Be wary. When I first got in, a woman who came in shortly after me was serviced first with her pedi while I was still waiting. I said I wanted a pedi/mani. Somewhere along the way of me soaking before actually getting serviced, there was a miscommunication& when I was asked if I wanted a manicure, I said I did in the beginning. The woman who did my pedicure was great, the woman on my manicure, though, is a different story. She rushed& was cutting at my cuticles like Edward Scissorhands. She went so hard that one of the cuticles began to bleed. My visit was 9 days ago& the look of my cuticles makes me sick. My left&right ring fingers are both looking infected. Possible doctor visit? Just got a fabulous gel manicure from Nicki. She was very meticulous and detailed oriented. My nails look absolutely perfect. She even took the extra time to repair my nail that was starting to break, without me even mentioning it. I am scared of the UV lights and prefer the LED light to set the manicure. Nicki was more than accommodating and hunted around the shop to find the light I wanted. Just to make me comfortable. Excellent conversation and massage were added pluses.
