I met a friend here today, and I got a manicure with shellac. I chose red, white, and blue for the 4th of July. The red and blue shellac was done nicely, but the white could've used some more delicate work. It's slightly uneven around my cuticle beds, which is slightly annoying. A man did my manicure, and it was average. He took his time cleaning my cuticles, which was nice, but the massage with lotion was really short. However, I liked how he asked me how I wanted my nails cut and did an experimental cut on my pinkie to make sure I liked the length. He was a little hard to understand, though. What surprised me was the cost: $29! I am used to paying $25 and less, and with tip and everything, it was over $30.Although this was a decent nail salon, I can go down the street here in Turlock (where I live) and get a manicure that's equally as good for a little cheaper. Overall, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. Read Less
