While sitting getting my nails done a client walked in for her appointment. The lady getting ready to do her nails stated "you must have stepped in dog poop you smell like dog poop". Shocked that anyone would say something, by the way she didn't smell at all. But there was a baby with a dirty diaper near by but nothing was said to that mother.

Ouch!! I was hurt several times while the gel was being removed. Ask for my nails to be shaped and they were massacred lousy job. Get what you pay for I guess.

Went in yesterday and wanted my chrome nails done and the lady said she knew how to do it... next thing i know shes not doing it how i expected it to be... next thing you know i told her to take it of...
Went in yesterday and wanted my chrome nails done and the lady said she knew how to do it... next thing i know shes not doing it how i expected it to be... next thing you know i told her to take it off my nails looked like a mess... well the lady was rude to me and kept saying rude things... she was mad she had to remove the polish off my nails and to top it off making fun of me with her coworkers... i don't appreciate this at all... ive been coming here for years and for this to happen is unacceptable.... and when she redid my nails how i didnt even want them she was still mad and being rude... my nails still had acrylic gel on my nails... they had no white coat either to finish my nails with the white coat... and she left straight to lunch... i felt disrespected in every way and the owner didnt do nothing about it to make her client happy... will never come back here... ive been coming to you guys for years now you lost a client.. too bad

She charged me $2 more because I paid by credit card. what’s a rip- off. What is the difference between paying by cash and credit card. NEVER COME BACK TO SASSY NAILS.

Kerry is amazing at what she does and really down to earth and friendly. I've had eyelash extensions before but the Russian volume lashes by Kerry are the best I've had! They last for ages and don't pull your own eyelashes out and give lots of length and volume. Kerry's also great at nails. She's a true perfectionist and it shows!
