This salon is tucked between to Living Spaces and AM Donut and Yogurt. Although its not big location, they don't rush you out. Roughly about 3 mani/pedi chairs and 4 gel mani/acrylic stations. First time coming here and I am so pleased with the results! I came in with a friend and we both got full sets. The technicians who did our nails were actually the owners. They were super friendly and i genuinely enjoyed speaking to them. They really took their time into perfecting the details. & The paint job was smooth and the prices are pretty fair. Leon & his wife Lina are really sweet & nice and they take good care of there customers & there very dedicated in making sure there customers are happy. So happy I found this place, it's for sure my favourite nail salon in the 626 area! It's nice and clean and I've never had difficulty getting an appointment (I do recommend calling ahead as they get busy!) Lena always gives me an awesome mani! My gel-polish mani usually lasts a month. This place is amazing! I was looking for a new nail salon and I was reading the reviews for this place and decided to try them out.Even though it was a Monday, I decided to call ahead and ask for availability and miraculously they had an opening that very hour for a simple gel manicure and to fix one broken nail with acrylic. I was on the phone with Liena and was helped by her husband, Leon. It was my first time getting acrylics done, granted it was only one nail. I never got it because it's kind of terrifying from the videos I've seen with the electric file and such. Super painless and quick! I sat there amazed for a few minutes about how the acrylic made my once broken and shortened thumb nail look just like the other nail lengths.I got my nails done and had lovely conversations with the pair of them! I went back again two days later to get a pedicure and the girl who helped me was also super nice and lovely! I'm super ticklish and she was very patient with me while I gripped the chair and squirmed around while laughing. I'm sure she had an entertainment from that as well, lol. Neither of the times I went had any pain or discomfort. No worries about any silences unless you prefer so. All of them are super easy and enjoyable to talk to. Been doing outdoor activities and suntan. Decided to get mani pedi before taking off, bcoz Vietnamese nail spa is different.  (Fyi, this is irregular thing to do for me.) Anyway, Lina did my mani and Suzie did my pedi. They are both talented. CLEAN! Painless! They are refreshing and I love my finger nail art! That was done by Suzie. I have short nails! Beautiful job! I went somewhere else before Haileys and I was very disappointed in their service. But HAILEYS!!!! My technician was Lena (as advised from all the yelp reviews) and she did NOT disappoint. Like others said, she took her time, constantly cleaned around my nails after polish,  asked what I wanted and conversated with me. I will definitely be back again! So glad I found out about them. I finally found my go to nail place! I've been trying new places in LA for the past two years and have not had any luck finding a good place until I came across Hailey's Nails. When it comes to my manicures and pedicures, I look for a place that does a spectacular, not just mediocre, job and also has great customer service. I also judge the place by how long my gel manicures last. This nail place is exactly what I need in a nail place - perfect nails and amazing customer service. The first time I got a gel manicure by Leon, it lasted three weeks! Besides my nails growing out, it actually still looked perfect after three weeks with no chips or peeling. The nail technicians here make sure the gel is flawless by using a paintbrush with acetone to erase any imperfections after each layer - talk about perfection. They have a wide selection of gel colors to choose from. The prices are fair too. Get a manicure/pedicure combo to save a couple of dollars.A couple of things to note: -They only take tips in cash.-You can park on the street in front of the nail salon or in the parking lot next to the donut place. I've gone to other nail salons in Monrovia but I must say that Hailey's is the BEST, hands down!!!!!  Leon, Lena & the girls are all friendly and make you feel at home.  Lena takes her time and always gets my nails right.  They have a great selection of colors that you can choose from.  I always get a gel manicure and never disappointed. I never go anywhere else to get my nails done. Liena and Leon are the best! So meticulous, so careful to make sure everything is perfect, and so friendly. This is not one of those salons where they will rush through to get as many people done as possible, they take their time with every client to make sure it's exactly what you want.
