They were rude and did not notify me that it was extra to file and cut my cuticles. The lady left air bubbles from the gel nails she gave me. She did not clean up the sides of my nails, so its not a clean and sharp look I wanted. With in two days, it was already peeling from one of my nails. TRASH! The people who work at this nail shop do not know how to do nails. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in to get my nails filled i had a powder acrylic and i did not know that it would affect the nail color and if i would of known that i would of not came into the shop. The man who did my nails cut me and was filing my skin with the nail filer. Clearly did not know how to do nails or be gentle. When I had asked for my money back he looked at me and looked at me when as if i were crazy. He had caused a scene by not wanting to give me my money back for something that was not my fault. Horrible experience here. Came in, with no wait. The guy was really good at his job. Just got an overlay on my original nail bed. But when he was filing my nails I noticed he used a used nail file. I didn’t say anything thinking maybe it was just used to buff a nail out. Nails popped off after a month and I noticed something wrong with one of my fingers. I now have fungus growing under my nail. I came here to get a gel mani and I believe Jennie helped me, she was so nice and I cannot wait to go back when my vacation is over to get a gel mani! She did such an excellent job took her time was very sweet and my mani did not chip at all! I was sooo obsessed with the way my nails looked I got soooo many compliments on my nails. I called in this morning and wanted to have my nails painted in my lunch break, I attempted to make an appointment, and the gentleman that answered the phone told me to just come in and they would take care of me. So I show up and I'm told there's a 20 minute wait to have my nails painted. I don't have time for that! If the guy had just let me make an appointment like I requested I would have scheduled around it to be there in a time that would have worked for them! Now I'm back at work, my nails are not painted, and I didn't have anything to eat, which would have been totally sacrificial if I had actually had my nails painted!!!! A few coworkers recommended BJ's.  I gave them a call to schedule an appt and I was told they weren't accepting appts and I would just have to walk in.  I got to shop at 5:05, almost 2 hours prior to closing.  After checking and waiting for 40 mins another client came in and they took her back right away.  Finally after an hour wait I was rushed through my services.  Half way though my pedicure my tech asked me if I would be willing to come back tomorrow to polish my toes and for my manicure.  I told her no.  She also asked several times to the point of being annoying if I would like gel.  I told her each time no thank you.  Then she started my manicure and told me she didn't have time for a full manicure so she basically filed my nails and polished them for $12.  Then she grabbed a gel polish that didn't match my toes and painted my nails.  When I told her that I didn't want gel she said that's ok honey I won't charge you.  I was just so frustrated at that point I let it go so I could get out.  I went to pay with credit card and she asked twice if I wanted to put a tip on the card.  No thank you.  I work full time, I'm a mom and volunteer.  I don't have a lot of time or money to spend on me.  It had been almost a year since I had treated myself so being rushed and not getting the full service I asked for was disappointing. I asked for acrylics and all they did was paint my acrylics with nail polish when I asked for rhinestones on 2 of my nails the lady there started putting the rhinestones without any glue after she was finished she then proceeded to put the glue on top of the rhinestones which messed up my nails even more super unprofessional!!!! I absolutely love this place.. Jennie is amazing and she really takes care of her clients. I'm super picky with who does my nails and she does them perfectly each time. Hannah is an excellent pedi tech. She knows how to trim, massage, polish properly. AND they are very sanitary! They use little blue bags in the base of their tubs. Luckily she was able to squeeze me in the same day I called, which I thought was superb!!! I ended up getting short/medium length coffin shaped acrylics & could not be more happy with the outcome! I am so pleasantly surprised with this place. The people are friendly, especially the owners! Jennie did a perfect job on my acrylics with design and was so nice, and I'm not sure about the girl with the pedi as for her name, but she was sweet as well and gave me exactly what I wanted. Had an appt. At 2 and was told to go little bit earlier for my pedi before my nails. Got there at 1 and was seated at 2:15 the girl was super fast and when it was time for my nails the person kept trying to lift my old acrylic then he burn me with the drill and made another nail. Bleed. At the end he didn't want to do my nails because they where so thin. I ended paying $56. Just for a pedi and for them to hurt my nails. And today one nail broke in half and it's bleeding. I went in for a gel manicure and the guy doing seemed like he was just trying to get it done as fast as possible. I asked him to trim my nails and all he did was file them to the shape I wanted. He also didn't do anything with my cuticles, didn't trim them or anything. Then at the end when they usually massage the lotion into your hand and arm he squirted lotion into my hand and told me to run it in. Went in today and they told me they could not put a zig-zag line on my nails. How can you be a nail place and not know how to do a very basic design? They're really nice, the person doing my pedicure kept trying to upsell me which isn't all that appealing to me but you know what girl's gotta make her money right? I decided last minute to get a full set in and their Gel is expensive for what I'm used to so I decided on polish flare. It was a sloppy job but their color options are great. I've seen better. Not happy with their work or service! First, I went in with a picture of what I wanted done on my nails, they asked if it had to be exactly like the picture I said yes please, and they asked why.  I answered politely, because it's what I really want on my nails... After the lady started to work on my nails she said, it doesnt have to be exactly like the picture.  They couldnt do a simple heart. Worst of all, my nails weren't filed completely.  It wasn't until I walked out (paid $30) that I noticed my nails were jagged and sharp. I had to file them when I got home. Phenomenal work!! I went in to get a manicure for the holiday (Thanksgiving) I received, great customer service and let me just say the place is a beautiful nail shop! I got an acrylic gel almond shape manicure with rhinestones on two fingers. I am very satisfied with the end results, well definitely return again and recommend others!!! HORRIBLE service! The first time I went, they used cheap shellac that wore off within three days. The second time I went, they RUINED my eyebrows. The last time I went, the lady told me the wait was 30 minutes for a full-set. After 45 minutes of waiting, she told me that no one can do my nails because I would put them behind! Tried something different today , actually it was a miscommunication that turned out for the better. I originally went in to get a full set of original powder acrylic nails and walked out with gel over acrylic . I'm much happier that I went this route I'm just concerned about longevity of the nail color being that it's gel. I'm almost positive I won't have an issue since I've been doing gel pedicures for about three years now and I've never had an issue with the color moving . Matter of fact it's a pain to take off you actually have to let it soak in acetone for a while or file down gently . I had Jennie do my nails ( she's my favorite ) . I AmSHOCKED!!My roommate and I were in desperate need of some acrylics and we saw that this place had an offer for 20% off on yelp, so we decided to take advantage. The place looks so cute and nice! The color selection is ok and it doesn't even smell that bad in there. I expected good thingsBut then the manicure started. The same guy did my nails and my friends, and we both felt very rushed by him. My roommates nails were flared out, bumpy, and slanted. And when she said I want to make it shorter the guy said "oh shit" (swearing in front of a customer??) and didn't try to help her. When he did my nails, I wanted mine done coffin shaped, and he told me he couldn't do that, so his wife ended up finishing my nails.  SHE did an amazing job, I would rate her 5 stars! I mentioned to her the 20% off coupon and the guy over heard I guess and started yelling at us about how it was only 10% even though on THIS YELP PAGE IT CLEARLY SAYS 20%The guy made our experience horrible! When my friend and I were talking to his wife about her nails the guy started insulting my friends hands and started acting a fool and raised his voice at us. Which is NOT COOL and the reason for the 1 starHis attitude and service was so disgusting, he made us feel horrible as customers.
