I've had plenty of pedicures in my time and I will not return to this place. I'm new to the area, they had decent reviews so thought I'd give it a shot. They were done so quick with my pedicure, faster than anywhere I've ever been. The problem is, I had just as much callous on my heals leaving as I arrived with. Other places take some time and work out some of the callous. The "massage" part of the pedicure was light as a feather and pointless. I'm not even sure if she did two coats of the nail polish. The lady who did my mother in law's manicure kept insulting my mother in law saying her nails were too short, her skin was too dry and she kept messing up on her nails because of the length of my mother in law's nails which were average length for natural nails. They stayed late to take us which was nice since my sister was getting married the next day (yeah i know, procrastinators). But they also closed earlier than most nail places that day so I didn't realize how late they actually stayed. Quality was average though. Some bubbles on my sisters nail, she ended up chipping her nail later but that was mostly her bad. I won't avoid it like the plague or anything but there are closer ones I would prefer to go to. First time visiting this nail salon. Was recommended by my sister in laws, one of which is super picky when getting her nails done.  I went in for a full set and white tip pedi. They sat me down right away to work on my full set.  The manicurist was nice and careful. I did like how my nails turned out.  Just how I had asked. She then she had me move over to one of the chairs, once she had finished my nails, to start on my pedicure.  No problem, I moved right over.  They got the water going and the massaging chair turned on.  That was it!! I saw that my manicurist had moved on & started working on someone else. What the heck!  I give her the benefit of the doubt and waited thinking she was doing some finishing touches. But no. She started a whole new pedicure on someone else. I looked around and everyone was working on someone. I was the only one sitting there... waiting! By now it was 20 min of waiting for something I had requested the moment I walked in. Of course, once they all saw I was getting off the chair, someone, all of a sudden, became available to start my pedicure. I said I have to go, I have some where to be. So I stand up..... AND still waiting to pay. OMG! I could have so just walked out w/out paying, lucky for them I'm an honest customer and wanted to pay for @ least half the work I had done. Always in search of a good nail place that accepts walk ins. Yesterday I went in to get a manicure, I usually get gel but needed a break. The place is clean, but it is new. Wasn't impressed with the customer service. When she finished my nails she just left. I sat about 30 minutes waiting for them to dry. Arrived home 30 minutes later and they were still tacky. Tried this place instead of driving into murrieta like usual. Wishing I had made the drive now. Everyone was very impersonal, never got 1 persons name. Seemed like the lady waxing my eye brows was in a hurry for some reason. After showing me my eye brows in the mirror I told her she missed multiple areas. She waxed again. Ahh what a wonderful experience I had here!!They are very quick and very kind.The guy that did my nails, Andrew, is a very pleasant person to talk to and I felt very comfortable having him handle my nails. I also had to be to work soon after coming in and he had me in and out with time for my nails to properly dry before work. Also, offered a lot of details on how to take care of my nails and what certain things that happen with them mean (i.e. the coloration darkening could mean liver issues.)I had a great time getting acrylics for the first time and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Oh my!!! I love this place. Paul is amazing. I decided  to try this nail salon out. I've seen a lot of reviews and was hesitant on most. Niki's seemed to be the most consistent. It's a small place and tucked away in a shopping center. Everyone was so nice. The massage chairs were fantastic and it was just a joy to be here. This will be my go to spot. Found Niki Nail Salon on Yelp. It had decent reviews so I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. First impression, the Salon isn't as fancy as other salons in the area but the customer service definitely makes up for that. I was seated right away. I got a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Paul is the gentlemen who did my pedicure and he was AMAZING. He took his time doing everything. He was extra meticulous with the scrubbing if my feet which I appreciated. He did an awesome job with my cuticles. His massage was to die for!! If you are looking for a good pedicure ask for Paul. My gel Mani was dine by Ty he was great as well!
