My entire experience was great from Start to finish. My mom and I walked in and they got started right away. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The woman that did my nails, An, was very sweet and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time she cut my cuticles and gave me my hot stone leg massage. I would definitely go back here again. I cant remember the guy who did my pedicures name but he had glasses on. He was amazing and so meticulous to my feet took his time and made sure that my toes were perfect. I have went to 3 other salons since I moved back to Cali and this one has been the greatest experience. Friendly all around staff.. I WILL BE BACK!! I've been coming here for over a year and I'm never disappointed!! I feel bad for not leaving a review much sooner, so I might as well start! The place is always clean and no matter how busy the place seems, I'm always attended to. Very fair prices! Even with the cheapest pedicure option I feel like I'm given the ultimate spa treatment! They sell drinks there as you're being taken care of. The mimosas are the best I've had! I haven't had the chance to get a manicure there, but one day I'll treat myself.I would also like to add that this place is like a 10 min drive for me. Very disappointed in our service. Ladies had very short manners with all 3 of us. Owner was not attentive and was rude. We were given a rushed service and the quality was poor. All 3 of our toes are clumpy and/or missing paint on part of our nails. Quality was poor.  I was going to get my toes, nails, and eyebrows done but was so disappointed with my pedicure there was no way I was going to get anything else done. Very sad because this place used to do a great job and I always was happy but I don't see myself getting excited to come back. I'm very understanding of "off" days but for all 3 of us to feel the way we felt when we left it just really wasn't ok. Horrible communication skills, rushed, no follow through on what they tell you! They told me they would re paint my daughters nails because they did a horrible job and when we went back they said oh no that was only valid for up to 3 days! It was just meh. Atmosphere was bright and loud and not very relaxing. I chose one of the more expensive options ($37) because of the description but what I got didn't really match up with what was described. Also the scrubs they use are on a cart in large tubs, which they dispense with spoons, that they touch with their hands before during and after touching your feet. The cart then moves onto the next person who touches the same spoon to get your foot scrub. For the price it's not worth it. Read Less

I was so excited to get a holographic gel manicure. I never splurge on nails and usually paint them myself. The manicurist was fast, which was nice, but it could be part of the problem. Not only did she not remove the excess polish from my cuticles, but with normal everyday activity and hand washing, my manicure started to peel, crack and chip off after only 2 days!  The holographic part of the manicure wore of the tip of every nail by day 4 to expose the cracking white polish underneath. The reason I spent money on gel was so it would last for two events I have spread out over a week and a half. I'm so bummed and don't live close enough to get them fixed. Waste of money :( Read Less

Went today, made an appointment online yesterday. Really easy to find location wise. Super clean and quiet at 1230pm today. I went in for a pedicure and a shellac/gel fill. Pedicure was excellent! Fill was great too. A little bit thicker than I like and the lady said she was going to do an overlay instead of a fill. Which is fine. Normally that's what my lady does I'm San Jose (I just moved here so I'm looking for a new spot) but my lady back in SJ makes sure that the acrylic powder is not super thick. Paint job was excellent no gel left on my skin which is a huge plus in my book..Overall I am impressed just wish the acrylic powder wasn't so thick. I would recommend this place. Read Less

I had been driving to Tracy to get my nails done as I had just moved to Modesto recently. So, I looked up on Yelp to find something local. I was very pleased to find something close by and convenient. I was able to make an appointment online for that afternoon. When I went in, they were courteous and quick to get me sat down. Brittany was excellent. My nails were a mess and she got them back into shape quickly and wonderfully. I will definitely be going back there again soon. There was a sign there that said they only take tips in cash; however, I told the front desk the amount I wanted to tip before they processed my card and they were able to add the amount on to my total. I was embarrassed since I knew I had to explain myself cuz I got new nails today but the lady before didn't do a good job but I had to leave because I was in San Jose and I went to Nt today and explained why I didn't like it and now I have a new set and I believe her name was Tracy who did my nails and I love them. I went to NT today after reading the reviews and seeing the 4 1/2 star rating and I have to say I was highly disappointed with the lady who did my nails. I came here with a friend to get a pedicure and fill. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing. She was very attentive. The woman who did my fill didn't listen to me when I told her about the design I wanted. All I wanted was a snowflake on my ring finger nail, the rest just blue. She had asked if I wanted the snow man and I told her no, I just want the snow flake and pointed to what I wanted. She proceeded with my fill and asked again, right before she painted if I wanted a snow man. I told her again, no. I just want the snowflake. When she went to do the design she started to do a snow man, and when she messed up the face, her and a man that worked there laughed as she messed up and proceeded to finish what she was doing. Last month, my husband had a heart attack and two days later I found out that my mom has cancer and she was rushed to the hospital. Since then, I have not had the time to maintain my beautiful acrylic nails. I hadn't had a fill since before the Fourth of July. I have never had nails on for this long without breaking or lifting.  I have NEVER had such a difficult time removing my nails and I have had acrylic nails since I was sixteen. I had John for a shellac pedicure and regular manicure, he was great. Very thorough with getting in-growns; he seriously worked on every single one of my toes. I have not ever been to a shop where they get your in-grown toe nails without having to ask them. The staff was all very nice and smiley. They have a VIP pedicure room and serve wine, mimosas, and other beverages for a price. There is a check-in offer for a free glass of wine. NAIL DAMAGE ALERT: I went i with shellac on my nails. My nails were soaked for a short time and the file machine was used to take the shellac off, in stead of soaking my nails long enough that the shellac would fall off/be scrapped off. My nails are thin naturally. Even a day latter, my nail bed still hurt since they are not thick enough to support the nail. The lower score is due to this single complaint of how they handled removing the shellac ( oh, and the lack of hand and arm message at the end). Truly moving people through like a cattle at a slaughter house.The review doesn't reflect the service itself. The nail tech was very nice, explaining the modifications she would need to do for my request for coffin nails to accommodate my small nailbed and thin(er) nails. I chose this place because I saw a lot of photos on yelp where people had coffin nails done. I was looking for a new place as I was totally unhappy with the multiple attempts for coffin snapping of my go-to nail tech.The shaping was better, but still lopsided: one side of the nail was filed more than the other (the tech's left side would get filed more than the side on her right). But she didn't over file (like my previous tech) so I was able to go home and fix it to my satisfaction. Read Less

They were able to fit me in even after I was 15 minutes late to my appointment. I had one lady do my pedicure and another to my fill. My pedicure was amazing! The nail tech was patient and took her time. The hot stone massage is a great touch! My fill was ok. The nail tech seemed rushed, impatient, and not very approachable. Toward the end she tried to make conversation but it was awkward. She also nicked me a few times and didn't even stop if I flinched. $55 for both services, but then I had to include Tip for BOTH nail techs, so walked out of there spending close to $75. Horrible place. I will give 1 star because I can't give 0 star. This place has a very bad service and is too over priced. When you are going to pay, they charge you a different amount than what they told you at the beginning. They also don't do what you ask for. They took over an hour to do simple nails and they didn't want to do any design. I asked for a simple bow and the lady told me with a very bad attitute she wasnt going to do it. She didn't do a simple bow and still charged me $35 for simple nails that you can get anywhere for $25 or less. Don't waste yours money and time here. They are not worth it. Great place! Made an appointment online and when I got there they were attentive to me and other customers. It was my first time there and it was busy! Got a manicure done (Deluxe Spa) by Bebe and she did a great job!!! They serve alcohol, mimosas and iced tea (extra $4). I came a bit earlier and Bebe was busy with another client. They sat me in a chair and  helped me relax (massage chair) while I waited for my appointment time. Bebe was kind, friendly and did a great job! First time trying this place was a great experience. You never know what your getting yourself into when you try a new nail salon. I scheduled an appointment online, which was easy. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and had a chair ready for me after picking my color. Didn't wait too long for service after soaking. I love this place! This is my 4th time here and we always get seated right away. I like to get gel vs regular nail polish on my nails and toes and this place has so many good colors to choose from. I usually get the deluxe pedicure, I think it's 44, but today I'm getting a regular for only 20 (not including shellac) and so far is very comparable to the deluxe. They even use hot stones for the regular pedicure. The staff is super awesome. I told my daughter I was hungry and couldn't wait for dinner, an employee said he would call the Mexican restaurant next door and order me something, as well as pick it up and bring it back to me. I thought that was really polite, but I declined as we have plans for dinner this evening. But that didn't stop me from getting a corona! They sell beer and wine here. If there was a ZERO star rating, that's what they would get. I came in with my niece for the first time for a mani/pedi, by appt. When I mentioned to the lady that was doing my service That I picked them over Diamond Nails because of the hot stone massage included with the pedicure part, she laughed and said oh. I asked why she laughed and she said "well I don't like giving them but people like getting them" ...that should've been a redFlag about their customer service attitude right there. my niece's service was turned out ok. Nothing spectacular. Nothing to complain about. BUT mine was terrible. She didn't think cleaning my nails was part of my manicure service for some reason. And when I asked her, she replied with, "you should've told me earlier" (rude) I didn't notice until about 30min after leaving (drove back to Turlock) that the top coat was not applied correctly or fully. Then on day 2, the paint visibly cracked underneath the poorly applied top coat. I understand this is not gel manicure but it seriously cannot last me a full two days without cracking (NOT chipping)?? I called the place and spoke to the owner explaining my dissatisfaction of the quality and overall experience. He offered me to come back in and "ONLY repainted the nails, not a full manicure". I declined, and he asked me what I'd like him to do- I said, the same service done for free as I've spent not only money but my TIME there. I get it, perfection isn't guaranteed but this was just outright POOR quality work and service. He immediately responded, "no, I cannot do that." Then don't ask and don't offer your "repaint only" What an insult of an offer... as if he was doing ME the favor.*EDIT* In response to the owner's comments ...Let me clarify that I did take pictures of my nails within 24hrs of getting the service done. I called 2 days later because that's when I had the time and patience to give my feedback. And look how well that turned out. Case in point, terrible customer service and terrible quality. Also, what a low point for you to use "feeding your loved ones" as a means to justify your terrible customer service. If repainting costs $7 and I'm asking for a full manicure- that's a difference of $5 for you. PleaseSave your theatrics for people who do not know about what it means to run a business. Read Less

The shop is located in a shopping plaza so parking is easy. The salon is very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I made an appointment by messaging the owner thru yelp and I received a very fast reply within 20min. I received a manicure from Kenny and was very pleased with my nails, he is very maticulous and detail oriented . Very reasonably priced for how great my manicure turned out. I've given this place 4 chances... I've literally come in every single time and I've never left happy... the reason for coming is to at least give them another chance and I'm done... they rush through your nails every time and never fix any of their issues... you show them a picture and they don't do it and say that your wrong that they did it the right way... that's happened 3 times... when you let the owner know she just says oh sorry have a good day. They do great nails but as far as color and design they don't get it. I asked them 6 times to get someone to paint my daughter's nails and still no one my moms nails and my sisters nails are done and they asked me to pay and still no one touched my daughters nails or even offered so I'm just like wtf!
