I love coming here for my Fairy Dust manicures!! This place is ALWAYS packed. I usually come here on Monday afternoons and it's never empty! Ana is amazing, request her if you can. I won't be getting pedicures here anymore, though, because they have cut my foot on two different occasions with the pumice stone. How hard are you scrubbing that you draw blood?! I straight up have a scar. The selection of scented foot scrubs is really cute, but not cute enough to get me to have a pedicure done there again. BRING CASH because they don't allow you to tip on your card. Parking is never a problem here, but they are about to open several other stores in that shopping center, so it might get a little tight.

The salon is clean, with great massage chairs and talented technicians. Only downside is often having to wait for service once seated. I’ve had to wait over 45 in the past—even when an appointment is made. Not good if you’re in any kind of hurry. I do like that they give bottles of water and it’s never hot or stuffy in the salon.

Pricey but amazing. Great service and courtesy, amazing selection of colors and options. No chemical smell at all. Lovely place. Minimal upselling, no pressure, and once you tell them what you want, they don’t keep bugging you as they go, which is a pet peeve.

was having a great time, but the guy that was doing my nails was VERY rude and impatient... he kept talking badly about me to his co worker who was very nice and she ignored him. i would NICELY ask him to fix a nail and he would act very dramatic... Just because I am younger than your average customer, it does not give you the right to treat me any different than if someone older was requesting the same things. He also messed up the prices and in the beginning told me it was going to be $45 and then in the end he said oh now it’s $50 because you got the coffin shape, but i didn’t even ask for the coffin shape? This is my second time coming to this nail salon and I will not be coming back here again.

Ambiance: Beautiful salon. Employees: -Front Desk: Appeared to be untrained and nice enough, but wasn't very welcoming or instructional since it was my first time.**Would suggest some type of apron or smock to give employees a polished look. Dress code was sloppy and didn't fit image of salon.Mani/Pedi:3 different options for each. Choose the middle package for each.Pedi: Did not cut toenails short enough, even asking her multiple times to do. Message was lack luster.Mani: Cut cuticles so deep, two different fingers bled. When I asked for a tissue, seemed inconvenienced. Then asked her to wait to paint my nails since I continued to bleed...again...put off. Probably won't be back. Price was high and service was just blah.**When I showed the cashier my bleeding fingers, she only offered a "sorry about that" and no discount on service...bad customer service.

This salon is great! I have had very long acrylics for years now and I am always scared to try a new place. After my last place failed me the past couple appointments I decided to try somewhere new. When you book your appointment they ask for your name and phone number, which sounds like such a routine thing but let me tell you it's not. Most nail salons these days barely ask you what time you want to come in. They are sure to book you enough time for your appointment so there is no rush, and when you walk in your nail artist is ready for you with no wait time. They have all of the newest trends and polishes like chrome, holographic, foil, etc. I am very happy I tried Polish Ave out and I have definitely found my new nail salon!

I got a manicure from here and my manicurist did such a good job!! My nails look so pretty! And I am very picky about my nails, but I left here with a big smile on my face! They were really good with getting me in and out. The manicurist was really sweet and I could tell she really cared about her work and me. I will definitely be back!

The ladies are always sweet and gentle here, and I love their choice of scented scrubs. A little bit more expensive then other places, but I believe worth it. Plus they are accommodating when I bring in pictures of designs I'd like to have, and talented enough to get pretty close if not exact. Also they seem very sanitary, using a new plastic cover for the pedi-baths for each customer and sanitized single package tools.

The BEST nail salon I have ever been to. The owners and staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. They use a high quality powder for their acrylics and it looks AMAZING! The interior decorating is beyond beautiful and clean. Highly recommended!!! And, they have 30% discount right now. You MUST SEE!

I love coming here for my Fairy Dust manicures!! This place is ALWAYS packed. I usually come here on Monday afternoons and it's never empty! Ana is amazing, request her if you can. I won't be getting pedicures here anymore, though, because they have cut my foot on two different occasions with the pumice stone. How hard are you scrubbing that you draw blood?! The salon is clean, with great massage chairs and talented technicians. Only downside is often having to wait for service once seated. I got a manicure from here and my manicurist did such a good job!! My nails look so pretty! And I am very picky about my nails, but I left here with a big smile on my face!
