This place is not terrible like the ratings suggest. It really DEPENDS on who does your nails. Like many salons you have talented people and not talented people working there so the trick is to find out who they are and who to avoid. I recently moved from SF and this is definitely one of my new nail spots. They are so good. Detailed and a relaxing space with out to much talking. The mani pedi was beautiful and I'm really picky, I'm in the beauty industry. It's lasting really really well too. :) Read Less

I had probably one of the most detail-oriented pedicures I've ever experienced.  Susan is a perfectionist and really took her time to make sure everything was just right, often going back and clipping or scrubbing harder. I've found my new pedicure spot. Read Less

These ladies are amazing. So sweet. I was a walk-in and they took me in with no problem. It's nice to have your nails done with a smile and kindness  from them, which is sadly not too common in the industry. I will be back for sure. And their mascot dog, Mimi is adorable. I really wish there is a nail salon this good near where I live so I could come more often. I came in today with a friend as I was visiting her and we went for some quality time for ourselves. What a great place. Staff is very nice and professional. Technicians are very skillful and easy to communicate with. I had a mani/pedi and the lady did an excellent job. She took her time to make sure everything is right and did not rush through steps. They offer good quality products and have a great selection of beautiful colors to choose from. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed, they clean up after every customer. For an awesome service, I say their price is very competitive. If you are in the area and looking for a reasonable priced decent place to have your nails done, you definitely should try this place out !!! Read Less

One of the sloppiest manicures I've had. I had to ask the manicurist to repaint and/or fix many of my nails because she wasn't coating the nail evenly with paint. She obliged but didn't really fix the problem the second time around. The shape of my nails look great so it's such a shame the paint job is so crappy! I agree with the zero star rating. This place is a joke. I went one day, mostly because its close to my house and was the only thing open. The service was terrible, the salon was dirty, and the pedicure was in total 30 minutes and probably the sloppiest and worst i've ever had. Still, the lady that did my toes was very nice and quoted me a cheap rate when i asked about coming  back for a manicure a few days later. I made an appointment and returned on the day  I was scheduled. Not only were they not even close to being ready, but gave me serious attitude when I asked what happened to the appointment I made. zero stars if I could. I so agree with Robyne! I went for a quick manicure at lunch about 4 months ago. Terrible terrible.the KICKER today....... one of the manicurists was in the womens rest room when i was  (in the office complex that has offices and the nail salon), did her bussiness and did NOT wash her hands as she left!!! update: 10/07 I have to change my review of this place due to the fact that I was stuck one day and was on my way out on a date and I needed to get a repair done on my nails.  I went to a different person this time and I told her about my experience and she was wonderful.  She did a fantastic job and asked that the next time I need a pedicure to come and PLEASE give her a try.  I did that today and she did a fantastic job!!!  Her name is Sandy. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Quite possibly the WORST nail salon in the whole Universe!!!!This place would of been so easy for me to like since I work in the same building as their location.... sooo perfect so you can imagine I tried everything that I could to like them...... But the Pedicure for $25 was 20mins... no foot massage.... horrible paint job, really bad file, and come on no scrub job on my feet.... Ugh Read Less
