I was a little apprehensive on going in after reading some of the negatives reviews. Wow! So glad I did though. My nails have never looked better. I don't usually get my nails done but, decided to splurge and get nails. Went elsewhere the first two times. I wish I started here. A conversationist, my gal wasn't, however, she was very professional, fast and did excellent work. DEFINITELY GOING BACK. Made an appointment at 10:30 for 12 and I was in the chair at 12. Vee(?) Went in for a white/pink ombré and left with nails that looked horrible! When I walked in they had me wait for someone who knew how to do ombré. (She clearly didn't) they charged me $50 for something I wasn't happy with at all! It looked like French tips gone bad Read Less

I always go here! They do a good job! I'm picky & they let me file my own nails if I want to fix something. They are usually booked so you need to make an appointment! You will be disappointed if you walk in thinking you're gonna get your nails done that day unless you go right when they open then maybe. I always have to make an appointment at least a day ahead. Customer service at its worst. I walked in and no one greeted me. I just stood there looking around and finally someone said how can I help you. I said 1 manicure please. The lady said sorry no room. I have never heard of a nail shop that turns people away because they have no room. She did not offer a opportunity for me to wait she didn't ask if I wanted to make an appointment to come back, she clearly didn't want my business. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Yeah, will never go to this place again. I got a nail fungus from this place. Obviously they don't sanitize properly according to state Board. The staff is always jumping from client to client, which IMO is not proper. So if you decide to go there good luck. Read Less

It is just....meh.Went for a pedicure and they have five types. The part I liked was the time approximation of each option, however you need to add 10 minutes to it. I wanted one with no massage, picked one with no massage, asked for no massage, and still had to sit through a message. I think that is where the extra 10 minutes came from.They don't have good callous removal. Usually it is ticklish and causes me to have to concentrate on not squirming but here it is so soft I didn't even get an eyebrow raise.I asked they cut the nails a little shorter and that was disregarded. They give you a base coat, one color coat, and a top coat. I'm used to two color coats. At the end when they run your card they tell you "come give tip' like it is not an optional request. You cannot deviate from their version of the menu, asking to leave out the massage or have shorter nails is taboo however you will give a tip! Read Less

i LOVE my nails done by Vee. I normally went to Eva's until John left. went to Galaxy and she cut me and did a horrible job! I hated them. So I came here and Vee did a PERFECT job. she did exactly what I asked and faster then normal too. Its a great clean little place. I would call to make an appointment just incase their busy! They are nice enough, and they do a pretty good job. I have even seen them give arm and hand massages to other customers. ( I personally don't care for it.) The place is mostly clean and well lit. Depending n whom you sit with, they can be friendly or quiet, though they're English is limited. If you're close by, sure they'll get the job done. Read Less
