I’ve been here once before just after they opened the business. Don’t know why I went back honestly. Last weekend I wanted to get an appointment for the following weekend, so I went there asked for an appointment and the girl at the front desk gave me a business card and said I had to do it by text. Then I asked if she knew about availability for next weekend and she said no. So I texted as soon as I got home and I received and automatic message:
Please fill this out:
1) Your Name:
2)Service:
3)Date:
4)Time:
5)Nail Tech:
Your appointment is not official till we contract you back for payment information.
I sent the information and nothing no txt back it’s been a week. I also called and the machine says not to call to text blah blah blah... who does that?
What’s wrong with just giving and appointment if someone takes the time to go to the nail salon just for an appointment?

The best experience thus far. It’s hard to imagine the bad reviews as both of my experiences here were great. Nail technicians are very professional and gentle. Beauty does not hurt in this place!

Worst service ever!!!! They are very discriminating towards children. Then they take forever to give you service. And to finish off they are so rude in the front desk. I rather give my money to the nail shop in the shopping center across the street there nicer and friendly. I am done giving my service here. They lost another customer!!!!

Horrible service the nail tech dig into my nail so deep that she made a hole. It hurts like hell, and they still have the nerve to charge 35 for gel pedi. All my nails were jagged and not colored well...

Nice staff. Implements came straight out of sterile bags which is very nice🙂I got gel nails done and lady did an excellent job.

waiting time is horrible.I didn't like how one of the women did my toes and asked her to redo them because it looked a mess and the polish she was using was almost empty. The lady who sits in the front stated she would not redo my toes and If i wanted to take the color off I would have to pay. I asked another woman to give me a full set and she refused and told me to get a fill instead. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just moved and my regular nail place is further away now and needed my nails and pedi asap. I like how nails are on the left and pedis on the right. It does have a small waiting area, but there were about 10 technicians total, 5 for each thing. The receptionist was very friendly. I got my refill done by Krystal and she did a great job! It was $26 for regular color. My pedi was $25, I thought it was a bit on the higher side, but I guess there was a massage included. I was in a rush, so Krystal started my nails on the left side and then it was my pedi turn. So they have these really comfortable chairs that have a work table that Krystal pulled out to continue my nails while someone started my pedi! Overall great experience! Krystal for nails!

The wait is crazy, when I got there where wasn't even much people, I got my pedi done frist I told the lady I wanted to $25 one she said ok , when i had to pay she charged me 10 more she never told me it was 35$ with gel and on the sheet it never said that í also wantted a full set it's unbelievable I already had done my pedi . I have to sit and wait like if I barely had arrived and other people were getting called way before me when I been there since the morning. I ended up leaving and not doing my full set I went somewhere else they treat me right and the prices are way better never going back .

I just went to get my nails polished. They are Acrylics & I was told for holographic pigment I would be charged 40 dollars just to Polish them. I said that was fine then I was told only a special person could paint them so the wait would be at least two hours. I'm cool. I kept being told a Polish change & the prices of course are not clearly marked. They tried to hustle me.

I got my nails done here two days before New Years Eve. It was busy. It was an hour long wait but DEFINITELY worth it! They're clean. It doesnt have that strong chemical smell. The nails techs are young and efficient. They really take their time here. A woman was getting a mani-pedi and the girls working on her were patient. The girl who did my nails was very nice and helpful! They're reasonably priced and they dont pressure you into getting add-ons. They're not trying to rush you out as spon as you sit in their seat! Its definitely better than the other nail salon by Food4Less! If you want to get your nails done make sure you're not in a rush to get serviced. This is a Spa. Not a nail salon. You get it? 😉😉😉😉

I’ve been here once before just after they opened the business. Don’t know why I went back honestly. Last weekend I wanted to get an appointment for the following weekend, so I went there asked for an appointment and the girl at the front desk gave me a business card and said I had to do it by text. waiting time is horrible.I didn't like how one of the women did my toes and asked her to redo them because it looked a mess and the polish she was using was almost empty. The lady who sits in the front stated she would not redo my toes and If i wanted to take the color off I would have to pay. I asked another woman to give me a full set and she refused and told me to get a fill instead. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just moved and my regular nail place is further away now and needed my nails and pedi asap. I like how nails are on the left and pedis on the right. It does have a small waiting area, but there were about 10 technicians total, 5 for each thing. The receptionist was very friendly. I got my refill done by Krystal and she did a great job! It was $26 for regular color. My pedi was $25, I thought it was a bit on the higher side, but I guess there was a massage included. I was in a rush, so Krystal started my nails on the left side and then it was my pedi turn. So they have these really comfortable chairs that have a work table that Krystal pulled out to continue my nails while someone started my pedi! Overall great experience! Krystal for nails!

The wait is crazy, when I got there where wasn't even much people, I got my pedi done frist I told the lady I wanted to $25 one she said ok , when i had to pay she charged me 10 more she never told me it was 35$ with gel and on the sheet it never said that í also wantted a full set it's unbelievable I already had done my pedi . I have to sit and wait like if I barely had arrived and other people were getting called way before me when I been there since the morning. I ended up leaving and not doing my full set I went somewhere else they treat me right and the prices are way better never going back .

I just went to get my nails polished. They are Acrylics & I was told for holographic pigment I would be charged 40 dollars just to Polish them. I said that was fine then I was told only a special person could paint them so the wait would be at least two hours. I'm cool. I kept being told a Polish change & the prices of course are not clearly marked. They tried to hustle me.

I got my nails done here two days before New Years Eve. It was busy. It was an hour long wait but DEFINITELY worth it! They're clean. It doesnt have that strong chemical smell. The nails techs are young and efficient. They really take their time here. A woman was getting a mani-pedi and the girls working on her were patient. The girl who did my nails was very nice and helpful! They're reasonably priced and they dont pressure you into getting add-ons. They're not trying to rush you out as spon as you sit in their seat! Its definitely better than the other nail salon by Food4Less! If you want to get your nails done make sure you're not in a rush to get serviced. This is a Spa. Not a nail salon. You get it? 😉😉😉😉
