my cuticles he cut a little too much and made me bleed2.) also I showed him a pic of the design I wanted and he didn't really follow itBesides that overall I liked the job he did ... They didn't have the color I wanted so he did his best to try and match it .

Walked in for a fill on NYE and was greeted immediately and they were able to take me within 10 minutes. Mina did a great job filling my nails and making a crappy new set look pretty darn good! She even did glitter tips without the need to touch up so she is fast. I will be back :)

I've been coming here for 4 years now & I've slowly watched this place decline. The only person here even capable of doing nails is Mindy, but she's always booked. The lady who did my pedicure actually did a great job so I would give her 5 stars but unfortunately I have to take 3 away thanks to the lady who did my gel manicure as although she was nice, she did a sloppy job. 1) Cleaned cuticles / smoothed nail surface: NO 2) Carefully applied gel on... nails: NO - You could see my nail (not painted) on some sides, like she was afraid the gel would touch my finger skin but applied gel all over my cuticles and sides/fingers on others - some of my fingers were glued to the nails by the gel 3) Quality check: Yes but NO - She knew she did a messed up job and didn't care to fix it (she was speaking about it with the other nail technicians and I was picking up on their convo-- they kept looking at my nails and face and I dont think she was showing off her work.I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and waited for her to say "let me fix this and/or that..." but no! She went ahead and told me the total (which was expensive for the overall quality) and I finally decided to kindly ask her if she could fix some of the most messed up nails. She stood up and started filling the gel on the sides which didnt really help. I wish I would have taken a pic of the initial work. I used to have a gel kit at home and my own work looked 5x better and lasted longer. It looked as if my 7yr old niece had done my nails... gel all over the sides. The gel lasted "intact" a couple of hours, by the night of the manicure the gel was lifting and getting caught in my hair. A couple of days later I had to cut the gel around my cuticles and sides as it was so annoying and kept going up. A week and some change later, my nails are gel-free... my toes (reg polish) still look good though. I didnt get her name unfortunately but if you are asked if you want both your toes and finger nails done at the same time, either say no or make sure she takes the time do them right although she is standing (and maybe getting tired) and you are not in an awkward position with one of your arms across your body inside the light machine... this lady did my gel in half the time the other lady did my toes with regular nail polish.

This is the first time that I've been and the last time I will be there. I had to wait for an hour just to be rush when the lady was doing my nails. She put glue all over my nails and fingers. And when she took it off she cut my fingers. When it came to applying the Polish she did it sloppy and missed a lot of places yet manage to get my hand. I paid $40 to just get my nails butcher and my hands cut. Don't waste your money here.

I am new to the area and have had a few bad experiences at the nail salons I have been to so I was hesitant to go again. I arrived right at 9 a.m the girl who opened was friendly and sat me immediately. I was there for a pedi. She offered me the colors and I chose what color I wanted I also had a design I found on pinterest and showed her. The shop was very clean she used new implements. The water was warm the chairs were comfy. She gave me a really good massage and was quick... about 25 minutes beginning to end. Did not feel rushed though . She did a really good job on the paint as well as the hand nail art. My pedi cost 26$- 18 for the pedi with polish $5 for the design a 1$ charge to use a debit card (which I thought was annoying) hence the 4 stars and a tip. Will go back but with gel polish next time. The tip of my big toe polish chipped about 4 days later bummer- but it happens. Will go back

They do a magnificent gel manicure, compared to other places this is the best. They have an amazing mood gel nail polish that changes color when you're hot or cold, it's rather impressive.

I was hesitant about going to a new nail salon, however, I was assisted by Hannah and won't have any doubts about going back. I got a mani and pedi. I did my toes with regular nail polish and my fingers with gel. It's been a couple of days and they are still perfect! She also did my eyebrows which I was very satisfied with.

I love this place! I finally found a salon that actually listens to how I like my nails done and does it my way. Kelly is awesome! The whole salon is warm (I mean nice warm) and they work together and they are FAST! I'm hard on my nails, always have my hands in water or out digging in the garden, and it will be 3 weeks on Tuesday since Kelly did my nails and they still look good and are strong. I know, I know - I'm pushing it not getting them filled by the 2 week mark, but that's how I roll sometimes. The product they use is good and lasts. I would not hesitate recommending this salon and Kelly is very sweet and funny

So I went in today to get a fill and a pedi and a very RUDE lady by the name of Kelly did my toes . She yelled at me for not holding my foot the right way , yelled at me for not knowing what chair to sit in . Pretty much made me feel extremely uncomfortable for having eczema and treated me badly but attempted to be fake nice once I called her out on her rudeness . If it wasn't for the sweet lady MINDY who works there I would never ever ever go back to this place I use to love coming here to get my feet done but honestly after today I hate this place . KELLY kept her gloves on to paint my toes even after she cleaned my feet . Just horrible service I think my picture speaks for it's self .

Friendly , polite and attentive to there customers , John did my nails , I got a gel manicure , I really liked how he took his time, didn't feel rushed . He cleaned my cuticles , gave me a message , he did an awesome job. My only complaints are :1.) while cleaning my cuticles he cut a little too much and made me bleed2.) also I showed him a pic of the design I wanted and he didn't really follow itBesides that overall I liked the job he did ... They didn't have the color I wanted so he did his best to try and match it .

Walked in for a fill on NYE and was greeted immediately and they were able to take me within 10 minutes. Mina did a great job filling my nails and making a crappy new set look pretty darn good! She even did glitter tips without the need to touch up so she is fast. I will be back :)
