I hate when I walk into a nail salon & it's dirty. It's an automatic red flag for me to just walk out. Got a gel mani on Thursday already have chipping and polish lifted because the lady painted on my skin . Saw one lady start a pedi then finished a girls mani with same gloves . State board needs to do inspection. The tools they use they do not sterilized them they just rinse and put in sterile packages not even sealed . Read Less

Let's start with the positive: very inexpensive $20.00 pedicure and nice-enough customer service. I was meeting my cousin there, advised there'd be two of us. I sat down and let my feet soak while waiting. Three of the staff members asked me when I was expecting her to get there.. I hadn't even been there for five minutes. The salon had one other customer, so it wasn't busy.. I thought the questioning was odd. No tub/bowl liners are used, which seems primitive. I appreciate that extra sanitary precaution. I bring my own nail polish, but the salon seemed to have a good polish selection. The pedicure itself was OK. It wasn't the best, but my feet looked better than when I had arrived. The youngest girl is the best in all areas with the feet and tu is second. ..but i just found out right now she's no longer here :(.  They did take a good time with the massage and callous removal.  They always deserve at least 5 even for the cheapest pedicure..they don't rush you and take their time making you feel good.   Just remember this when they get busy and you too cheap to tip them for what they are truely worth.They can be rude though.  One girl messed up my finger nails i did for the first time..everything was slanted and thicker on one side of the nail from the other (i think the lady needs glasses) and the owner should have fixed then free of charge but she charged me at a discount.   It wasn't even busy. I have gone to this salon several times before and had a good experience for a basic pedicure.  TODAY WAS DIFFERENT!  The entire process was BAD.  Water was cold, technician was ROUGH....I was wincing in pain and she didn't even notice!  She filed my toe nails in weird shapes, and when I told her that I liked them straight, she was clearly upset.  She filed them MORE, roughly...and then they were crooked.  There was polish all over the cuticle....and she acted like it was fine.  Do NOT go to this salon. Brought my mom here for a birthday mani/pedi. The good: cheap prices ($25 for mani/pedi), massage chair actually gives a good massage, clean sanitized utensils, the lady with a mark on her left eye did a fabulous job on my momThe bad: limited color selection, they nickel and dime for every little thing (extra for French tip, extra to remove callous), old beat up towels stained with old nail polish, they charge you extra for credit cardThe ugly: pretty sure I killed a roach in my chair, there are only 3 people that work here so when they get busy they will leave you to start working on someone else, the older guy that works here is rude (after spending almost $100 here, I asked where the garbage was and he said outside) he tried it! I am in love with this place for pedicures. I never get my fingers done so I can't review them for that. I'll be honest, the place is a mess on the inside but the quality of the pedicures more than make up for the appearance. The staff is always super friendly. Horrible place!!!!! I only give one star because the girl who did my toes did a great job (Trina).  The older lady who did my gel shellac  rushed me and did a horrible. She kept trying to cram both  hands in one small hand light and would get mad that both my hands wouldn't fit and would the nails would touch. I do not have fat hands at all, but do have long fingers due to being tall.  I came back a day and half later to show her my gel shellac was chipped on several nails. She argued with me saying it was something I did wrong. Gel shellac is suppose to last atleast a week or two but to chip after a day and a half?! I will never come here again. Read Less

I went to this place the day of my best friends wedding the color was purple and asked the guy if he could pick out a color similar to the picture he picked out a blue color. He told me once he puts the nail polish on he isn't taking it off. Then he painted my nails with six coats .. The nail polished chipped off immediately 2 hours after I left. I called to let them know how disappointed I was being that I was a made of honor in a wedding paid $30 on my nails and they looked terrible. The lady told me she was busy and couldn't help me. Terrible customer service. And the man is so rude. I called ahead to come in for fill. I head in and he says come back in 30 minutes. I don't know what their policies are about appointments then. Today I decided to try back and he has me sit down after I to him that i would like a fill. He says take a seat. After sitting for 10 minutes he tells me can I come back in 30 minutes? What the heck? I will never go there again. He did take a much younger girl when we arrived (both without appts). Just saying. Stay away from this rude place. Read Less

The girl was nice and all, but she didn't do a good polish job which ended up ruining my experience.  The gel was too close to the cuticles and peeled off in 7 days, usually my gel lasts 14 or more. I'll keep trying more nail salons in the area until I find a favorite. Read Less

Clean and very relaxing. I would be a bit happier if the television was off and there were some calming music playing that matched the environment :-)I had a pedicure done and it was amazing.
