Pros:  The young man who greeted me at the door spoke English well and was polite. I was a walk-in customer and was taken care of right away.  The pedicure chair was comfortable.  Cons: The shop is worn and threadbare.  The woman who did my pedicure started cutting down the side of my big toenail with her nippers (who the heck does that?).  I stopped her immediately but it was too late. She had already cut into my skin. When I pointed out to her that I was bleeding she sort of giggled and sprayed my entire foot with liquid from a bottle marked "Antiseptic."  The finished product was just ok and not worth the $42 they charge for their premium pedicure.  I have a sneaking suspicion that shops like this make their novices do the walk-ins.  I can't recommend this place and I won't go back. Trina (i think that's her name) helped me with my full set of acrylic nails. For a full set is $45.  They accept cash only. She did a good job with nails. Time spent about 45 minutes. That's a plus if you are running some other errands. Read Less

Theeeee place to go for your pedicure and manicure needs and whatever else you need for your nails lol I am VERY PICKY when it comes to someone putting something semi-permanent for at least 3 weeks on my hands. I recommend this place to everyone, it's the bomb! The pedicures are on point and the staff is cool. They are very professional and friendly. It is a very clean business. I have been going to Professional Nails for years now. This is a highly recommended place if you're looking for a relaxing pedicure and or manicure. I continue to go here out of all other places in Manteca because they are friendly clean good customer service is great, and I always leave satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable. If you have not been here I suggest you make appointment and try them out . They  just recently got all new Pedicure Chairs that are very comfortable very high-tech even a spot to sit your phone and charge while you are enjoying a massage and a great pedicure. My mom and I went for a spa day... the gentlemen on the phone was very nice and professional when making reservations. When we arrived the salon was a disappointment... dirty old furniture and decor. We had a spa pedicure and the pricing didn't match the service. Overpriced ...overall our toes look good but we will not return. Read Less

Very unhappy with this place! I booked an appt today for a fill and pedicure for 4:30 pm, I arrived on time and had to wait about 15 mins, I was told I would get the pedi first then the fill, after I was done with the pedi the girl asked me if I was getting my nails done, I said yes and she said she didn't know I was supposed to be getting my nails too and that there was no one else that could do it, there were 5 ladies there and no one else that could do a gel fill 40 mins before closing? And a lady had just walked in with out an appt and was able to get a pedi!  I called nail care across town and they were able to do my fill 30 mins before their closing time, I won't be returning! CASH ONLY! CLOSED ON MONDAYS!This is my go-to for pedicures! $22.00 for their "basic" service. I love that this salon uses plastic tub liners, gloves, and clean tools. Every service I've received has been great! I've seen three different nail technicians who were nice and did a wonderful job. The gentleman at the front desk is super friendly and always calls to let me know if the salon can get me in sooner than my scheduled appointment time. I came here a few times last year with no issue. My regular spot is always so busy so I came back here for a fill with gel and chrome-$50. More than I usually pay and it's now four days later my nails keep snagging in my hair-cracks and lifting! Considering I usually pay $30-$35 for the same gel fill and no lifting, I won't be back. I love this place. It is high in cost but the quality is amazing. The nails last at least double the amount of time compared to other places I've been! And they have a HUGE selection of gel colors. They only take cash which stinks since I was going to use a visa gift card. And the parking is horrible! Manteca needs to get it together with some of these bad parking situations. So make sure to come a few minutes early so you can find parking! I've been getting my nails done since I was a teenager and this place by far has been the best work. Like everywhere I'm sure there are some techs that are better than others but I have been treated well every time. A friend of mine went here because her regular tech in Antioch wasn't available.  She saw El (or "L") and her nails started lifting within a matter of a few days. He would  make reference to himself and say "El's World" or "Welcome to El's World.." Anyway she was really disappointed and 1 week later spent more $$ to get a whole new set w/ her regular nail tech.When her original nail tech's wife saw her nails she said, "Oh, those are too thick..he didn't know what he was doing. After getting a pair of beat up looking almond shaped claws from another salon, I decided I just wanted something short and natural looking. L gave me exactly what I asked for. Super disappointed with the quality and how long the nails last with the price I paid. The nails were super simple no design gel nails on my natural nail and they still cost me $40... when I went in it was slow and they were able to fit me right in. The girl who was doing my nails got the shaping perfect but when applying the polish it started to scrunch up in the light and was uneven. When I got home I noticed that there were bubbles and lumps in the polish. Two days later they started to chip on the sides, I didn't think of it at first became it was small but they chipped more and more. I've had my nails for less than 2 weeks and the polish on one of my fingers bubbled and peeling right off. Definitely won't be going here after that experience. Read Less

This place is always packed no matter the day or time, so I advise you to book an appointment. Luckily I was able to walk right in and get my nails and toes done with no wait.I really like the friendly staff and calm atmosphere here; however I didn't enjoy my nails so much. On this visit I wanted simple white gel nails with a new shape. My middle nail messed up before leaving the shop & the lady only put a clear coat over the smug and My thumb nail on the same hand chipped within 30 minutes of leaving the shop. I was also charged for an extra nail because I wanted a new shape and the lady forget and started filling a different shape, so she had to put a new nail on. I was charged for her mistake even after I told her two times that I wanted a new nail shape. This is a nice nail salon however I would not recommend the lady that sits closer to the door because this is my second time having her do my nails and both times I was disappointed. Read Less

I LOVE it here! It was my very first time going after hearing such great things about this place. Very clean and organized. Everyone there is extremely friendly and talk to you the whole time. I've never been so happy with my nails. They do get busy so there is a bit of a wait.
