Just moved to town and found this on google maps. Was SUPER happy to get a Stephanie as my nail technician. She’s super personable sweet and this girl can file a nail to exactly what you want. I do not recommend this place to any of my family and friends. My friend went into the shop around her lunch break to purchase gift cards for a birthday get together that included 6 of us for meni's and pedi's. She didn't get acknowledged until 20 minutes later. The gal said she was going to be right with her but never came back, my friend ended up leaving. My friend stated that it wasn't even busy, and they were taking their time with the customers that were in the middle of... having services done. About 2 weeks later, on a Saturday around lunch time I wanted to treat my friend for a nail service. We went in as walk ins because no one was answering the phone when we were calling trying to make an appointment. We looked around and the shop and it wasn't busy. The manager Jennifer came out and asked if we had an appointment, in which we told her "no", she said that they were not accepting walk ins at the moment, only by appointments, and that the only availabile time was at 6 pm that Saturday. Which they close at 7 pm, and we kind of predicted that they were not going to do the service for the both of us at that time. I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Never have I been treated this way especially when I am paying for a service. The shop absolutely made the mistake of putting Jennifer in management, she obviously lacks on being proffesional, has no clue how to deligate, and multitasking. I will never be coming here again. Been here twice but only once for myself. Staff greeted me with a smile both times I visited. Everyone was attentive and polite which is a big plus for me. The first time I was here I brought my daughter for a manicure and she loved it. The second time I came in for a gel manicure. Ana D. did my nails and she was awesome! I love great people and Ana was friendly and such a sweet woman. She did a beautiful chrome manicure and it is the prettiest thing EVER! My nails are gorgeous and look a different color at every angle. So happy to have found a nice, clean and friendly place so close to home. I'll definitely be coming back. I finally found a new nail technician! Ana was patient and took her time doing my nails was also very precise with each and every nail. I'm use to being rushed and noticing the person doing my nails just wanting to get the job done. I am also super picky about how I like my nails. She did AMAZING. Was not left with any cuts or bubbles in my nails which to me is very important. She was talkative and very sweet. The shop was gorgeous and classy. Very clean! Beside the receptionist having a bit of an attitude towards my mother and I. Really cute place! Nice and clean, and friendly employees. Went in to get a fill without an appointment and thankfully they took us right away. However others did come in after us and had quiet a wait time due to only three nail techs working. Would definitely recommend making an appointment. Overall my nails are really nice, good shaping, long. The acrylic on mine are a tad bit more thick than I like but overall really really good!!! Read Less

Hey everyone so you know how everyone says first impression is everything!? Well this was my first time coming to this fabulous nail salon and can I say that the staff is amazing! My nails came out perfect thanks to Maricela! My whole family got their nails done here and loved them! Oh and the plus is that its cheap and they serve wine! What else do you want! This was my first time coming here after seeing all the beautiful nails on their instagram. When I showed up the girl, Aydee, was very sweet, and did my pedicure nicely. The other tech who did my full set, Steph, left me a bit unhappy. She kept applying powder on top of powder and wasn't smoothing it out. My nails are now thick, lumpy, and uneven. So I have graduation coming up and I had been to a few places around Montclair but I saw this new place really close to my house and decided to give it a try. BEST DECISION EVER! The whole feel of the place was cute and welcoming the second I stepped inside. Everyone who I interacted with was so nice. Mari was the one that did my nails, her attention to detail blew me away. I finally found my new nail place!! I went this afternoon for a fill and pedicure. The decor is super cute! Very girly without over - doing it.  Diana did my pedi and it was very pleasant. We immediately clicked. She asked if I was in a hurry so someone can start on my hands and even though I kind of was,  I told her I wasn't because our conversation was just too awesome.  When it came time for my hands,  Ana D. took over.  She was very gentle and even brought me water when I started coughing.  Overall,  I felt at home with the staff. I love this place I got a full set I loved how they came out .. all the girls are very friendly they offer u drinks that's awesome they have wine.. they make u feel comfortable and they all speak Spanish !! This is a new nail shop, I work close by so decided to stop in on my lunch break. VERY clean and nice. Reasonably priced and they all seemed very polite and speak English . They offered me an alcoholic beverage too which unfortunately I had to turn down (had to go back to work). This place is my new go to! Liked the atmosphere and they did an amazing job on my nails!
