My wife went here to get her nails done. Honestly, I don't appreciate the horrible customer service that comes from this place, getting all the dirty looks in the room from all of the employees, including the manager. So when my wife was actually getting her nails done, the manager was very rough with her. Continuously drilling into her cuticles, repeatedly even being told she's doing so, but ignoring her. Lastly, when her nails were being filed down, they "made them as thin as paper". I personally don't understand why there is such horrible customer service here. I went here for the very first time I thought they were going to do a good job since their was a lot of people and when I was getting my nails done by them they cut me once and she apologized I said it's okay I thought okay it's just one cut than she kept going she cut me 6 times !! Desperate times equals dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, I was unable to go to my normal nail place for the second visit in a row so I decided to try this nail shop since it was near my location. I asked for a fill and a pedicure. I also asked how long it would take. As usual they said not long however, that was not the case. The place was a zoo the owner was all over the place back and forth which caused her to do a half ass job on my nails. She quickly tried to file my nail polish off and did not ensure that it was off all the way. I had a light nail color that I was getting done today and once she noticed that she had not gotten all the nail polish off and had already laid new acrylic on top of it she tried to convince me to get a darker color. That's not the color that I wanted so I stuck with the lighter color however, you can see spots of black and white from my previous nail polish. She also did not smooth out my nail therefore you can see lumps. Lastly, she did not clean the acrylic that she got underneath the nail and on my skin off because she was so busy trying to rush. I was disappointed with the services here. I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. The young male that did my toes did a good job - he was gentle and thorough. However, the woman who did my nails was rough, sloppy, and seemed rushed. She was filing my nails and cutting the skin around my nails in a rough manner (I bled on my right ring finger and have minor cuts on my right pointer and middle fingers). I asked her to be gentle and to try and make the coats on my nails even as to avoid lumpiness. I asked her to make sure that the polish also cover the entire nail because I noticed that the first coat she applied on my nails, although clear, did not cover my entire nail. This seemed sloppy to me. After this, I felt frustrated and I changed my mind about the colors i wanted. I didn't want to be there longer than I needed to be at this point. So I asked them nicely to simply use clear polish/gel on both my toes and nails respectively. They seemed surprised. The young man removed the first coat he had done on my toes and did paint them clear. He left a little bit of polish around my toes which is not ideal, but since he had done a good job up until that point it doesn't bother me. The lady doing my nails started putting clear pink (gel) on my nails and asked me, "are you happy now?" I didn't appreciate that. Since I am paying for a service, I asked nicely for them to correct what I didn't like. But I did not leave satisfied.  I also did leave a tip because it was a service that they provided me. I kinda regret it this, but I'm not one to not leave a tip. I will say though, that I wasn't pleased and will not return to get any services done here. I'm usually not one to simply believe reviews on yelp, and I wanted to them a try. Unfortunately, this was my experience. I got my nails don’t last week! Friday! And all literally popped off today! I never write reviews or rate but I’m very upset. I was already mad that she was rushing because 4 people walked in wanting a pedicure and she did not have enough employees. She did not do my nails as I wanted. Some were longer than others. And today they literally all popped off starting off with lifting. When I walked in I asked how much for Gel nails and she said $22 so I waited than I sit down and some lady come and drills my nail not even drilling my full nail. She’s drilling with the cuticle one only. I said don’t you need the harder one she said oh yes. Than she adds the nails to my finger tips by even knowing how, she’s asking me if this matches. So I move to the front I’m sure the owner and I was not happy at all! Than she says gel is $32. Oh really you said $22, well I didn’t even argue I paid it. I definitely do not recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here or anything else waxed for that matter. The lady who did my eyebrows didn't even clean up the area she was about to wax, just put wax on my brows(which she didn't even blow on or let it cool for a second, so it burned my skin). She messed up on one of my brows, making them very uneven. Very little plucking so it still looks like my brows have not been waxed at all. She only spent about 3 minutes on my brows. The place isn't really clean, looks cluttered , not to mention she threw a dirty towel on my chest while she was doing my brows. The service wasn't that great either. I should I have listened to the reviews before I came in. My pedicure wasn't that bad but my full set was terrible. I asked for coffin shape and one hand was way longer than the other not a big deal. But the gel polish was bubbly and my set was lifting in 4 days. I paid 60$ for a full set and pedi that barely lasted a week. Best word to describe this place is TRASH!This is my 3rd time here and I try to give them the better hand but each time has be horrible. They tell you they have time then don't start working on your nails until 30 min later leaving you soaking in water. Be honest. Customers appreciate the truth. And when i looked at my nails some had air bubbles, she didnt even shape them, and some of my nails still needed another coat. once i mentioned to her everything i wanted her to fix she started to give me attitude. I went here for the first time and I paid $35 for gel coffin full set . A little pricey to me but my nails came out nice . I went in to get a fill this second time and they took there time despite being busy. I told them to make them shorter and redo the coffin style. Man was extremely nice but very slow. When it came time to paint my nails they sent me over to which I believe was the manager. She rushed me did such a sloppy job, missed the corners, when I asked if she could paint the sides shei didn't really care if they were neat or not. They came out with bubbles, lumpy and not coffin. I stopped going there years ago. One acrylic nail they put on was different color of white and when I objected the Mgr told me it was my nail. That was the last straw after many cuttings of feet infections, attitude of employees, feeling I was being insulted in another language, and misuse of tools while manicuring. Now there are plenty of other salons who do a better job in this area. My favorite is Five Star Nails. Nicest staff. They aim to please. Spend extra time to get it right. David is the best. I came here today to get pampered for my Birthday. I forgot what the ladies name was maybe Linn.  She did a great job on my pedicure . It cost $30 and it comes with the spa massage chair and they use special exfoliating scrub and massage your legs. They also fight all your dead skin off your feet. Linn was very detailed and careful to do everything right and do her best. I can tell she tried and wasnt in a hurry. She did her best at it. I didnt see the reviews for this place until after I already went. Good thing I didnt get acrylic nails after seeing those pictures and reviews but this lady did good on my mangly feet. Wearing flip flops too much really dries up your feet I figured out over the years. Better to keep them covered and not always exposed to sun and elements in flip flops you will need to take more trip to the nail salon or get those special tools they have to get rid of all that dead skin haha  There was one lady in the front who didnt look very nice and had attitude. Finally!!!!! I found Hannah! She is so amazing! Best mani pedi ever! Everyone here is so nice and take their time with each and every client! It's not a place where there rush through everyone to make more money! I am very picky with my nails and toes and it took me a year and a half of living in menifee until I was happy! I brought my mom and uncle in over Xmas and they both said it was the BEST pedicure they ever had! I highly recommend the callus remover with the sea salt scrub! This nail shop has been established in menifee for a really long time. It's a husband & wife that run this nail salon & they seem very hard working and nice. I've been to this salon a number of times & especially like their callous removal. I typically get a gel manicure & gel pedicure. They do a quick, adequate job. This place is TERRIBLE. I paid $35 or a GELL pedicure and it looks likes my five year old painted my nails. I'm so beyond pissed. My fingers look like a mustard color and my feet look like a bright greenish yellow-ish color. She even had the audacity to tell me how much she was goo to charge my tip on my card, so I refused to use my card and paid cash. They can only do a QUICK, EASY, PLAIN NAIL. I do makeup and straight lines ARE NOT IMPOSSIBLE. I have done 100% better. My mistake wanting to feel pampered. as a professional you are supposed to communicate with your client to achieve the closest to perfection in what your client is paying for. i am a makeup artist and i can achieve way more perfect lines and nail coloring than what i got done here. the lady was so rude. i wish i could have recorded her. she uses her fingers to wipe off access acrylic.. how unsanitary and unprofessional. the clear coat nail polish is so horrible. the acrylic is thick lumpy and crooked on each finger.. some of the nail tips curve down and some stick straight foward.. i asked for the white on (only the ends on the nails as in a straight line and she did some curved and some straight. she left the curved ones and didnt bother to fix them. the more i told her she got more and more mad. and talked crap in front of me in chineese. The ONLY reason I gave them a star is because my pedicure was good. But I  also went in for a fill and was highly dissatisfied. I thought it was average work until I went to change my nail color at another nail shop. The first thing the nail technician said is that I need a fill. I told her I just got one yesterday and she fell silent. This all happened maybe a few days ago...fast forward last night, my nails are ready to come off. I GOT AN INFECTION from the woman cutting me in both my big toes and not treating them properly... I have puss leaking out one toe and blood from the other when I remove the blood to put alcohol it just leaks more. I have my baby shower tomorrow I wish I could put a pic up... Ugh... I called prior to coming in, asking if they could look up my daughters gift certificate. I was told yes come on in!We arrived, I mentioned again that I had certificate that needed to be looked up.
