Went to The Nail Club for the first time today! It came highly recommended by my boss. We work literally around the corner. I recently moved and have been trying to find a great nail place near my home or work for some time...Blonda the owner was super nice and got me in for an appointment same day! I arrived at 130, my appointment time and sat right down! When you walk in to The nail Club, you feel very welcome and immediately part of the family.I was in desperate need of a fill and pedicure! I usually get gel polish on acrylics. Today I also felt like getting Matte finish. All was no problem for Cindy who did my fill. Cindy was great! I am very sensitive with my nails and I didn't feel a thing! I love the quality! Kim did my pedicure and did a great job! Very relaxing treatment! I also got Matte finish on my toes and they look great! Both Kim and Cindy were very personable and friendly. Overall, I love the quality of work, and the friendly atmosphere! My go to eyebrow lady was extremely busy the day I went so I ended up going here for a quick wax. It will definitely be my first and last trip to this place. 1. This place is way over priced2. The lady that did my eyebrows almost blinded me by putting the light literally an inch from my eye ball. 3. Got a gel manicure and pedicure here with a wedding party last week. The people were very nice and attentive. All of them! Unfortunately, it was poor quality and extremely slow. I was with 4 other people (we had an appointment), and all of them were finished before my manicure was, even though we started at the same time. We got the same things done, so it wasn't a factor of complication. My gel manicure went way past my nails, and I had to file it off my skin. It also bubbled up at the base of my nails within a day, and I was able to peel it all off with no problem a couple of days later. It's unfortunate because I feel like I paid a lot for poor quality. I have been a customer at The Nail Club for over 15 years and would go nowhere else! Not only is the salon itself impeccable and clean the staff are always friendly and polite. The owner makes it a point to make sure each of her patrons are 100% satisfied.
