Amazing pedicures! This is not the kinda place where they push back your cuticles and slap on some polish. My pedi lasted over an hour (so plan accordingly) with great care given to my nails, an amazing scrub and massage. Henry was kind and personable, and allowed me to really enjoy my time alone from my two young children. The atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing and the massage chairs are incredible. Do not go there! They have horrible customer service, I was tugged on and handled rough when spoke to the person about being gentle they pretty much ignored me, a roach crawled on my arm while getting a pedicure. My daughter and I had an amazing experience here. We messaged the business thru Facebook and they reply quickly and follow up with us making an appointment for us. Very flexible and very nice over messenger. We are not from Modesto but is worth the drive. My daughter kept messing up her nails ( since she is only 3) but the guy who did her manicure& pedicure kept fixing it and smile at me, told me it was common and it wasn't a big deal. Worst place I've ever been to get a pedicure. The man who did my toes, dug my cuticles all the way into my skin leaving me bleeding. He did not apologize and even when I told him it hurt he continued to do it on my other foot. I told one of the workers that I was unsatisfied and that my toes were burning from the cuts. No action was taken and they told me my toes would be just fine in an hour. They also left polish on my toes which burnt my skin. Four days later, my toes are still scabbed and raw. I told them I was very upset and I would not pay them until I was happy with my nails, they cussed me out and kicked me out there store, saying I was just someone who was trying to get free sh*t out of them. I called the same day and was able to get an appointment an hour later on a Tuesday. Went in for a full set manicure, it's a big, pretty salon with lots of staff. They had their polish colors organized nicely and a ton of gel colors to choose from. My attendant did a good job, she did them a little thicker than I like but I've had worse. I really wanted to give this place a good review because it is beautifully decorated but it was not to be. First off I was treated rather abruptly when I walked in and asked for a gel manicure. I was shown to a chair by a young man. He actually threw the color choices down at the station and asked what color I wanted. After giving him my choice he started the mani and was to put it mildly not gentle. Trying to be nice I asked his name and he told me it was B. I walked out of the salon about 20 minutes later very unsatisfied and with a bleeding cuticle! Four days later the polish started chipping off and now on day 9 my polish starting peeling off! My sister in law,my mother in law and I went into today for pedicures. I heard of polished through friends and reading reviews. My sister in law and I both got the lavender pedicure and my mother in law got the citrus one. Oh my goodness! Hands down the best pedicure ever! I "had" been coming here since they opened. My Mom and I had switched from Diamond Nail Spa because of the uniqueness and seemingly "different " atmosphere from most nail salons in town. But now I won't ever come back. My mom and I got our nails done 1 day before leaving to go to Maui. While in Maui on day THREE my moms nails completely started chipping and the pink and white started turning black. She had to go to a nail salon in Hawaii to get them fixed. Last Tuesday (now t...hat we are home) I called to make an appointment for my mom and my nails and toes and told my mom to make sure to say something to the girl she has been seeing for 4 months Lily. I made the appointment for Friday with Taty for myself and Lily for my Mom( 3 days in advance !). We got there Friday at our scheduled appointment at 11am. We got our toes done first and Taty did mine but Lily was BUSY with someone else so a guy did my moms pedicure. The whole time throughout my Pedi Taty answered the phone about 15 times stopping my Pedi and just having me sit there. My moms guy was so rough with her massage she actually texted me and said HELP! Isn't a Pedi supposed to be relaxing? Now onto our nails... Taty did my fill and AGAIN answered the phone about 15 times to stop my manicure to talk to everyone around her about the phone calls and scheduling. My mom had to wait for Lily to finish her clients nails so she waited about 10 to 15 mins between her Pedi for her to get her nails dons ! Why make an appointment with someone if they aren't going to do your nails and make you wait ? Also my nails look lumpy and are completely uneven in shape and size . So I'm not only upset with the customer Service but also with the crappy outcome I got! And to top it off When my mom told Lily about her nails in Hawaii she asked my mom, "well what did you do to mess them up?" And made NO effort in apologizing or offering a discount to make her wrong a right. To top it off It took us 2.5 hours to get our nails done because they were soooo slow. I usually go get my nails done at a different salon but I decided to give this one a try due to Facebook advertisement I have come across in which they show pedicure chairs for younger children. I went in for my first pedicure ever. I was impressed at the cleanliness of the salon. I was able to book my daughter and I for a pedicure within half an hour of my phone call to them. What I didn't like was the customer service some of the males gave me. like I mentioned before, this was the first time I had ever been to this salon and this was the first time for me getting a pedicure. When I asked questions, A couple of the males looked irritated. I sat there waiting for about 10 minutes and then somebody came to start my pedicure. Appeared clean and new. They have fans blowing with signs posted saying "AC is having problem today" which I felt was probably a permanent sign. Four of us went in for pedicures. I felt you got more of a massage than a pedicure. They did a whole lot more rubbing my legs with oil than sloughing off the dead skin on my feet. I don't appreciate all the laughing/talking among the employees while they're working on you. My usual salon doesn't do this. It's unprofessional. The girl who was doing my pedi got up twice to go cashier and had to answer the phone a few times. Also unprofessional. Hire someone full time to cashier/receptionist. 2 stars for being unprofessional and performing below average  services for above average prices. Okay, I never write reviews because I work in the service industry so I get it....but girrrrrrl. Okay 1st off I had an apt but wasn't taken until 45 mins after, that's fine...but when the girl was doing my nails she was in a rush and kept telling me she didn't know how to do what I was asking for (ombré nails) and told me she was going to do marble instead....okaaaaay...THEN out of no where she leaves for like 15 minutes then some guy came and shaped my nails didn't drill them down or anything then she came back and put lime green polish on them when I asked for mint green ...it was just a hot mess y'all. So I set an appointment for my daughter and I @9:15 got there @9:10 wasn't seen till almost 9:30 not that bad but I did have an appointment.. James did my daughters mani && pedi && she loved it!! Henry did mine, && I enjoyed as well (he was very sweet && even played around with my 4y/o son who also came along).. now it's time for my full set which was done by Amy.. I felt she rushed through it which caused some uneven && also crooked nails as well.. I'm use to getting colored acrylic nails but settled for shellac because it didn't seem as though she wanted to do them.. once it was time to apply the polish she got up && another girl sat down (Tati or taty) she rushed thru the polishing of my nails && also the adding of the gems (will provide pictures) my nails weren't even cleaned up smh she also did my eyebrows which I'm not happy with either she got something in my eye (burns like hell) overall if I were to ever return it would only be to have a pedicure done not my nails.. sucks I spent 135 10 dollar tip && wasn't satisfied.. was truly hoping to find a permanent nail shop sucks it won't be here!! I reserved the 2 Hello Kitty chairs for my daughters 5th Birthday. Polished made this day beyond SPECIAL for her! They came out singing Happy Birthday, while it played on their sound system with a candle in a cupcake thats big enought for 2 to eat and balloons. She was so surprise and enjoyed the stop light on her. The staff was very friendly, atmosphere very comfortable and did a great job on our pedi's and the girls nails. It was the first time i went with my sister. The pedicure was good but i showed a picture of the design i wanted for my toes but the nail tech that did my toes said it was too much for my toes. So i ended up with a one color with rhinestones. I also got a manicure with shallac but my nails were not evenly filed. But i dont like to complain so i just paid and left. The lady that did my full set of nails, never spoke to me, didn't go all the way to my cuticles, didn't clean up around nail edges, suppose to be coffin style, it's not, one nail was dipped in glitter and is thick. I would have given 5 stars since the salon is very beautiful, comfortable, and inviting and my pedicure was pretty good except for the fact that I paid extra for the callus removal and the girl didn't really do anything...I came home with scratchy feet and did it myself. She was very very nice though, but visibly tired from how busy she said it was before I came. What really turned me off was that when I walked in, no one acknowledged me at all. So I sat in the waiting area and looked over the price list. After about 10 minutes, 2 other women walked through the door and immediately one of the girls yelled from her nail chair how can I help you? And 2 other guys rushed over to escort them to choose their color and get their pedi chairs ready. Me...still sitting there. At that point I got up and said um, excuse me...I haven't been helped and I wanted to get a pedicure also! That kind of bothered me, but other than that and my lack of callus removal I would probably chance it again since the place is so nice. Don't go here!! Please if you value quality of your nails! I asked for a specific type of nail and 3 different people assured me they were able to execute it. I specifically said I did not want pink and white nails. That's exactly what they gave me. Plus I have several tips put on wrong so you can clearly see they're lifted. I have a few nice thin nails and other fat ones. I also have 3 or 4 nails that have bumps and dips on them. My worst nail is a pinky nail that curves so far left and is raised so high, it looks like it's trying to escape my hand! These were suppose to be a birthday gift from my mom but I wanted to cry so bad because they wouldn't listen to me and they ended up looking terrible. I could not get away from this place fast enough.Only thing is that the place is super clean but it just opened.. and sitting in a clean space is not worth the hack jobLol and beware, they are low enough to make fake yelp accounts to give themselves 5star reviews.
