Worst place I’ve been too. Guy cut my fingers up all around my cuticles, did a crummy job on the polish and too overpriced. I love this place they don't screw around and make you wait for no reason. They also don't dilly dally when you go in for a quick mani. Only took the lady a few minutes to do my gel nails but she was still very thorough. I just recently moved to Manteca about a month ago. Luxury Nail is very close to my house so i thought i would give it a try.This is probably the worst service I've had at a nail salon. Im not speaking about all the employees there, but the man who did my nails was horrible. I got acrylic french tip nails. They were so uneven, i had acrylic all underneath my nails, and when he was buffering them and got too close to my skin, when i tried to pull away he was forcing my hand back.  I would never go back. Did a very quick and crummy job with my cuticles and dry skin around the sides. I had quite a bit of polish stuck to my skin. Also I went to get my keys out of my purse today and now have a chip on my index finger already. He put the nail polish on very thin but I've never had gel polish so thin that it breaks off. I went in to get my acrylics taken off. The guy that was there didn't soak them in acetone like they usually do and instead used his fingers and nail tools to ply my nails off. Afterward he drilled some of the remains off.. I was soo annoyed with how he took of my nails I didn't feel like complaining Read Less

The worst place everrrrr! I went in and got a full set and they fell off two days later as if they were press on. I couldn't believe it. I went in to tell I think his name was John and he started yelling at me telling me I jus wanted. New set and to leave before he calls the police. Then another lady comes and said I was lying. They do excellent work. They would not refund my money or let anyone else do my nails. I ended up leaving cause the police didn't come either. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Went here for the first time after hearing good reviews. WORST  EXPERIENCE EVER. John did a extremely sloppy job on my daughters nails. Polish didn't cover the entire nail. After filing, her nails were left rough and nails are now lopsided. I refused to pay the full $25. Manager was called and started fixing my daughters nails while talking on the phone. That's when I decided to just leave but she held my daughters wrist. She then realized I had put the full $25 on the counter and at that time said sorry. Read Less

Worst rude service at a nail salon,I got a pedicure and it was $35 which I did not mind but it was really fast i felt like it was rushed because she was the only one doing pedicures  and 2 other customers came in for pedicures when she started mine it did not feel like I got what I paid for,it felt more like she just soaked my feet and then polished my nails.I also got a full set with gel  and 2 days later my nail broke off and I called to see if they would fix it for free since it had only been 2 days since I got them done and the lady on the phone said $3 and I thought that was rude of her Because  I just paid $38 for  a full set and they don't put cuticle oil when thier finished which every salon I ever been to they do...I won't be going back there. Very bad service. I just got my natural nails done on Friday with gel polish. My nails are already chipping, Polish is thin and have air bubbles. I went to the shop on Monday and they said that's how we do nails what more so you want? Basically shooting me away. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN JUST BASED ON THE SERVICE FROM HER ATTITUDE NOT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. She had a chance to try and fix it but before we got that far she had an attitude with me. My first and last time getting shellac nails here. Most of my nails came out wrinkled and an hour after I left my left thumb nail chipped off.. I also got a rash in the middle of my ring finger on both hands.
