1 star service. 1 Star Waited for HOURS to get my FULL SET. People walked out because of the excessive wait. The nail techs left to pick up their kids from school. Angry customers walked out and my mistake was continuing to wait. The shape of my nails were crooked as well as my friend who came with me. When I complained about the shape to my nail tech she snapped, "nothings perfect" with attitude. My Sister in Law Sophia (who came with me), Her nails fell off after 3 days and mine fell off after a week. I promised myself I would NEVER go back and ended going to Forever Nails In Murrieta where they were in shock at the condition of my nails. I usually come here for pedicures but the first time in about three years I get my nails done and they just look really sloppy. My nails are a week and three days old they shouldn't look like this! Worst nail experience I've ever had!! Went in asked for a full set, towards the end of the day. The older gentlemen that works there told me to sit at his station, I did so. I told him I wanted them coffin shape. He started my nails, looked at his phone for the time a grunted because he was going to have to stay later to finish my nails. So he rushed to get them done faster. I asked him to make them more square he barley did anything to make a difference. Actually he made no different at all. He painted them and I looked at them didn't like them at all. So I asked him to please remove them, and said I was so sorry I just don't like them so please take them off so I can just pay and leave.. he got an attitude with me, started to remove the polish and I told him I wanted the whole nail removed he refused and said his kids calling so he has to go. I asked him multiple times to remove whole nail and would not and said I would just have to go to my regular nail salon and pay them to remove them. So instead of making me pay 37 he told me he's giving me a discount by only charging me 30 dollars.... 30 dollars for a nail I asked to be removed and that now has no polish on them and Unbuffed!!!! Aptly named.  My first visit there, walk-in, no wait but most chairs full.  "Megan" came out right away.  She was pleasant, and VERY careful withmy very sensitive nails.  She was exacting, and precise.   I initially was onlygoing to have her apply a color I brought, but she talked me into the gel.I AM GLAD SHE DID.   I am very hard on my hands, with them exposed to soap and water, often, and also working around large animals   She assured methey would dry before I left.  She was right.  Also the color she applied (hot pink) waseven prettier than the color I brought, myself!   I walked out being VERY happy,and my nails look wonderful.  I would recommend them , anytime. I don't know why we keep coming back here. Every time I come the lady tries to argue with me about what I want or how my nails are too short for a particular color. I'm aware I have short nails but insulting me won't get an upgrade to a full set. If I wanted a full set, or a different color I probably would have picked that as I'm a paying grown ass customer. I picked the color that was on display in the front of the shop. Originally was going to only get a quick manicure but because I liked the color so much I decided to get a pedicure to match it. The lady then shows me a different color and tried to tell me it's the same. No it isn't. Then the other girl gets involved to tell me she can do the color but it's extra money and extra steps. I said it's fine as long as it's the exact color. She then tries to basically talk me out of it saying "it's extra time" " the other one would be easier and cheaper" and is all over the place explaining the pricing 15 extra for hell then another 16 extra on top of that. Are you kidding? I almost walked out but we've already been waiting an hour to even sit in the chair and another 30 for someone to start on us. I will definitely think twice about returning here again and you should take your business where they are actually trying to make customers happy and make money. I went here for a Mani/Pedi and when I came in there was a lady doing pedicures she told me 30 minutes, I said this was fine. She ran water for me to soak my feet, which I did and told me someone will be out with me. I was soaking my feet so long that they began to prune. Then the lady who told me to wait. Two ladies came in a while after I was sitting down soaking my feet and one Began to get her nails done. Then the lady who was doing pedicures got up when she finished and went and started on the second ladys hand. I don't understand why she wouldn't have just sent me to get my hands done first if the pedicure was going to take awhile. So I got up and left after a little over an hour. I used to love this place. They had great employees until they started the moving process. They lost 2 of their best artists and the last time I went, in October 2016, one of the new guys cut down to the skin in the middle of my finger, making me bleed, while removing the gel polish. So i asked him just to remove all of my nails because I wasn't risking an infection. Then he pressured me into letting him paint them and tried to guilt me out by saying he would pay for the paint and reached into his wallet and pulled out the cash. The other people I had been seeing for years, didn't seem to care too much, so I don't care to go back. I was also always disappointed in the fact they didn't have much when it came to nail decorating. When I heared they had new owners I decided to give it another try I dint have an appointment & Ana did my nails for the 1st time & i admit i was nervous because I dint know her work & I must say she did a good job! They were working on two friends/sisters the entire time, while I sat there. What was the point of making an appt.? They should've comped my service or given me a credit towards the next visit.
