So amazing, I’ve never used this salon until last night where I waited SO last minute, it was already 7 and all the nail salons were closed and I had called them at like 7:15 asking if they could please possibly take 2 full sets and at first he said he was so sorry but they were about to close so I proceeded to tell him that we had graduation tomorrow but I said Thank you and hung up the phone. No less than 2 minutes later I got a call back from him saying that, just come in and don’t worry about it they can get our nails done” we were so happy especially because all other nail salons we closed by then. So we went in there and BEST customer service ever. Heidi and jack are who helped us and they were the nicest people ever, offered us water bottle, got me a spoon when I needed it😂 and best of all my nails look AMAZING. Highly recommend

I discovered this salon about a year and a half ago.I think they give you the best pedicure in town!! It's a small shop they take their time and you never feel rushed. I've recommend this place to several friends and I've had positive feedback from all of them. Because it is a small shop (husband and wife team) I definitely would recommend call and make an appointment for pedicures.

My gel never peels or cracks in the two weeks I have it on and they have so many colors in their gel collection that you can choose from! And they continue to get to colors so they can be ready for whatever color trend is coming next. They are extremely clean as well. I have never been more comfortable or happy than at Caroline's Nails.

So amazing, I’ve never used this salon until last night where I waited SO last minute, it was already 7 and all the nail salons were closed and I had called them at like 7:15 asking if they could please possibly take 2 full sets and at first he said he was so sorry but they were about to close so I proceeded to tell him that we had graduation tomorrow but I said Thank you and hung up the phone. No less than 2 minutes later I got a call back from him saying that, just come in and don’t worry about it they can get our nails done” we were so happy especially because all other nail salons we closed by then. So we went in there and BEST customer service ever. Heidi and jack are who helped us and they were the nicest people ever, offered us water bottle, got me a spoon when I needed it😂 and best of all my nails look AMAZING. Highly recommend

I discovered this salon about a year and a half ago.I think they give you the best pedicure in town!! It's a small shop they take their time and you never feel rushed. I've recommend this place to several friends and I've had positive feedback from all of them. Because it is a small shop (husband and wife team) I definitely would recommend call and make an appointment for pedicures.

My gel never peels or cracks in the two weeks I have it on and they have so many colors in their gel collection that you can choose from! And they continue to get to colors so they can be ready for whatever color trend is coming next. They are extremely clean as well. I have never been more comfortable or happy than at Caroline's Nails.
