The options are abundant in Modesto for nail salons. I have a few favs, but didn't have time to drive to the other side of town, so I figured, let's try somewhere new. Behold, iNails. The shop could use some sprucing up, but I didn't have time to be that picky. I selected my color for a shellac manicure (they use a knock off brand, not shellac). The color did not match the sample, so after five different color tries, finally got one that was close-ish to my originally selection. The tools came from a drawer with no indication of being sterilized. Since these are multi-use tools, it is expected there be cleanliness standards. After two base coat layers, four color layers and three top coat layers, you could say my nails are bullet proof. This is not proper application of gel or shellac. The job was messy and poorly executed. Lesson learned, iNails =iNogoodAnd in case you're curious, I didn't tip. I always tip, but after this experience, it dawned on me that tips aren't assumed, they're earned. iFail. Read Less
