Anne is great, unfortunately the owner is not. She doesn't seem to have even the most basic grasp of what customer service means. She is rude, dismissive, and unapologetic when she doesn't meet appointment times. Her response to my complaint that we were just sitting well past our appointment timeswas that she can't control when her employees arrive. Pretty much anyplace else in Modesto would be better than this dump.

i have been to quite a few locations in modesto looking for the "it" place to get a mani pedi for service, attention to detail, and overall customer experience for the price. needless to say this is the best place in Mo to get a mani pedi.the ladies are so attentive, your pedi includes a massage with chinese oil, baby oil, lotion, and paraffin wax. When they rub you down, these girls can rub you down for what seems like forever. there have been many occasions where the only opportunity i have to come in is in the evening after work and they still take their time and never rush no matter how long the process may take. for both a pedicure and manicure for gel nail polish my total without designs is only $46.00. for all the atention to detail these ladies give, it is worth every penny.

Ann did a great job on my acrylic nails, with beautiful shape and color! They even took me without an appointment right away. Friendly staff. Because I am new in the area, I was looking for my go-to spot to visit regularly and I think I may have found it. Very pleased and will definitely be returning again soon for a fill.

They have the worst customer service. They are always rude and it makes you feel uncomfortable. They make you feel like you are just one more customer they dont care if you ar happy with their work or not. I have my own bussiness and for me customers are first. I have a lot of customers but I treat everyone one like if they were my only customers. These ladies here dont care if you come back or not. I would not recommend this nail place. It is not all about the nail art it is also about the service you get and that is what sucks. The boss is the rudest out of all ive seen her be rude to other people who walked out and she didnt even care.

I would not come here again. There were three employees working at the time I walked in. I asked for a pedicure and they told me it would be about 5 minutes. There were three open stations for a pedicure. I waited for 10 minutes and was not called over. Waited another 5 minutes. I finally left. There were only two people getting a pedi when I walked in. I would recommend going to another nail spa, since there are so many around Modesto.

I was nervous about getting a pedicure since I'm a guy and the place was packed full of women, but Ann made me feel very comfortable. It was the first pedicure i had ever gotten. My feet have never felt better, or softer in my life. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Being from out of town(my husband is in the Navy), I decided to come here to get my nails done since I didn't have time to get it done before I left Virginia. The lady that did my pedicure was super slow and didn't do that great of a job when she painted my nails. Different part of my toes nails are missing polish or polish weren't applied evenly. I don't know if I would go back and give it another chance with a different lady. On the plus side, the pedicure price was pretty cheap.

Very friendly employees but charge WAY too much in my opinion. Had an appointment with my best friend and still had to wait an hour for them to give us our pedicures. We both got a French pedi with a flower and they originally told us it'd be $15 a piece. When they were through they charged us $24 a piece! What a rip off!

Now that he has his own place, he's really taking off in a good direction. He does things with acrylic that I've never seen before, and if you have some crazy off the wall idea, he will totally make it work!

I would not come here again. There were three employees working at the time I walked in. I asked for a pedicure and they told me it would be about 5 minutes. There were three open stations for a pedicure. I waited for 10 minutes and was not called over. Waited another 5 minutes. I finally left. There were only two people getting a pedi when I walked in. I was nervous about getting a pedicure since I'm a guy and the place was packed full of women, but Ann made me feel very comfortable. It was the first pedicure i had ever gotten. My feet have never felt better, or softer in my life. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
