Came to get my eyebrows done waited a whoke hour i was so fed up i got up to leave when the lady who sits in the front seat told me to go wait in the room where they waxed where i ended up waitting another 30 min. Right before i left the lady walked in did my eyebrows in 2 mins left them uneven and with out a shape i was so upset i normally leave a 5 dollar tip i paid and left with no tip. Got my toes painted in the French tip style. It came out horrible the lines were a mess. The paint started chipping before the event I was attending the following night. Then I got acrylics those came out even worse! She cut my skin at the thumb and kept adding alcohol to clean nails causing me pain. She left a huge glob of under my nail. The French tips were all uneven and not clean. She kept blaming me for bumping my nails! She literally yelled at me at many points! I've never had any issues anywhere else. This place is ok ... they kinda pressure you to get more done than you go in for, and when you say" no"they get kinda rude... also they don't seem to like when your bring a little one in with you...  they are kinda expensive for the work they do ... it's nothing spectacular ... but all in all I can't say it's horrible .... I'm not going to be coming back though..... if they were nice I would but their lack of friendliness has helped my decision to go to another place... there are sooooo many nicer places with WAY better service that is worth the price. Not very welcoming..if there were 0 stars that's what they would get. It doesn't matter if you go in for a full set, fill, or to fix something. Staff should be friendly no matter what. I went in wanting to fix 2 smeared nails... an employee asked what i needed and when i told her she said "we are busy" i stayed quiet, because i wasnt expecting to get that kind of response...thats when she asked "do you want to wait?" Overall my nails look appealing from a far which is why I gave two stars. I have cuts on 7/10 fingers and I told the lady doing my nails she cut me and she didn't even acknowledge me, then proceeded to squirt alcohol carelessly on my fingers. I get it, it is a necessary process for gel polish, however if you see my fingers bleeding chances are that alcohol is going to burn the crap out of me so try to be cautious. I get my nails done a lot, and like going to new places however I most likely will not be returning. (My nails were still $47.00 - refer to photos with long red acrylics.) Read Less

I should've written my review the last time I step foot in this place. Today I walked in to fix a broken nail and she says okay I sit there for 5 mins then she says to me I can't fix your nail I don't have time, it wasn't busy there were 3 people there and only 2 clients. I stated you don't have time to fix one nail ? I can wait ? She says no no I don't have time. I have to finish these people then I have appointments later ! I will never step foot in that place again they are good an un cleanly. My last visit was the same turned away because they stated they don't have enough time, they should have plenty considering they are everyone's last resort. I made an appointment for my Mom and I to get pedicures at 10:30 on a Wednesday. We showed up on time if not a few minutes early and ended up waiting well beyond our appointment time. My pedicure was started almost a half hour after the appointed time and my mom wasn't taken care of until over 45 minutes later. The pedicures turned out great and the experience itself was awesome. I've been coming here for over 10 years. Chi is the best. All of my family are loyal to her. She does exactly what you want. I'm always 100% satisfied with her work. Worst experience ever. Vivian did my nails and was super super pushy for me to add all the extra stuff without telling me a price, a few times she even started doing the extra without asking saying that it was better that way, and charged me for it.Also she said I had a hang nail which I don't think I had and ripped it, ripping all the way down my nail causing my cuticles to bleed. She ignored it like it wasn't a problem, it hurt and soon after I left paying way too much for it and my toe began to swell and got infected in my cuticles.A doctor, some antibiotics, urgent care visit later cause the infection started spreading up my foot and my leg, they had to cut it open to drain it. The most excruciating pain I've ever had. Plus a huge medical bill later.We went back in showed them the pictures and told them what happened and all they said was hope you feel better. I've been coming here to get my nails done for years & I always receive such warm welcomes! The girls that work here are friendly & always remember me when I come in. I'm suprised to see the negative reviews! I have had countless pedicures & manicures done here - I always leave satisfied. The work they do is beautiful, clean, & they are gentle (I've had my cuticles cut roughly before at another salon & it hurt!)Judy did my gel nails & I absolutely loved the way they came out. I've gone to this nail salon a few times over the years (10 or more) and generally the service provided (acrylics, polish, pedicure was average).  I am a firm believer in making an appointment which doesn't seem to mean anything to the people working at this shop.  I've waited (keep in mind I had an appt) anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes just for an ok experience.  I would love this shop to be my go to in town place, but it's not happening.  They don't realize their patrons time is valuable to them.  Why bother making an appt when you have to wait that long anyway?  I could have gone somewhere else and been done. My friend and I walked in on a Tuesday morning at 10 a.m.  She got a acrylic fill and I got a gel manicure.  I had just recently gotten acrylics removed because I wanted to give my nails a break.  The lady who did my nails was very pushy about me needing to get acrylics.  While I was there the manicure itself was not bad, but my gel manicure started to peel and lift after only six day.  I was very mad. Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Almost had to laugh at the way they were done.. There was no way I could leave a tip. It was insane. My sister and I stopped in on our way home from work. We  thought it was time to treat ourselves, wrong place. We got two bad technicians (I cant speak about the others) but Vivian was the worst. She honestly could not have done less and called it a mani/pedi. No undercoat on nails. Barely any filing or cutting. Nothing scrubbed of the bottom of my feet. Nothing and I mean, nothing was really done. She just plopped the polish on. There was polish all over my fingers and toes. Some of it smudged in a line around the nail bed. The actual part of the polish that actually got to my nails, was put on so thin and uneven you could see through it in spots, and it was not shear polish, at all! We were not happy, and let her know. Vivian was completely unaffected when told how unhappy we were with our results. Just ignored us and walked away. It was truly hard for us both to pay for what we received. I had a day full of errands on a Saturday and felt like I needed to treat myself. I'm 9 months pregnant and can't reach my toes anymore and they were feeling swollen from all that running around, so I decided to stop in here for a pedicure. I didn't have an appointment but they took me right away.Rudy or Ruby (I forgot which one it is) did my toes. She immediately asked me if I wanted a massage and turned on the massage chair for me. I was thrilled to see that she cleaned the foot bath in front of me and then turn it on with scalding hot water, rinsed it a few times before she ran me my foot bath. Most places will reuse their water for your foot baths and it's disgusting! I get iffy putting my feet into the foot bath if the water was already running, makes you wonder how many other people used that same water. But not this place, it was fresh running water in a fresh cleaned tub just for my feet! Rudy (or Ruby) was 3 months pregnant and noticed my belly, she got to talking about it right away. I felt so bad that she was pregnant and still leaning down to do my toes, but she assured me she's fine. She also gave me a great foot massage that almost put me to sleep! I told her what I wanted and she said it was a great choice. I got the french tips with glitter pink nail polish with a silver lining and a flower for my toes. She did a great job and has very steady hands!Most nail salons are run by Vietnamese people and since I'm part Vietnamese, I was able to understand them (but they didn't know I am part Vietnamese) and they weren't gossiping about anyone or talking about anyone, it was nice to hear that! They were just talking amongst themselves about their days and whatnot. A few other nail salons would gossip about you, but not this place! After my session, Rudy (or Ruby) asked me if I wanted any other service done, such as gel nails or anything and I said "maybe another time" but I'll definitely be back because of the wonderful service! I usually don't get gel nails but maybe I will for a special occasion or something and come here for it!An hour long pedicure with massage and painted toes and all was $30, it wasn't a bad price! But like I say in most of my reviews, don't give a place a bad review just because you can't afford it. Businesses need to make a living too.
