I have been to this salon several times. Sometimes they do an okay job and sometimes they don't. Usually they do not take very much time or do a thorough job. Today was the last time I will go, the lady doing my nails did not remove my cuticles on me feet and instead painted right over the skin. Charged 6 extra dollars for a callous remover but did not scrub off my calluses. Would recommend not wasting $25 on a pedicure you can do yourself at home Read Less

Made an appointment first thing in the morning. Sat in my car and waited for them to open. As I saw them arrive, got out of my car. Nail technician recognized a return client and quickly ushered her to a chair as I was checking in. I absolutely love this nail salon.   Linda and Kim are my go to favorite manicurists however all the ladies are great, friendly and do an excellent job.   The place is clean, relaxing and a great place to enjoy a manicure, pedicure, massage, and eyebrow wax.   It's truly a one stop shop!   Come and try! I had been going to Hollywood nails for a few years. I had a regular manicurist do my acrylic nails with gel polish. Very few problems except when a nail occasionally broke or my polish peeled, then Holly would behave as if it was a real inconvenience to take care of the problem.I chose a new color for Fall and after 1 day it began to peel off. I went in and Kim, my regular manicurist. redid all of the color on my nails. A few days later same problem, polish was peeling. I'm sales so the reason that I have my nails done is to always look professional. I had a very important appointment and stopped in to have just the one peeling nail redone. Holly was rude and after I waited 10 minutes for Kim to finish with a pedicure, Holly said that I would have to come back later. Explained that I couldn't I had clients later which is why I need my nail polish fixed. I explained that all I need was to have the peeling polish repaired on one nail. Holly wouldn't help and I left.I need to clarify that in the last year I've only had to come in once before with a  broken nail. The reason that I pay extra to have Gel over my acrylic nails is so that I don't have a problem with peeling in between fills. This is the only time the peeling has happened and I believe that the color was defective, not my fault! Kim is a great manicurist but Holly doesn't deserve the business. Took me right away, did my nails in about an hour and did a beautiful job. They had a lot of regulars and took as many people as soon as they could.Tammy did a great job on my nails and has a lot of attention to detail. Will defiantly return. Read Less

I have been going here for 3 years. The salon is so very busy it is hard to get in, so recently I began scheduling an appointment for pedicures.Today proved they are too busy for my business. I waited an HOUR after my scheduled appointment time, and sadly I left without a pedicure.Time to find a salon who wants my business. Read Less

I'm so disappointed with the service I received from this nail salon today. I checked in at 11am and was told there would be an hour wait so I had the manager pencil me in for a 12pm appointment. I showed back up at 11:55 to pick out my color and as I was standing near the entry way this elderly man was extremely rude to me, which the manager witnessed. The manager processed to seat that rude man, who had an appointment after me, making me wait even longer. She then sat another man in the next available chair, so I walked out. I'm a good paying customer who always tips well. I hope that the service I received was worth it cause I'll never be back there again. Hollywood nails is a cute little salon, i didn't have any problem just walking in and getting a gel manicure. Annie helped me out. She was very funny and held a good conversation.
