I brought my mother and grandmother along with me. They both got pedicures but they both felt like the whole thing was really rushed, not being done properly (but maybe it's because they knew we were on a time limit). You could just tell that the nail polish they used is old when they were redipping into the bottle it was super stringy. I'm satisfied with what I got but I must say the staff wasn't so talkative or clear when speaking. Not that no talking is bad it's just that it's nice to have SOME conversation. Decided to give this place a try. I wasn't happy. No gel Polish, only gel top coat for extra $5. So when the gel top coat was put on   and dried it left air bubbles. Acrylic and paint left on my skin. My cuticles were untouched. Just not satisfied. Read Less

It could use a make over and a good cleaning. Everything in here is a little dirty and a little tired. From the front door, which was held ajar with a padlock, to the grubby entry carpet leading to a duct tape tile transition, to the dingy bathroom held open with an electrical cord, the place was weird. The male nail tech who gave me a pedicure was good though, so I gave a better rating. He was mindful and didn't tickle my feet, burn me with hot stones or anything bad and he did a nice job painting my nails with my own polish. I went to go get acrylics and they did a really sloppy job. My nails had a lot of glue residue, texture, and weren't straight. I recommend you go somewhere else. When i let her know what i didn't like she didn't want to take the time to fix the problem. Save your money and go to a different salon. Read Less

There were two people in my party, If i could leave no stars for this place i would. Let me start off by saying this was our first time here and we will NOT be back. The woman doing our feet scrubbed way too hard on the calus treatment and it hurt very bad, then she scrubbed the tops of our feet with a brush very hard so much that our feet were burning for awhile after and stayed red. Then, the hot rocks were WAY too hot and lasted maybe a minute before she was done with them. And then, the nail polish wasnt even cleaned up around the sides at all. Theres so much polish on our skin still its ridiculous, not to mention some missed spots on nails and some thatre really globbed on. I feel beyond ripped off. Read Less

Let me start with the waxing since that was the worst part.  The woman who waxed me rubbed feverishly back in forth on and around my eyebrows both before and after she waxed.  I couldn't believe it!  I asked her to stop and told her it hurt and she was going to make my break out but she spoke so little English she did not understand what I was saying.  She was very rough.  I have never had anyone wax me like this.  Sure enough my skin did not only break out but it was swollen and red all the way til the next day .  I also had bleeding on one eyelid and now it looks like someone hit me in the eye!  I have an interview Thursday so I hope it is all healed by then.   DON'T LET THIS MASOCIST WAX YOU!!!!The pedicure was pretty pathetic too.  Almost no massaging and she kept messing up my nails and having to redo.  She insisted on putting my sandles on to soon and once again when I protested she could not understand anything I said at all.  I will never go back. So many nail salons in Manteca.. so few pleasant experiences. Let's start with the positives: convenient location, decent nail polish selection, friendly staff, and a very reasonable pedicure price ($20).The negatives: no tub liners, no gloves worn, pitiful foot "massage", briefly burned by hot stone "massage" on my legs, my toe nail was trimmed so low it started bleeding, and numerous signs asking for "tippings in cash". I'm always happy with my nails, I get the gel polish, which for $5 extra is a great deal since most other places charge $30-$35. My sister and I love coming here because they totally treat us like family and are always super sweet to her and I and my nieces. Read Less

Negative stars!  I honestly wanted to walk out in the middle of getting my nails done here 11/2013.  The nail tech was frustrated that I was needing her to narrow the shape of my nails and my french tip did not look right and she was was not gentle at all.  It was a bad experience and waste of money.  I would not recommend this place.  It is also very outdated techniquie on nails and dusty and dirty. First time customer! Came in around 4:30 on a Wednesday to beat any type of after work crowd. There was only one other person in the salon, so I was seen straight away. I asked for the basic pedicure, which was $20. The massage chairs are super comfy and relaxing. My pedicurist was very nice and let me just read and relax without trying to talk my ear off. The pedicure covered foot soak, scrub, nail filing and cuticle care, removal of my old polish, lower leg massage, hot rock massage on lower legs, Polish, and time under the nail light/heater thing. $20 for a half hour of quiet and pampering. I got Cindy  and i have never been disappointed with this place until now. I went into the salon and asked for a deluxe spa pedicure and the lady was completely RUSHY! , I didn't get a massage, she was way too rough, rubbing a hot towel to hard and quick! she barely scrubbed my feet, crooked nails, , the list goes on by far the WORST pedicure I have ever had ! Do not go here! Especially if you want a shellac manicure. I sat down and she put the foil on my nails and then two ladies walked in for pedicures. She went over to them and started the pedicure...... and then pretty much finished the pedicure before returning to do my nails! After almost two hours of sitting there she was finally finished with my nails. Omg im pretty sure a 5 year old could do better. I went back in and showed them right after I left and they told me to sit and wait. 10 minutes later he finally acknowledges me and says to go over to his station and he will "clean" them up. The polish doesn't even go all the way to my nail bed and some nails aren't even all the way painted on the sides! So he ended up giving me my money back but was NOT happy at all that I came back and said something. I don't usually say anything but I'm tired of paying for stuff and not getting what I paid for in return! Also, this place is unsanitary and the color choice is horrible. This place is not clean & my nails were not happy!!!  I went in to get a pedicure, take off my acrylic nails  & get a manicure.  My pedicure was ok, but when it came time for me to take off my nails the technician soaked my nails in acetone for over 45 min.  My nails were on fire & when talking to the tech it was like deer in the headlights.  I proceeded with my manicure, but my nails were weaker than toilet paper...So BOTTOM LINE "DO NOT GO THERE...unless you like SHADY work" Read Less

My boyfriend and I decided to get a last minute pedicure and didn't have many salons to choose from since it was Sunday. It's nice that this place is open on Sundays, but the service is horrible. My boyfriends entire pedicure (which was mediocre), was finished before anyone even started mine. I just sat there awkwardly with my feet in the water for a long time. Once the man got to me, it was a very brief, unsatisfactory experience. He didn't clip my nails, didn't file them, didn't do anything with my cuticles, barely massaged at all, and exfoliated my feet for about 30 seconds. I asked for a french pedicure...and got a pretty ugly one. My old polish wasn't even completely removed. This place isn't very clean at all and the service sucks.
