Permanently closed. Read a sign on the door thanking customers...time had come to an end...Furniture still there. I was there last weekend, so sudden closure surprised me. Worst place don't go! So dirty and they are all rude and won't acknowledge you even though you wait for 40 min to be seen! After waiting for almost an hour then they tell me they have no one who does acrylic at the moment. Mind you, they already took off my gel and acrylic! I have always loved CCK, especially Nick and Jenny who are awesome; but, the last few times the service has been on the decline despite the owners being great and incredibly attentive. I got an SNS manicure with tips 3 DAYS ago and my nails are already broken. I spent $100 with my pedicure and mani. I moved out of the area and won't be back. I wish Calvin and Chyna the best! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE! Got cut up by the manicurist and hassled, she kept trying to charge me for everything that other paces cover. While I bled they talked about me in their language. I understood a few sentences "this white one wont shut up" Manager who is a male was a complete rude prick , I paid 75 for a manicure and pedicure 4 nails are raw and in pain, 2 bleeding, uneven nails. Someone needs to buy this place and give or teach them better service. I came in accidentally after finding a 5 stat reviewed salon in the same area. The girls were pushy, angsty, gave me the wrong colors, kept on messing up and having to redo, and touching to to apologize. It takes an effort to run a quality business and this place is not doing it. Even the drying light machine was all dirty and it burned me from being set too hot. This is the worst experience I've ever had for pedi-cure. They cleaned my old gel "roughly" and rush to get the nail done. She cut my nails without polished the edge so I have two sharp angles on each side of nails and didn't clean the dirt inside the nails. Because she did it in a super quick way, the nail polish splashed on my toes, foot and with bubbles inside the nail polish on my nails. I asked her why my nail polish didn't look evenly. she told me bcos my old gel didn't totally removed, which was done by the other lady there. She said the next time will be better. (?) Luckily, an old lady saw it and told her to redo it, otherwise I guess she would just let me leave that way...... I give two points bcos she helped me to try some colors to choose the color and she did redo two of the uneven polish ones. But still not a place to suggest or go back.Read Less

Stay away from this place!!! I went to get a mani/pedi and ended up limping my way out!! They used a razor blaid (which is illegal to use) for feet and I ended with deep cuts on both heels and bleeding non stop! To make matters worst they still charged me $55.00 REALLY?!?! Read Less

Worst nail experience of my life. I've been getting gel manicures for the past 6 years and these people are by far the most unsanitary and rude I've come across. Do not go here. They heat up acetone in the microwave to soak gels off, which is damaging to your skin and nails. When I told them I didn't want to soak my nails like this, they argued with me about it being a fast way to take them off. Indeed, fast, cheap, and damaging to your natural nail! About 30 minutes into them removing my gel, the technician completely abandoned me. I left in the middle of my appointment to go elsewhere. Do not go here. Read Less

They are fabulous and so meticulous! Very friendly, clean, professional and I never seem to wait longer than five minutes even during the busiest of times. My shellac never chips and their polish selection is huge!! Read Less
