Definitely a fan! I've been searching for a new nail place since the one I was previously going to was just not cutting it anymore. I went on Yelp and found some place close by my job since I get out late and wouldn't have time to make it to another place closer to home. I made an appointment through Yelp with Kim and she took me in last minute. She is such a sweet woman - trying to make conversation and making me laugh.Their parking is a little hidden - it took me awhile to figure out where it was. Love this place.....only issue is that it's pretty small and you basically have to make an appoitment to come in you really can't just walk in, technically you can't.  I tried and their door was locked so I had to call to make an appointment but I do love their service very good work my new favorite place even if I have to make an appointment every time. I have been in search of a new place to become my go to spot since I moved to the area. I would have to give this place a 5 star for now. We will have to see how long my set last. But for now, they get 5 stars in my book. At first Nang, who did my full french acrylic gel set was somewhat rough. Not very gentle, but the end result does look amazing. 0 STARS/NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE 10/26/17 12:00 As I arrive the door is locked in the front so I walk to the back I see the man that ends up doing my nails I walk in only 1 Lady working but finishing up no one is in the salon once she is done just us 3 (shape,fill and a pedicure$48) shouldn't be difficult right.He starts to inspect my nails and asked me where did I get my nails done before I explain I get my nails done in LA I'm looking for a nail salon in the area so I won't have to be up and down plus it's my birthday the next day he then starts to tell me that my nails are all crooked proceeds to speak in his language the lady starts to tell me that my nails are very crooked he starts to file so aggressive while I'm trying to sit there and relax he picks up my hand and makes noises as if it's very difficult for him he goes -pshh!x5 just complaining on and on starting to feel very uncomfortable never been to a place where they can't just fill and reshape for me. I start to look around and notice this is a dump in disguised the chairs are pretty but they are very dirty you can see stains.The man tells me that he -can't work with my nails because they are crooked he says I need a new set they both complain how I need a new set  "ok" just give me a new set he starts to cut off my acrylic and I have natural long nails under he cuts them to the core he proceeded to glue on and work time passes and they talk about how busy they are blah blah blah the lady finishes up my pedicure and I proceed to move to the station on the left next to the door it's just me and him now at this point I been here for a while it's 2:00 o'clock now and no one has been inside it has been (very quite) the lady is just on her phone sitting down until a customer knocks on the door and she gets up to open the door and then walks her in and then locks it again.I didn't speak much to the man he had a very bad Vibe while doing my nails so I just let him work then as my nails are almost done he starts to file my nails and Lord and behold he was so aggressive he -cuts me and I start to bleed a bit it stings more and it hurts he then has a change of attitude he says ("ohh I'm sorry!!!) well now I'm all cut up for my birthday great! Where you just not complaining about my nails and made all these annoying sounds and made me spend more money so you can make a new set of great nails? I have never been cut in my 11 years of getting my nails done I know it happens but you did all of this complaining and made me uncomfortable now I had it! He then just adds crazy glue and push my finger like a broken toy he then starts to be more gentle he sends me to wash my hands as I am washing my hands I notice all the mess they have it looks like they don't even clean I'm drying my hands and I can't even throw away the paper the trash bin is all the way full with paper falling out the lady couldn't even throw the trash away while doing nothing I go back to sit and I start to pay attention to the left and right and the walls are dirty and I look at my nails and start to notice that initially I told him and showed him what I wanted straight no curve slim nails I don't like my nails wide and huge and it was the opposite this man just did whatever he wanted not what I asked at this point I just wanted to leave and never go back I regret going he then says "you pay before I add polish" I get up to the counter and say "okay are you discounting me for the cut you did? He looks at me in rage and then the lady stops her pedicure and tells me "what happen" I say "I was just asking him if I'm getting discounted because he cut me." She says "he will fix that" I said "he already did he just added crazy glue" they both look at me and talk in their language once again the guy says (ok discount 2 dollars)the animosity you guys are a "professional salon" I come to relax and have my nails done not to get cuts and feel uncomfortable I will not pay full price when my service was not fulfilled just like you won't work with "just filling and shaping "crooked nails" / He got angry he added the polish so fast and he started to talk so loud and fast with the lady I already knew they where talking smack he got a cup of water and left to the back and left me there he didn't even add any lotion to my hands I left feeling dirty the lady was still on her pedicure it was about 2:30 still no customers I let my nails dry for about 5 minutes grabbed my stuff I had to let the lady know to open the door for me she grabbed the keys opened it and I left.Nails broke in 2 days and my pedicure polish was horrible I cut off the acrylic myself because I was afraid to damage more nails they came off easy cheap product the job he did is the worst I have ever had my nails looked ugly waste of money and time I will never recommend this unprofessional place to anyone. First time here and I fell in love! Best $47 spent on mani (acrylic) and pedi! Both Kim and Nan were friendly, took their time, and I ended up loving the outcome. Place is small, but clean. Love the decor. Will definitely be cominf back. I do recommend you make an appointment and if you can come in the weekdays, not including Friday. Read Less

This is what my boyfriend's toe looked like after getting a pedicure ($15) here :( It was our first time here and while we were there we loved it. Kim is really sweet. I got a full set ($27) done by Nagn and my nails came out perfect, but within a week most of my nails broke. I'm not sure if the acrylics were weak or what but my nails would break when I would dry my hair with my towel or something as harmless as that. I wanted to like this place so bad, but my boyfriend's nail still hasn't gotten any better and it's been a couple weeks and I can't believe my acrylics broke so fast. I've been coming here for the last two years and all I can say is Kim is the best! I have issues with ingrown nails and she's been the only one who's been able to fix that for me. First time here and both Kim and Nang were very attentive. I never really get manicure and pedicures, but this might have converted me into coming more frequently. They were really sweet and paid close attention when doing their work. The foot massage was nice and the hot towel was a plus! I needed to do my nails last minute so I found this location nearby, I got there at 740, 20 minutes before closing and KIM let me in and assisted me in doing my nails. She was absolutely great, friendly, and did an amazing job. She went above and beyond and didn't rush she took her time to do my manicure. Today was my first time at Nail Bar and I loved it! (: Kim did my nails. She had such a cute personality and took her time which I loved. She did an amazing job! I will definitely come back to her. Most other places just want you in and out.Just Make sure to book an appointment a day ahead of time or hours before, it can get very busy.Their phone is always ringing lol I did a walk-in today about 1pm and luckily they were nice enough to give me half the price on my shaping and gel because I had to come back at 3:30 for the inconvenience.
