I have told myself the last 5 times Ive been here that it would be my last time. However, this Saturday I had the worst experience Ive ever had at any nail salon. Not only do they not listen to you, they cut your nails so short it hurts, they are not hospitable and are in general very rude and rush you. I went with my sister, we had a gift card for mani pedi, and were going to buy an additional mani pedi, adding gel to the manis. They charged us 100 dollars… on top of the gift card and then they refused to give the proper change back. So basically this place stole almost 50 bucks from us and refused to give our money back (as we paid with a 100$ bill). They were extremely rude. The actual mani pedi was soso.. but they NEVER gives any form of massage. She actually forgot to give me lotion on my hand, and when I asked for lotion she just squirted it into my hand and then watched me struggle to smear it in with one hand as my other was under the light… WORST PLACE EVER. Legit stole from me.. I wish you could put negative stars..

By far the worst pedicure I've EVER had. I left the salon with one toe nail only half painted. And don't think I didn't wait to see if my pedicure tech was going to come back and turn off the fan/ help me put on flipflops. But nothing. I also had to wait almost 30 minutes before even being touched. Got home to find my feet had hardly been scrubbed at all. Only the heel really. Had to go to cvs and buy a block to do it myself. Defiantly not worth the price. AT ALL. I can easily get a $20 pedi with a better outcome. Would give 0 stars if I could

Clean, nice staff and good location. I recommend BeBe for Acrylic Gels. She is a master at her craft.

Strong 4. Ladies are very nice and they do a good job. My only issue is that I'm short and my feet don't reach the bottom of the large bowl of lemon water for soaking. Seats are a bit large for me. The pedis and mania are good depending on who you get. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

This salon has always been hit or miss, but yesterday was my last miss. After a most unpleasant greeting, my daughter and I received awful treatments. Two diferent 'technicians' gave my daughter a mani, and when we pointed out her nails were rough & uneven, they said it was because her nails were too short to file (they had cut them)! The polish coverage was bad too; her nail was exposed on several sides. My daughter also had visible flakes on her feet~they hadn't even sloughed them. I had brought my own gel polish & my technician thinned it without asking (thereby ruining it), and then I was charged for selecting premium polish (charge was reversed)! I called the salon later that day (because I hate spending $60 on a poor experience) & they agreed to file & repaint my daughter's nails, but she didn't want to go back alone. I don't blame her!

This place is your average chop shop. Great for a gel manicure or polish pedicure, but I would stop it there. No designs, no specialities, not even a great massage. Two major "fail" points for me:1. They use "tips" for their acrylics, which is fairly antiquated at this point in the nail industry. I will say that Bebe, although she is very firm, does a good job at using tips without making that God-awful "duck feet" nail shape 2. They REFUSE to put a gel top coat on a polish coat, which is also very last century nail style. It's ok to do and makes it last longer, which almost leads me to think they won't do it so you come back for a new set sooner. That all bring said I was happy with my nails when I used to get gel over natural nails. Now that I like my nails done with some uniqueness and acrylic, I get them done elsewhere.

I popped into this place as I needed a pedi for vacation. I should have read reviews.The copper bowl foot soak is the only redeeming thing about this place. I had an older woman who was extremely rough on my cuticles. She cut them way too much to the point where it was painful and bleeding on a few toes. I'm a pretty tough cookie too! I'm noticing my polish job was a bit messy. Horrible leg massage...they used olive oil, not lotion and it was only for a few minutes. My feet weren't scrubbed enough and they still look dry. What a waste of my $28.00!

I have told myself the last 5 times Ive been here that it would be my last time. However, this Saturday I had the worst experience Ive ever had at any nail salon. Not only do they not listen to you, they cut your nails so short it hurts, they are not hospitable and are in general very rude and rush you. I went with my sister, we had a gift card for mani pedi, and were going to buy an additional mani pedi, adding gel to the manis. They charged us 100 dollars… on top of the gift card and then they refused to give the proper change back. She actually forgot to give me lotion on my hand, and when I asked for lotion she just squirted it into my hand and then watched me struggle to smear it in with one hand as my other was under the light… WORST PLACE EVER. Legit stole from me.. I wish you could put negative stars..

By far the worst pedicure I've EVER had. I left the salon with one toe nail only half painted. And don't think I didn't wait to see if my pedicure tech was going to come back and turn off the fan/ help me put on flipflops. But nothing. I also had to wait almost 30 minutes before even being touched. Got home to find my feet had hardly been scrubbed at all. Only the heel really. Had to go to cvs and buy a block to do it myself. Strong 4. Ladies are very nice and they do a good job. My only issue is that I'm short and my feet don't reach the bottom of the large bowl of lemon water for soaking. Seats are a bit large for me. The pedis and mania are good depending on who you get. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Two diferent 'technicians' gave my daughter a mani, and when we pointed out her nails were rough & uneven, they said it was because her nails were too short to file (they had cut them)! I popped into this place as I needed a pedi for vacation. I should have read reviews.The copper bowl foot soak is the only redeeming thing about this place. I had an older woman who was extremely rough on my cuticles. She cut them way too much to the point where it was painful and bleeding on a few toes. I'm a pretty tough cookie too! I'm noticing my polish job was a bit messy. Horrible leg massage...they used olive oil, not lotion and it was only for a few minutes. My feet weren't scrubbed enough and they still look dry. What a waste of my $28.00!
