I have been coming here since December and I religiously  come get my manicure every two weeks sometimes sooner. I usually get my nails done with Paul and I have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time I came in on a Sunday and Paul was not there to do my manicure but I was offered to have my nails done by someone else. So I sat down and she started doing my nails and everything was fine until I went home later that evening and noticed she got the clear coat on my skin and in the process of removing it off my skin it peeled off a portion of my manicure as well.  No big deal I thought I would go in after work the next day and just have her touch up that one nail. When I went in she examined my nails and started nodding and shaking her head. She called another lady to come over to look as well. I explained to her what happened and she soaked the entire nail with acetone and had me wait for it to soak off. As I was patiently waiting the man who usually watches the front desk sits down and tells me I'm too picky and maybe another salon can help me better. I explained to him what happened and I told him this is my first time having to come back and I usually have a good experience. He proceeds to tell me that she is the best here and if she can't help me nobody else can help me because I'm too picky. I was so appalled and taken back at the words he said to me. He ends up doing my nails and and is very rough in the process. At this point I didn't care about my nails I just wanted to leave because I felt so humiliated. For a customer who comes in every two weeks and tips very well I should not have been treated like that. When you pay a good amount on your nails you want them to last. BEWARE BEWARE I CAUGHT A FUNGAL INFECTION AT LUCKY NAILS please make sure you see that your getting disinfected instruments when getting your nails done fungus can and might be in their polish something is differently going on there so cautious ladies I too loved this place been going there for about 6 months loyal customer being there every two weeks but after calling it to there attention privately all I asked for was a full refund back and never to return to this place “ I was Insulted and no refund given After that i let 5 customers that’ were there know I caught a fungal infection at this place Read Less

I recommend this nail place because they are very good at keeping appointment times and always friendly. Even when I get the regular color, their work keeps very well. Only suggestion is that I hope someday soon they offer ANC polish Read Less

Excellent service every time I go in. I love the wide variety of colors that are available, although it does mean that it takes me a while to decide on which color to go with. Most nail salons I have been to always try to get you to also wax your eyebrows or upsell you on services, but I've never experienced that here. I really like this salon! I was lucky enough on my first visit to meet Kayla while she did my pedi. Friendly but no unnecessary talk, she could see I was tired and just wanted to relax. She did suuuch a thorough job on my toes! Didn't rush and cleaned and trimmed the heck out of them! I went again to Kayla for my gel mani and it was great! Just how I like it,  and not one flaw. I tried finding a salon closer to me in Hemet, but they don't have such good reviews... I found this one Menifee and I was very satisfied.     I walked in around 9:30a, and I didn't have to wait long. I decided to get a gel medi/pedi. Kay did my pedicure. She was nice and made me laugh at times. Lilly did my gel mani. She was quiet, very sweet. I loved that both techs were thorough and precise, if they saw a mistake, they would start over.    Overall, I'd recommend this salon. Ask for Kay and Lilly. Read Less
