I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews. I was desperate and low on time but decided to give them a chance. I am so disappointed by my experience. I religiously get a gel manicure and pedicure done every 2 weeks and take good care of my nails. Never again will I come here!!!Cons: They are in a rush and are extremely rough. Consequently, they do sloppy work, and the instruments are dirty. My nails were cut from the sides and were totally reshaped although I was specific on how I wanted them. The lady that did my toe nails cut me from both sides, which caused me to bleed. She then used an old looking nail buffer and buffed the blood off my nails. I was appalled...I included a picture of my nails before and after...the brown stuff is the blood. Don't waste your money and time here. I am praying that I don't get an infection. Stay away from chair #1. Worst nail place ever!!! I came for a color change and a fill. Came out with really thin nails. I had a very thin coat I could see thru my nail and a black hair under the color. When I asked to get them fixed three girls came to check if the hair was put on before the last coat or after. Finally they realized it was before. I told her my nails felt way too thin and she said it was "better". Two hours later I leaned my hand on my bed and two nails broke. Worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. A nail broke the day after my fill. And then another nail broke the day after... and no one cared...the lady even asked me where did you get them done, making a face... I said here and she said NOTHING. She made them too thin. And they still charged me for it.. I have never broken two nails within a couple of days like that! I will never go back. They did not take out an ingrown toenail and pretended to do it. The lady who did my toes did an amazing job!! Sadly I forgot her name. She was an Asian older lady with glasses. Very sweet person.The younger lady who did my acrylic nails did a terrible job I can't get over it. She had an attitude and after she had messed up my nails she began to blame me. Never going back there again because of her. I think she was the one running the shop too.  Sad..  oh and after I showed her what she messed up. She still didn't fix it. The one star is for her, and her shi* job she did. Her number on jacket was #1 so beware! Oh and she didn't even want to do my nail acrylic to begin with. My sister and I first time here. Very good service and as soon as we came in they sat us down. Ana was very gentle and took her time, cleaning off all the smudges, she did 3 coats of nail polish which is good because I know they will last longer. I was initially sitting with a nail tech who was getting started on my nails. Another nail tech came up to the nail tech whom I was sitting with and said that it was her turn. They made me get out my chair and go to another chair. I had gel nail polish on, the lady literally scraped off my nails to the point that it was so thin. This place is horrible!!! Not only are they unsanitary but the way they do nails is a HOT HOT MESS!! I asked for gel nails and the lady who was doing my nails was in a rush!! She didn't bother cleaning up the sides and when she applied the clear gel polish on my nails, it was All over my nail bed!!! I was pisse so I told her to fix it and she had a little attitude on her! Wtf?!?!  But me being me, I let it go. Then when comes paying time, she said $17.00 but she ended up charging me 21.00 apparently, they don't charge "odd numbers" hmmm bitch 21 is an odd number. Apparently there's a "card charge" fee of a dollar. If that was the case it would've been 18.00 (plain even). But the point of the matter is that the lady decided she deserved a $3.00 cashback on my behalf for her tip...I didn't ask her to cuz I had cash with me for tip... why the fuck would they do that?? that's very rude and unethical.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! I came in on a Friday night desperately looking for a nail shop open after 8pm and found this little spot. I got a full set acrylic, coffin, long, for $25. It was alright not what I'm usually use to. Smells a little weird in there. It was packed when I got there but I didn't have to wait so that was cool. I got Michelle, who was very sweet and kind to me, she tried her best to conversarte with me which I appreciated. Apparently she has 25 years in the game. The service was ok the only thing I didn't like was that she made my nail waaay too thick but I know why it's because the brush she uses to apply the acrylic is simply too big. I've been coming to this nail salon for years. My nail lady is Mimi. She's done my nails for all my special occasions. (prom, winter formal, etc...) I love her she's like family.However, she has a weird work schedule now cause she hurt her back. She only works on Thursdays and weekends I believe. I love her acrylic work and she knows exactly what I want/like.The prices are reasonable here. Linda and Mimi treat me, my mom, and grandma like family. It's hard to go anywhere else. Went in for a mani, waited, finally got sat, all of a sudden another woman comes in demanding to be sat in a spa chair instead of a regular one. So the manicurist drops me right away (despite waiting to be attended) to help her out and asks ME to take off the color on my nails. Isnt that what i'm paying her for? She then gives me a bullshit 5 min manicure, which was damaged and "bubbly" 5 mins later due to her not washing off the lotion and other chemicals properly from my nails. The demanding lady walks out upset anyway because their spa chair jets don't work and the water is cold. I walk out to do some shopping at the Marshalls across the parking lot and notice ive been charged twice on my card, while paying the manicurist told me to input my pin twice (the first time a receipt didnt print so she claimed the transaction didnt go through). She also charged me $11, $1 for the debit fee, and $10 for the manicure ( although it costs $7, ) and gave me $3 in cash just so i would tip. I went in and showed her the charges and she seemed reluctant telling me she would write a report and then if i was right the money would go back on my card, but finally had me wait while she made sure on a calculator and FINALLY gave me the $11 I was owed. All the girls do a great job !!! The mgr. Linda sees to it, specially nancy #6 , Sam #2 and cindy #12.. and I have a pedicure done approx every 4-5 weeks, I would recommend to anyone male or female, to me hygiene is a must, and being gentle and through is the end result. Read Less

Worst customer service. First place that when you get a spa pedicure they didn't rub my feet. Lady with a 3 on her coat seem to half ass it. Like because I wasn't a regular I didn't get the same service. Won't be returning and I was looking for a salon to stay. I had heard it was good but obviously only for regulars. Don't come here.
