Worst nail shop I’ve been to in a while. If I could leave 0 stars I would. From the beginning the person giving me a pedicure was rude and didn’t want to let me sit next to my sisters, who I came in with me and I was also paying for, even though there were plenty of open seating next to them. The pedicurist rushed my pedicure. He literally just wet my feet in cold water and rubbed lotion on them and tried to paint them right away. When I asked if he could clean them up and cut an ingrown toenail I had, he told me I didn’t have one and I insisted that he please check before just painting them. Meanwhile my sister who he didn’t know I was with got excellent service. They rushed us out to pay and even yelled at me when I tried to switch from the paper sandals they gave me to my own sandals. Decided to give this place a second try and I’ve decided I won’t be coming back. So I came with short coffin shape nails. I asked for a new set, same size, same shape, please. No where near the same shape after saying something to the nail tech multiple times. Size was way shorter. And he was on the phone half the time. I also asked if I could stay at the message chair. I really wanted the message. I was told no! After my pedicure I had to move ! I was so tense and uncomfortable the whole time. I started going there a few months ago.... It was nice.... But once the girl that was doing my pedicure left everything went down a shit hole..... Even with manicures..... I do gel.... Within days on the first week.... It would start chipping.... Their idea is a massage was putting some oil and rubbing it on in less than a minute...... Yesterday I went looking for the girl that used to do my pedicures and was told by Tyson she was gone but recommended Vivian.... SHE WAS AMAZING!!! I wasn't too sure of getting it done... Im sorry to say but this place is the worst ever. The guy who did my nails didn't do a good job. So i called the owner which i believe is Tyson. He said to come in because he'll fix it. All he did was removed the gel polish an re polished them. When i went back home one of my nails broke off. Soon as that happen i went to another nail &spa in my home town. Came here Monday night about 7:30 and asked if they could still take me (I got turned away at my regular spot) Of course they did offered me water and I waited about 5 min Tyson did my nails and I am beyond happy ! Honestly this place is the best nail salon I have been to the employees are super friendly and very efficient. It was my first time there and won't be the last. I took my daughter with me and she was as happy as I was. They even gave us bottles of water. $15 for 5 MINUTE PEDICURE! Not worth it. They barely wet your feet, don't clean your toe nails. And just quickly add polish. There was nobody waiting and they rushed through my pedi! Save your money and go somewhere else. Read Less

Unfortunately I didn't get the techs name ... but I sat at the last station near the sink.. I have been here before and it was never a bad experience until today.. full set 18$ small... that's a good price .But the lady doing my nails kept asking if I wanted gel .. and I didn't .. she was soooooooo bugged out by it !!! Why??? Oh more $!!! So I see her putting the nail polish .. she out 5!!!! 5 coats total ... omg .. it's not 4 hours since I got them done and guess what???? Still not dry! I have been coming to Tyson Nail Shop for about 2 years because of Vivian. She has been doing my pedicures for more than 4 years and always does a fantastic job. I have never had a complaint, her designs are always unique and alway knows what I want. I also recommend Kate for gel manicure she does a great job. I came here 1 day after getting a horrible full set elsewhere. The guy in charge was so incredibly reassuring that he could fix the horrible job I came in with. They took their time and fixed my nails.  It's not always trying to find a good nail place, we usually bounce around until we find the one we like.  I'll stick with this spot!!Peter rescued my nails! The owner is cool but one of his worker has an bad attitude. She first shaped the first of nails due to listening to another worker , she took the first set off put another on . Then she was still shaping the wrong, so i called Tyson over she showed her what. To top it off I asked her if she could polish my whole she got an attitude grabbed my hand real. Caused my wrist to hurt she not knowing i had surgery on but hands. I jumped up took the polish asked Tyson to finish polishing my nails and I told her about herself. I also had the Brazilian waxing done it was not painful at all...it was my first time so kinda of nervous but she assured me it was easy.
