This place is wonderful and VERY CLEAN!! To me that's important rather then the wait time. Of course if you go on Fridays and Saturdays during their peak time hours of course it's going to be busy....DUH!!! Go in the morning or early afternoon and there's no waiting! Natalie and Staff are always VERY ATTENTIVE and accomodating to everyone. They ALWAYS try to please you but I've seen how some so called "Ladies" get RUDE and be acting up like little spoiled "girls" yelling and throw a tantrum to get free services. I've been coming here for about a year now to get my toes done. Sometimes they do tend to rush but in my opinion, they do a better job compared to other nail shops I've been too. Also the quality. Horrible service by the owner NATALIE! She said two people were ahead of me after those two people she let others go in front of me and when I confronted her about it she said she wasn't going to my nail that I can wait for her partner to do mine. I went here for the 2nd time.  I am really liking this place, it's not a huge place but decent size. The owner and his wife seem to really know what they are doing. They are very attentive, and if they notice the workers are not doing something correctly I have seen the wife correct them. They really seem to want every customer to have a good experience.  They also have a kids pedicure chair. So our little girls are more than welcome. Read Less

Horrible place. .i asked for a medium size nail the lady wanted to do large and kept insisting that it was a medium . than had nerve to ask me dita attitude if I was gonna want the nails or not .. First time here and I enjoy every bit of it the guy who took care of me young man with glasses was so patient and very detail on the nails he really takes his time the best part is the massage he gives I got the package that is cooling gel and sea salt and he made my feet feel so good with his techniques not like other places it's quick and don't make you feel relax. I was frustrated because every place was closed and this place took me in even though they were getting ready to close. Very nice people and didn't rush at all. The lady took her time with my pedicure and I am quite obsessed with my nails. Perfect size and shape that I wanted :) The massage chairs were very comfy and they made sure to fix the massage settings to what was comfortable for me. I am hesitant about trying new nail places but I was pretty satisfied with my experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's a little small so on a busy day it might be a drag but I would definitely recommend it. Read Less
