I had the most awful experience a few months ago. I went in to remove some acrylics and for a gel manicure. They had me soaking my nails in acetone for 45 min. I asked the lady if she was going to take care of me soon or should I come back and she started yelling at me in front of everyone. So I got up and left. Wonderful service minimum wait, came in without a appointment. Manicure and pedicure did a great job Eithen was great, nice conversation nails to perfection .Toes done wonderful very meticulous ,Sharron had a wonderful personality was very sensitive when doing my feet and toes. Absolutely STAY AWAY unless you don't mind waiting and waiting even though you made an appointment! This is the second time I tried this place with my 89 year old mom. First time, had an appointment at 11 am, they sat us down, we waited while water got cold waiting 20 minutes. I started to get up to leave, they promised someone would be there right now, well 10 minutes later they took care of us. The younger one that took care of my mom was totally rude, did not offer to help here get her shoes back on. Today, we had an appointment at 1:30, they asked us to come back in 30 minutes, we did, they again sat us down feet in water, another young person took care of my Mom, again was rude and no offer of assistance. I sat there for 35 minutes, water got cold. We left as soon as mom was finished, there was no one at the front to take money. Will not go or recommend to any one ever. HORRIBLE! First visit.....first impressions are usually correct! We entered and there was a lady that was getting onto the receptionist. Poor taste....then me and my son set and my water never reached over like warm. I said I like it warmer...they poked a hole and tried again...no hot water. Then the lady comes to do my feet...half cold water in the bowl...no thank you ladies i'll pass. They seemed shocked, I enjoy my pedicures and this was far from relaxing! Read Less

My nails look great! But the service was terrible. The lady who did my nails didn't say one thing to me besides 'what color' Another lady that worked there had a client but she told the client to wait because she was finishing up her own nails. It is NOT easy to find good manicurists and pedicurists. I noticed the Nail Bar as I use to drive through Newport in Menifee to get to work. I had recently re-purchased a home in Canyon Hills. I was residing in Corona and was still driving there to get my nails done. I was tired of the drive so decided to give Nail Bar a try. They have a great, easy to find location right off the 215 fwy. They are at a very busy intersection so patience is a must. Parking is always available. The establishment is very clean, the workers have good relationships with one another so the atmosphere is light and friendly. Music is always good and not too loud. Massage chairs work great. They always make sure your water temperature is just right and offer you a drink. I highly recommend you call for an appointment and be patient if you have to wait a little. Nina is my personal manicurist. She is GREAT! She takes her time and my nails are super strong and healthy since working with her. They have great quality gels and lots of colors to choose from. I've had a few different pedicurists. My favorite is Ashley, but Lisa is great too. I always get the Lavender Pedicure. That extra 10 minutes of massage does my feet good and the callus removal keeps my feet soft and smooth. I use to pay close to $80 in Corona, now I pay about $60-70 depending on tips.
